We reached out to Five Paws very last minute to see if they would be able to watch our dog who had significant medical needs. They were wonderful from start to finish and I was so confident each time that she was in such great care. We've previously had her boarded and she would seem so stressed when we picked her up. We were desperate to find an alternative and we didn't look back once we started using Five Paws. They give updates, pictures and each time we came home she was as happy as can be. They provided such peace for us knowing she was in good hands and was happy especially given all of her medical concerns (dog dementia, blindness, hard of hearing, pain, etc..). Our Sahara has since passed but I would use them again and again with any dogs we may have in the future and cannot recommend them enough.

I don't trust anyone else with my pets when I'm away! I love that I know I will get photos of my cats and a report of how the visit went from the sitter. They take time to give the cats individual attention, not just coming in to feed, clean, and leave. Scheduling is very easy and the rates are reasonable.

Hi: Kudos to Five Paws Recently had Five Paws cat sit our cats and pond fish. The team at Five Paws hit a homerun with us. The team is very professional, respectful and loving to our gang. The team of Melinda and Blythe were so observant of our pets, even going out of the way to feed our strays, without blinking an eye. Special shout out to Melinda who really saved the day as she was feeding the fish in our pond, when she noticed that one of our goldfish got stuck in the filter. Without any hesitation she jumped in to save him, which would have been a disaster if she didn't as he would have passed and fouled the pond water. Five Paws provides the BEST pet-sitting service around! Finding them has made time away from our dogs stress-free, as we get fun updates and photos after every visit. The sitters have really gotten to know our dogs, and even our super-shy pup now loves when they come. Highly recommend!

Five Paws has taken excellent care of all my pets (rabbit, cat, mice) for many years now and they do an excellent job! They were even able to give my cat pills (in pill pockets) and coordinated with my vet once when she stopped eating and I could not be reached. They are reliable, responsible, trustworthy, and professional. I will continue to use them when I go on vacation and highly recommend them!

They've taken great care of my cats for a few years! I can relax on vacation, and love getting the photo reports each visit which show how my pets are doing.

We have been using Five Paws for a few years now, for small weekend trips or week long vacations. They have been so wonderful with our pups. It is a relief to know my dogs are in good hands and they can remain comfortable in their own space while we are away, instead of in a kennel which would stress my 13 year old pup too much. I always hate to leave them behind but I am so grateful to know they are happy and healthy and having fun while I’m gone.

We used Five Paws for our cat while we were on vacation. It was the first time we left her behind without family checking in, and I was a nervous wreck. Faith was our sitter, who took wonderful care of our girl. After every visit, we'd receive an update with multiple pictures. We've already put in our vacation request days for this summer!

I HIGHLY recommend hiring Five Paws of Delco! The owner is fantastic, the scheduling process is so simple, and all of the sitters are wonderful! They are EXTREMELY reliable and trustworthy, which is so important when you're away. They also have a great app used to communicate with each sitter and to see pics of your pups! I always receive such a sweet and detailed update from our sitter after every visit. I had an experience where I was out of the country using a different sitter (not Five Paws of Delco) who was supposed to watch my dogs at their house for the week. They decided that they no longer wanted to watch them after a couple days, so they dropped them back off at my house, alone. I was panicking, just having arrived in another country, so I reached out to Five Paws of Delco who immediately responded and scheduled multiple last minute visits for me. I cannot thank them enough for being there during this very stressful time! It's so comforting to know we always have them available to sit for our dogs. I promise you won't regret hiring this company!

About five years ago, I received a recommendation to use Shawe’s Paws. I had just rescued my dog Charlie and needed a dog walker during the days. Jenn at Shawe’s Paws was there from Charlie’s first walk and is still walking Charlie today! Not only is Jenn friendly, reliable and loves Charlie as if she was her own, but she knows how to handle Charlie’s quirks and personality. I feel 110% comfortable using Shawe’s Paws, they are trustworthy, dependable, flexible and I know my dog is always well-taken care of during her mid-day walks!! ❤️❤️❤️

Jen is truly one of the best dog walkers out there. Our dog Oscar is obsessed with her - to the point where she tries to walk quietly by our house if she's going to walk our neighbor's dog so he doesn't hear her! On Oscar's first birthday, I was traveling for work and Jen took Oscar to the store to get him a birthday cake toy. It's the smaller, thoughtful things like this that make her irreplaceable in our pup's life. She also takes super cute pictures (attached) and sends an email about how each walk went. She makes leaving Oscar for work trips less hard because I know that he'll be so excited to see her when she comes for his walk!

Jen and the Shawe's team have been walking my family's dogs for 7 years or so. They have always gone above and beyond to accommodate shifting schedules, schedule or cancel on short notice, and even pick up the phone to talk about any pet concerns we might have (unrelated to them! just for advice!). My pup Ollie loves seeing his walkers and I could not do my job without the peace of mind that someone responsible will come take him out and play with him while I work. Bonus - they take the best pics of my little guy while they visit!

We have had an incredibly positive experience with Jen and her team at Shawe's Paws! When we first moved to Philadelphia, our dog was very shy and timid around walkers that we would hire through various apps, but then Jen came and saved the day. She goes above and beyond to make Benji comfortable and now he gets excited when we just say her name. They send photos and updates during the walks, they make scheduling so easy and they are very accommodating! We have also had positive experiences with a few other members on her team! Everyone at Shawe's Paws is reliable, trustworthy and they all just love Dogs! We would recommend their company to everyone!

I have been using Shawe’s Paws for over a year now and have nothing but amazing things to say about the company!! I’ve used Jen and her walkers for over 5 years now and I honestly would never use any other dog walking service in Philly. She is trustworthy, reliable, AND LOVES all of her dogs. And my dog absolutely loves her dog walkers, as I’ve been able to see a couple times when my dog will go running toward them, tail wagging if we happen to bump into them on the street. Jen uses an easy-to-use app to schedule walks/pay invoices and to see the daily walk reports which is super convenient. Also Jen makes herself available for every client and will always try her best to accommodate any late requests - I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve had to put in a last minute request for a same-day dog walk or for an overnight stay the week-of and Jen will always make it work. Aside from that, it’s great to get pictures of my dog on her walk while I’m at work - I truly never have to worry Sophie when I’m not at home because I know she’s in such great hands. Jen and her team has been taking care of our dog since he was brought into our family as a puppy! From consistent walks, amazing walkers and just all around dog people to overnight stays, she has been there for us throughout his life (and will be for the many years yet to come)! Jen is understanding and flexible with last minute changes, which for us happen a lot! Her walkers leave a note about their walk every time and even text/call us from time to time with updates. I have never noticed a thing out of place in out of place after a walker left. The Shawe's Paws team is the only team I trust to take the best care of our dog! Jen has been in my dog's life for years (even though we've since moved to the suburbs.) She and her staff are flexible, reliable, and they LOVE their charges/pets. They truly understand my quirky, sweet dachshund and he loves them for it. He even got to sleep over Jen's house!! Jen is super responsive and capable and she chooses excellent staff members. I could go on and on, cannot recommend highly enough!

There is absolutely no one I would trust more with our pups than Shawe's Paws. They are fantastic and dependable for daily walks, and they are there for you if you need to travel without your dog. Shawe's email updates provide you with a story about your dog's walk and a number of pictures as well. We have been a client for six years now. We have no idea what we would do without Shawe's Paws!

I am writing a recommendation for any dog owner to try the Dog House of Delco's Grooming option. The business is run by a very friendly, professional group of people. I have interacted with Sean, Taylor, and other friendly associates. I took my dogs here after one of them experienced a terrible time with other groomers, causing him to become fearful of the process. He's huge, and floofy, and too much for me to groom on a daily basis. I tried Dog House of Delco, and explained his situation. They took him on, and, the positive change in him is remarkable. They are so kind and professional that I drop both of my dogs here now. The cuts look wonderful. My dogs are oriented to people rather than other dogs, otherwise I would try the daycare. :). Thank you to Sean, Taylor(groomer), and all of the friendly, patient, talented people at DHOD!

Can’t say enough about how friendly and responsive the staff and owners are! Our dog loves going to the Dog House and we are grateful for the care and attention they give to our pup!

*UPDATE - Rocket still loves day care here and goes twice a week! He also had his first boarding stay (2 nights) when we had to go out of town for a weekend and he was ZONKED when we brought him home. He got a nice bath and was clearly well cared for. We felt great leaving him there, especially since he knows the building and the staff knows him from daycare. We don't know what we'd do without Dog House!* New customers, but we cannot say enough about Dog House of Delco! The communication has been so efficient, timely and friendly; we emailed with a list of questions prior to our first day dropping our little guy off, and everything was answered/nothing was brushed over, which made us feel confident about entrusting our pup to their care. But, more importantly, our little guy seems to LOVE it. We bring him for daycare once a week so he can have some fun and socialize while we are both at work, and will probably have the occasional week we bring him twice. He goes right back with the staff without hesitation, and after his first day, we had the most tired, content pup on our hands! He is only 7 months old so we cannot wait to see how this enriches his life for years to come. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend at least their daycare services to anyone who is in or around the Broomall, PA area!

Our dog stayed here for a week. The staff was incredible - responsive, friendly, and kind. Shawn (manager) took the time to follow up after our visit to see how the dog was doing. Highly recommend if you're looking for a trustworthy place to take care of your best bud!

Thank you to The Dog House of Delco for making our Scout girl super clean and fluffy! We’ve gone other places but Shawn and his team are hands down the BEST groomers we have been to! And grooming an Aussie is a lot to handle! Thank you for always making our girl beautiful!

Great boarding and daycare experience for my pup! I love that they have a capacity for daycare si that you know they're not cramming as many dogs as they can in one space. There's even an outdoor area for them!

Updated review: I appreciate that the owner, Shawn, called me in response to this review and apologized for this incident. He also refunded my dog's stay, which I didn't expect, but I do value a company who will acknowledge a mistake and rectify it. I'm disappointed that we didn't have a better experience here. The owner with whom I initially scheduled my dog's boarding stay was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He said we could do an early drop off at 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday as, he explained, someone will be there at that time even though they don't open until 9:00 a.m. I also called two days before the boarding date to confirm the 8:00 drop off and was told by another employee that this would be fine. However, when we arrived at 8 a.m. to drop off our dog, the door was locked and no one was there. We waited awhile, called repeatedly, left two messages, and received no response. We had planned our trip departure based on dropping the dog off at 8 a.m., so we were now an hour late and had to adjust our entire itinerary. At 9:00, an employee was there to check in my dog and he apologized, stating that he was not notified about the earlier drop off. As a new customer, I'm frustrated that despite leaving two messages asking for some clarification as to why this occurred, no one ever called me back or acknowledged this happened when I picked up my dog after her stay. I also received no feedback regarding my dog's first boarding experience there, so I had to assume that she was okay. I had hoped to use The Dog House of Delco for frequent boarding stays, but as a new customer, I'm disappointed that no efforts were made by the company to address this miscommunication and inconvenience.

Our experience at The Dog House of Delco has been phenomenal. Even though we visit the business sporadically, many of the workers still remember the names of our dogs (two Yorkies) and welcome them when we enter. We have both used this business for short term (one day) and long term (a week or more), and our dogs were taken care of and returned to us happy and healthy each visit. The owner is personable and flexible, helping us one time with a last-minute booking, which he certainly didn’t have to do but found a way to make it happen. We have had a very positive experience overall, and the prices for services seem reasonable. You can always call in to check on your pets if you miss them like we do. When you enter, pay attention to the signs, as the way you are supposed to navigate the parking lot has changed over time.

Dog House of Delco did a great job with our young Shiba Inu. She came back looking great after a week and seems to have been well cared for. If we need to board her again, we'll be back.

Our dog Molly loves this place. She goes three days a week and enjoys playing with the larger dog group there. She has A LOT of energy so it's great that she gets it out while we are at work. It appears that the staff actually enjoys working there and cares about dogs wellbeing. It's fun seeing our girl on social media having a blast. Molly also gets groomed there - it's not exactly cheap but that's because they do a phenomenal job. My only small gripe is *sometimes* the building and she smells like pee when I pick her up.

House of Dog is amazing! I bring my two dogs Miley and Presley there to get their energy out during the week. Everyone knows you and your dogs. It’s run like a regular daycare with lots of enrichment, play time, and they sometimes send them home with arts and crafts. It’s so much fun and my dogs love it! Highly recommend!

House of dog is great! We have been sending our 2 year old mixed rescue Shadow for about a year & 1/2 now to daycare & she loves it! She went through training classes there! She was board there for our wedding & they even transported her to the wedding to be in our ceremony! They do cute themed days! Now we will start sending our new puppy Rocky who is a 6 month old mixed rescue! He just went through his temperament test and seems to love it already! The staff is amazing & I can’t recommend them enough!

My puppy Dakota has been coming here for a few weeks and we have been super happy!! She is always excited to get out of the car and go inside and is always so tired when she gets home from playing! I also love how they post pictures/videos on Facebook all day you can really tell they love the doggies like their own! :)

There aren't enough good things I could say about House of Dog! My dog Romeo has been going there since we first got him (7months) and he LOVES going. I love how they post so many pictures and videos to ease the pup parents minds while they are at daycare/boarding. I have a 8 year old pit, Autumn, who can be a little fearful and was nervous she wouldn't be accepted, but they assured me they would make her stay as enjoyable as possible. Whenever I can recommend this facility, I do!

Hank has been going to HOD for almost a year and we absolutely love it! He attends daycare 3 days a week and has the best time. The staff is always friendly and super welcoming. As soon as we walk in the door, we are always greeted and Hank’s tail instantly starts wagging! I love all of the pictures they post on Facebook and I can always tell Hank is having the best time. If you’re looking for a place to board or send your dog to daycare HOD is the place to go! We love it so much!

This is the only place I would ever feel comfortable boarding my dogs. It’s a ver large, nice, clean building. They even have the cutest shuttle. Follow their Facebook for the cutest posts.

House of Dogs Retreat and Spa was the best move for Tootsie. She loves going there and playing with the other dogs and humans. The workers are friendly and pay great attention to the dogs.

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive in creating a welcoming atmosphere. They provide a safe and comfortable space for my fur baby. Riley loves going here and she will sleep until 2pm the next day. I can’t recommend House of Dog enough!

HOD is great for doggie day care, and boarding needs. We have been a customer for the last three years and have seen the business evolve. HOD has been effective every step of the way at always keeping up the high quality of their services. They have a great staff and well maintained facility. Their staff are great with communication and they have a client portal which is very user friendly. Highly recommend!

We have worked with Julie and her team for more than three years. They have been consistently excellent with our dog and very reliable in terms of pick up and drop off arrangements. It is clear that they have spoiled our dog every time we pick him up!

My older doodle has boarded w Julie’s families for several years w good success. Her families are carefully vetted. Also important to me is that Julie checks on the dog’s well being throughout the duration of the stay.

We have used Dog Boarding with Families (DBF) multiple times and at multiple local locations (eg Wayne) in the past 6 months. We have had a great experience from everything to pre-meeting our host families to logistics including drop off, pick up and payment. More importantly our dog has received great care and adjusted well with the families. We highly recommend their services!!

What a great experience ! We had to go out of town and I was so stressed out because our usual dog sitter was on vacation, I called Julie because I needed someone the next day , Julie was so helpful she found us someone right away, she paired our dog Millie with Judy who was also absolutely amazing , Millie stayed with with Judy for three nights. Julie and her team are not only professionals they are true animal lovers. Our sitter Alex went out his way to make our shy dog comfortable! Our house was kept clean and organized and our pets were calm and happy when we got home!!

Julie has been helping me find a friendly, loving, comfortable home for my dog Rocky for the past six years. It makes taking a trip so easy. I never worry about Rocky when we are out of town. He is cared for just as he would be in his own home. He has stayed with a few different families over the past years and each one has been wonderful! Sharing lots of pictures and letting him snuggle next to them on the couch just like he enjoys doing with us at home. Julie knows what she is doing and offers a valuable service!

We are very happy with the family Julie placed us with. We continue to drop off our dog, Boomer, with them when we travel. We have gone on 3 trips and have already booked them for a trip in September. The family is very nice and takes great care of Boomer. We highly recommend Julie and her boarding business.

Wow! This experience for our family was amazing! Julie was thorough with matching my pup with such a fitting family. Process was easy with great communication. I received pictures of my pup living his best life. It was such an easy process with no stress. Definitely recommend!

The best boarding option for your dog. Our dog Boris has stayed multiple times and it’s a relief to be able to go away knowing he is in excellent hands. By staying in a loving home with outdoor space and sometimes other furry friends to hand out with we know he is having a wonderful time. He loves it so much it’s like a vacation for the dog! I highly recommend.

My puppy Maeve loves her Tuesday daycare trips. She is a little ball of energy and she always comes back happily drained after a day of daycare. They have both indoor and outdoor areas for the dogs and plenty of play equipment and enrichment. I’ve never had an issue with my dog being injured while there. I’ve brought my other dogs who have had some behavioral issues such as separation anxiety and they worked really well with them too.

We have been using Kiwi for years - now with a few different dogs. We currently have two "special needs" dogs - one blind, one deaf - and I can't say enough about the patience and care shown by the staff in caring for these valued members of our family - I never worry about leaving them for boarding, and our one dog has a great time at day care. Staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating - highly recommend!

5 Stars for bringing our Mira out of her shell! She absolutely loves it here and all we have to say is "school?!?!" and she's at the door ready to leave in the morning!!! The staff is excellent with her and she feels so safe with them, as well!

Sky stayed at KIWI Dogz for 10 days. She participated in all-day doggie daycare and was cared for in their boarding facilities. Today, when we picked her up, Sky looked so happy. I don't think she wanted to leave her new doggie friends and their caring staff. I highly recommend KIWI Dogz for your daycare and boarding needs.

I go 30 minutes ouf of my way to take my pups here. The staff is all super kind and engaged. They take great care of my dogs! I’ve been using them off and on for 10 years and only paused while living further away. It’s hard to trust someone with your fur babes and they really do love them here.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Dog seemed happy and was tired at the end of the day.

Janine is without a doubt the best groomer! She is the only person who our special-needs dog lets anywhere near her nails and she is always so loving & kind towards her. We're so grateful we found her and we would NEVER go anywhere else!

They take great care of your dog. We recently went away and our dog got a bit anxious while staying there, likely due to how busy it was during this time of year. Ann the owner was great and her staff kept in touch with us to let us know how he was doing.

I contacted them to assist with transporting a rescue dog from one home to another. They responded on a Sunday and helped transport her the next day. They were on time and communicated with me the entire time. I am forever grateful that I found this company. They were the only company to call me back and they were amazing to work with. Thank you!

Pet Taxi I used pet taxi to get my dog spayed at Emancipet on Adam's Avenue. Very affordable from West Philadelphia to Northeast twice. Drivers were friendly and didn't mind waiting for check in and check out. I will absolutely use Collar Club pet taxi again and recommend it to friends.

Bree is truly the best! Sadie is our first dog ever and I was so nervous to leave her with anyone when we first got her. Bree was the first person to ever watch her for us, and we are so lucky to have found her! She sends us pictures whenever we ask for them, and when we leave her for the holidays she always gets special treats! Sadie absolutely loves Bree (and almost every time pees on her front steps out of excitement). Bree is super flexible, kind, and we can tell she genuinely loves every dog that comes to The Collar Club!

We hired Bree to house sit for a week in July, with our puppy and cat. Bree was a no-show for our first meet and greet; late for the rescheduled meet and greet; and nearly 2 hours late for the start of house sitting responsibilities. We thought, that’s ok, she is probably just busy. We provided clear written information on caring for the animals and plants. A neighbor texted to say that she had watered the front porch plants as they were getting crispy. I asked Bree if she would like help with the plants, offering that my neighbor could do all the watering. Bree told me that the plants were looking great and all was well. On the morning of our trip home, Bree informed us that she had fallen asleep without crating the puppy, and he had chewed the couch cover. She promised to pay to replace the cover. Accidents happen, we understood, and we were glad she offered to pay for the damaged item. When we returned home, however, we found that the dog had also chewed the rug and destroyed his bed; the dog enrichment puzzles and kongs we had asked Bree to use had not been touched. In addition, many plants were dead, the laundry machine was massively overfilled, and the air conditioning was set to 50 degrees (which could have broken the unit). We were pretty shocked at the state of things. We added up the cost of damage and provided Bree with an itemized list. We asked for less than half of the cost of damages. We heard nothing back, followed up three weeks later, and then received a message stating that we were causing Bree stress but that, yes, she would refund us the requested amount. By the next week, we hadn’t received the refund, so we followed up. Bree replied that her refunds go out net 15 days. We waited 20 days - still nothing. We followed up, and waited another 15 days - still nothing. This is 35 days total. We wrote to Bree that we would resort to small claims court if we didn’t receive the agreed refund. Bree replied that her accountant processes refunds and she has no control over it. So this is where we are. Given the damage and the lack of refund we may have to pursue legal options next week, and we definitely wouldn’t recommend.

We put a $440 deposit down in August to have our dog boarded. Sadly she did not pass an aggressiveness test and owner agreed to refund our money due to our circumstances. Weeks went by and we didnt get a refund even though they said they did it so we filed a complaint with our credit card company. The owner summited to the credit card company their terms of service for no refunds and because we only had text message proof they would not refund the money. We are out $440 and still waiting for them to return it to us

This was the first time my baby has stayed with Bree at the The Collar Club. Normally, both I and my baby have lots of anxiety. But today when we arrived my baby went straight to Bree and acted as if I didn't exist. She had a wonderful time and the anxiety we both normally have didn't occur today. It was as if we had known Bree forever. I will definitely use her services again and will tell others.

Bella is our baby and we changed the reservation twice because we wasn't sure if she would get Great care. Bree is the Best she is so loving and caring with Bella from treating her dry hair and recommending salmon oils to clipping those killer claws and she must of gave her a shower because she slept so good her backyard was full of entertaining for Bella and hubby was pleased I would be using this service forever Thanks Bree 😊🐕

My experience at the collar club was very reassuring and comfortable due to Bree and her diligence and communication with me during our time there. Her professionalism put me at ease at a time of uncertainty with where to have my animal kept, I highly advise using the collar club when in need of leaving your animal with someone responsible professional and caring.

I absolutely LOVE The Collar Club! I’ve been looking for a safe + dependable place for my puppy for when I need day/night care, and they are perfect. My puppy stayed with them for the weekend and everything from booking to pickup was amazing. I got to see real time updates via an app they use, and even got a little report card at pickup time to let me know how he did. Very pleased with their services and I will be returning soon :)

Bree and her team are the best! I take my cat there every time I travel. The communication is quick and efficient, drop off and pick up is easy, and I know my cat is taken care of while there. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

I can't thank Steph and Kerri enough for my last minute dog sitting request so I could continue with a planned trip out of town. My dog was a previous dog walking client when I used to work in the office and it was great to have him taken care of by Kerri again. I was very nervous leaving our boys for 10 days. Our sitters Anna Marie and Naomi took great care while we were gone, sending daily updates and pics so I was reassured all was well at home. We have been using Steph’s pet sitting services for 5 years (after prior service disagreed with the time we scheduled for dogs to be fed and another time forgot to feed them at all!) Our 1.5 year old dog has been absolutely loving her time at Z Dog. She’s normally pretty timid, but not at Z Dog. She feels comfortable enough to play all day and is so excited to see the owners. We tried other daycares, but this one takes the cake.

We’ve had a great experience with zdog. Our pup Luna is anxious, and they make a special effort to keep her with smaller groups of dogs so she’s comfortable. Zdog is the only place where she gets along with other dogs, which is great to help her socialize. They’re also always very accommodating of last minute bookings!

I've been with Z Dog for years now and they are by far the best dog care place in South Philly. Owners are responsive to all questions/schedule changes and are available via email, phone, and text whenever I reach out. My dog Lola loves it there and gets a full day of playtime. Makes my life easier when I'm at work knowing she's in great hands. Highly recommend.

Z Dog is a life saver. Since I started daycare for my high energy puppy, she’s been so tired at the end of the day that there’s less chance for mischief at home 😝. She’s happy to go socialize with her friends as well as Natalie, Jose and the rest of the caring staff when I drop her off in the morning. And I get a great, big hug from her when I pick her up in the evening. Highly recommended.

After calling an exhaustive number of doggie day care centers. We found Z dogs for our Pearlie girl. She went for two visits to get acquainted before boarding and it was clear that the owner really cares about the dogs there. Pearl was very well taken care of when she was there, they communicated how she acted and we appreciated that. I want them to do well and I will definitely recommend them to any dog owners I know!

Our dog has been going to Z Dog for a few weeks now and we could not be more pleased with Natalie, Jose and the facility/location. We have put our giant pup in other day cares around the city but none of them compare. Mainly, we love that crate time is not forced upon them. There’s a very nice fenced in yard and the owners/staff post videos of the dogs playing together daily! What really made us feel most comfortable in choosing Z Dog was the tour we given during our orientation. My boyfriend and I are still having to go into work right now and Natalie and Jose have brought us great peace of mind knowing our dog is well taken care of. For that alone, we are forever grateful. I truly cannot recommend Z Dog enough!

For approximately 9 months, Z dog has provided excellent pet care for my rescue dog, Fin. I work 16-18 hr days and they have picked up Fin from my home, watched him play and rest in their daycare, and then dropped him off. When I come home, he is content and seems to have had a fun day. I have appreciated their close communication and flexibility through schedule changes, and we will sorely miss them! I would recommend Zdog pet daycare to anyone in the city with a playful pup!

Whenever Rory is slow to get out in the morning, she immediately perks up once she realizes we’re going to ZDog! I’m glad to know she’s in such loving hands while I’m at work. It’s obvious that everyone there loves dogs and treats the dogs that come like their own. I highly recommend ZDog Daycare.

I have used Z Dog Walkers since I moved here 2 years ago. I have consistently used them for walks, doggy day care and boarding. They are top notch in terms of kindness, dependability and flexibility. I have been in desperate situations when they were there to save me (and my dog Maggie:) and have enjoyed numerous vacations knowing Maggie was in the best hands with Natalie and Jose. I would highly recommend them if you desire the best care for your dog!

Lisa is incredible. She has helped me so tremendously I can’t even put it into words. My cat Homer is a 16 year old newly diagnosed with diabetes, which makes leaving for holidays and events a bit harder due to his injections. Lisa has helped me more times than I can count, and Homer loves her! It is such a weight off my mind that he is being cared for so well. She sends updates and photos and is always so generous with her time. I can’t imagine what this past year would have been like without her help.

I have used Lisa Burke from Family Style Pet Sitting as my pet sitter for 13 years now. My old dog would actually get excited when he saw us packing for vacation because he knew he was going to go to Lisa’s house for his “vacation.” I never worried about him because I knew he was in the best possible hands. When he was sick and required special care and medicine, she was the only one I trusted. She also takes care of my two cats and my new dog, and she used to take care of my chickens when we had them as well. Highly recommend!!

Lisa was a God send for our family. We had a vacation planned which got changed around a few times due to a family emergency. Lisa was ready at every corner to adjust as she was able. Wag Days is amazing! My dog attended the 3-week puppy preschool and learned so much during his time there. The staff at Wag Days sent updates on his progress and tips on how we can practice at home. They truly care about all the pups that come through. We also love visiting for regular day care now that he has graduated. Couldn’t recommend way days enough!

We started bringing our puppy to Wag Days last fall to help with her socialization (and get out some of her puppy energy!) and we couldn't be happier with the care she continues to receive. She has so much fun "going to see her friends" and does her excited dog dance when we get within a block of Wag. We love that she gets a mix of indoor and outdoor exercise, has access to enrichment through our membership, and is friendly with all dogs she comes across through the great socialization she gets at Wag. We've also used the home-based boarding and loved that she got to hangout with people she knew from going to Wag while we were away. I also appreciate getting photos of her during the day and being able to check what she and her friends are up to on the Wag Days instagram account. Can't recommend this place enough and feel lucky that it's located in South Philly!

Our dog started at Wag when she was about 5 months. It's been almost a year now and she can't get out the door fast enough to get to school. Nora and the staff really love the dogs as their own. We are a big fans of Wag Days! Our pup Olive is about 10 months now. We originally started with another puppy kindergarten class, and the trainers expressed their concerns with our pups play style -- they weren't sure if she would be a good fit for day care or the dog park. As experienced dog parents, this was really upsetting for us to hear, especially with such a young dog. We were determined to make sure she was properly socialized. My husband had won a free day at Wag in a raffle, and initially I was hesitant to redeem the offer because of the feedback we had. We reached out to Wag Days, explained everything, and they basically said, "We got you. Bring her down, lets have an eval and go from there". Long story short -- Olive crushed her puppy school training with them, has the best time ever at day care when she goes, plays well in the dog park, and has really great leash skills (with lots of treats, she is still a puppy after all). We have had such a great experience with Wag Days, and are really grateful for their help with our pup.

Our dog, Mo, absolutely loves going to Wag Days for daycare! She is basically dragging us to the door to go see her friends and comes home happy and tired from playing! We feel really comforted knowing that they love and care for our dog as much as we would! One of the best decisions we’ve ever made!

Wag Days is excellent for dog boarding and day care! I’ve been taking my dog for 3 years! My dog Biscuit LOVES playing (and getting attention), and they do an excellent job! I love that they give you tons of updates via Instagram and their portal about your dog at day care. I love seeing the enrichment activities they do - you can tell they really care about the dogs at day care! I cannot recommend them enough!

I only trust my pupper with Wag Days! In-home boarding that makes my doggo feel right at home, complete with photo updates while I'm away and lots of love and social time that leaves her completely exhausted when she gets home. Great daycare and dog walking services, too. Quick and flexible scheduling, professional and prompt communication. Highly, highly recommend! My pup LOVES her time with Wag Days, and I do too!

We (and our dog Bogey) are obsessed with Wag Days. They constantly send us pictures via email and also update their Instagram story throughout the day which is really great! Nora the owner is always very responsive if we have questions or concerns. We have also used Wag Days for boarding a couple of times and Bogey always returns happy and exhausted.

Our puppy Cooper did so well with Wag Days. Colby is an awesome trainer and I love all of the videos and pics they take of him during the day. Our pup picked up a tremendous amount of skills while refining some of what he already had in place. Can’t recommend Wag Days enough!

I literally cannot say enough about how wonderful Wag Days is. We have been taking our dog Charlie there for almost two years now & we have never had anything short of an amazing experience. Our pup sprints to daycare when we tell him that’s where he’s going & we feel so at ease knowing he’s happy there and having fun. The staff is amazing & gives frequent updates via pictures throughout the day. Your dog will come home tired & happy!
