Unfortunately after our recent sit, we cannot recommend Nathaniel and Sandy to other pet owners. Having said that, they are young sitters without a lot of prior pet sitting experience, and I believe they have learned from their time sitting for us. We booked with them to stay with our dog for our 11-day honeymoon. Of the 11 days, our sitters spent 5 days on day trips 8 hours or longer (4 days were 10+ hours away). This is too long for any pet. In our case, our dog has medical needs that require medication and three meals a day. We have timed food dishes that we can use when we need to miss a meal, but it is important that she actually eats on time in order to get critical medication– this means someone needs to be around to check on her. With this in mind before the sit, we thought we had been very clear that our dog could only be left on her own for a maximum of 6 hours. We told them this in person, in writing through our original posting and left instructions, and then again through text and verbally after the sit had started and we were on our vacation abroad. The first day they spent away, they told us the morning of, after they had already left for the day. We had to ask them for any other days they planned extended day trips because they were not upfront with us before we left for our honeymoon. If we had known, we would not have booked with them. They would set our dog’s food timer dishes and at least one of the days left our back patio door open for many hours so our dog would not relieve herself in the house. We were worried that they might abandon the sit if we told them they could not continue having long days away, so we had to scramble several days of our vacation to arrange paid sitters to come over and check on our dog at meal times and let her outside. We felt taken advantage of and like we were accommodating their vacation rather than the other way around. We were told our dog would be their top priority, so it was very frustrating when that was not shown through the sit and put a damper on our honeymoon. When they were with our dog, they did a good job taking care of her and meeting all feeding and medical needs. They were very easy to reach by text and phone and sent regular updates. Our home was close to how we left it when we returned and thankfully our dog is fine after the experience. Our major complaint is them not being upfront about their plans and choosing to ignore agreed upon expectations about time away. No pet (even healthy ones) should be left alone all day. When we sat down and spoke with them at the end of the sit about this, they were very apologetic and seemed to chalk it up to time getting away from them and not realizing what they were putting us and our dog through. I believe they have learned from the experience and I don’t think they will allow anything like this to happen again should other owners choose to book with them.
Liat was very patient and my furkids warmed up to her quickly. She sent updates at the onset of my trip so that i was at ease knowing my babies were being well taken care of. I came home a day earlier than I listed on the sit and Liat was flexible and understandling. I came home to happy furkids and a tidy house. I would definitely recommend Liat and will also call on her again if I need another sit.

All of the kitties are very friendly. The chickens supply so many eggs! I enjoyed staying. The view from the home is amazing!
I recently had the great pleasure of meeting & staying in the home of Anne & Willem. They are both super warm & friendly people & I instantly felt comfortable in their home. Their cat Gijs is also very friendly & playful & oh so vocal when it’s his dinner time! ;-) The house is quite spacious with a wonderful variety of musical instruments (which is like a candy store for a musician like me!). The rooftop terrace was also a wonderful feature. I especially enjoyed their neighborhood; stores, shops, & restaurants within seconds from their front door and about 15 minutes by tram to Den Haag city center . Overall a fantastic housesit! I would jump at the opportunity to return in the future; thanks Anne & Willem!
Two wonderfully cute little babies. Eve is the sweetest little ballerina who loves attention and will squeak at you when she’s called a ballerina. Ivar is super playful and adorable. He’s a bit of hard work to constantly clean up after, but I didn’t want to lock him up in the pen because he just seemed stressed after. I don't know what I'd do without Patapooch. Kayleigh and Domenico are friendly, professional, reliable, great with animals, and extremely trust-worthy. Our pup is large and reactive so it takes a strong and special kind of person to be able to handle him. I've never been able to have so much trust with a pet sitter before, and it takes a huge weight off my shoulders knowing that our boy is in the best possible hands. Kayleigh and Domenico are also the only dog walkers we've ever worked with who walk at a fast enough pace for our pup. They understand his needs and give him the exercise he deserves! We also worked with Alyssa, who stayed at our house while we were out of town. She was equally fantastic! The house was left in pristine condition, she provided tons of pictures and updates, and our dog was happy when we returned. We're definitely going to work with her again the next time we go on a trip. Kayleigh and Domenico went above and beyond for us during our wedding in Ojai. Not only did they take amazing care of our golden retriever, they even brought him to our venue for the events and were kind and welcoming to all of our guests. We received photos every day and they even worked on training with him! We would give them 10 stars if we could!
I just want to say how wonderful Kayleigh and Domenico are! My puppy had a great experience over new years 2023. Theo played ball went for walks and relaxed in my hotel room where he felt very safe and comfortable while I went to dinner with good friends. Patapooch was very accommodating over my three day visit. Even sending me photos of my happy puppy while I was out with the girls. I will definitely ask Patapooch to watch Theo again. Kayleigh and Domenico have been expertly and lovingly caring for our animals for years. We have 5 dogs, 4 of them quite large and challenging. We also have goats and chickens. It's a lot to look after and they handle it professionally. They are excellent communicators, and always send photos and updates. They are highly trustworthy and treat our animals like their own. We have 5 large dogs and I wouldn't have anyone else care for them when we are out of town except for Patapooch - Domenico and Kayleigh. They are highly communicative and provide updates about our pups and with tricky feeding schedules and lots of dog hair, Patapooch takes such good care of our pups and our home. It is a gift to be able to travel worry-free because we know our dogs are receiving the love and care they need.

To be honest, my sister ownes this business so, a bias is possible. However my pup goes to them every day, and I'm fully put at ease knowing that all of the dogs enrolled in their program have been screened for immunization, as well as full health screening, and they make sure that each dog is paired properly with play mates! I just know one thing, my puppy comes home happy, well fed, and well played. Being that he's a Shepard collie, and Australian cattle dog mix, that's impressive! We grew up with dogs of all breeds, and loved them all, it's a soft spot! She welcomes new customers! But as we all tend to be she is busy, make an appointment if you're looking for an amazing loving place for your puppers!
