A wonderful and wholesome week in the Cotswolds that stole my heart. Philippa and Peter are such a lovely and charming couple. Loved getting to know them and was spoiled with a great meal as well as a full day of sightseeing in the majestic Cotswolds countryside before they left for holiday. When I think of Dennis, I get a smile on my face. What a charming little mischievous dog with a massive personality. He loves his daily routine - breakfast first thing followed by a morning walk; supper at 4pm and another, longer walk. He also LOVES a treat and will try to get your attention to remind you he is deserving of one. 😂 He does not walk off lead at all, and will try and run for the door, so be on alert that he doesn’t escape under your feet. The house is a picturesque cottage from a romantic storybook, quintessential Cotswolds charm at its best! Philippa has great taste. Sherborne is a small village, but you will get rest for your soul and feel refreshed, wishing you could turn back time to experience it all over again. I would love to sit for Philippa again in future!
