I just cannot say enough about Simone as our pet sitter and I’m sure if our kitty Zoe could talk, she’d agree! We did not get to meet Simone in person before the sit but after face-timing with her the day before, I knew we were leaving our girl in good hands. Zoe can be shy with strangers but she immediately took to Simone, rolling on her back & showing her tummy (a sure sign of trust). Simone sent daily communications & photos, did everything we asked her to do and left the house very clean and tidy. Thanks Simone for your loving care of our home & kitty. We would not hesitate to invite you to hang out with our Princess again (hopefully when the weather is better)!
Amy was great! Very communicative, and patient with the Roomba malfunctioning all week. She took great care of Clementine and Juniper - they didn’t miss me at all! I’d definitely have her back.
We had a great stay at Jamie and Pat’s. They communicated very well with us, leaving us a comprehensive house guide and offering a handover in person which was useful and welcoming. The house was left really clean for us and we had everything we needed for the stay. The apartment block is very conveniently located - close to a metro store, the river path for running/cycling and an easy walk to town. We spent a very happy week here. Thank you for trusting us with Bella and Jackson. They were adorable - it took them a day to start trusting us but after that they would sit with us and demand to be brushed or played with. We really enjoyed getting to know their personalities!
Jan was so welcoming in her communication and was quick to respond to any queries I had before arriving . Nancy is a gorgeous cat - very friendly and loves a chat - it was an absolute pleasure to look after her and we shared some lovely times . Jans home was comfortable and had everything I could need . It’s walking distance to the beach - an added bonus with a wonderful week of weather ! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend looking after dear Nancy on the magical Isle of Wight .
I had a very good time at Saint Andrews/Starthkinnes. Ozzy is big nice cat. We liked very much to spend time together. She likes to sit on the lap and that was a good tradition every evening. Elizabeth and Gerry gave me very good informations about Ozzy and so it was perfect. It was comfortable to stay in their house with this nice neigborhood. Also Saint Andrews is a very interesting town. Thanks.
Jon and Tisha were amazing to sit for. I really fell in love with their affectionate cat Drake and he was very easy to take care of. Jon was communicative, compassionate and caring towards my sit before, during and after. They even allowed me to stay a few nights after the sit to help me out for my next sit. I don't know what I'd do without Patapooch. Kayleigh and Domenico are friendly, professional, reliable, great with animals, and extremely trust-worthy. Our pup is large and reactive so it takes a strong and special kind of person to be able to handle him. I've never been able to have so much trust with a pet sitter before, and it takes a huge weight off my shoulders knowing that our boy is in the best possible hands. Kayleigh and Domenico are also the only dog walkers we've ever worked with who walk at a fast enough pace for our pup. They understand his needs and give him the exercise he deserves! We also worked with Alyssa, who stayed at our house while we were out of town. She was equally fantastic! The house was left in pristine condition, she provided tons of pictures and updates, and our dog was happy when we returned. We're definitely going to work with her again the next time we go on a trip. Kayleigh and Domenico went above and beyond for us during our wedding in Ojai. Not only did they take amazing care of our golden retriever, they even brought him to our venue for the events and were kind and welcoming to all of our guests. We received photos every day and they even worked on training with him! We would give them 10 stars if we could!
I just want to say how wonderful Kayleigh and Domenico are! My puppy had a great experience over new years 2023. Theo played ball went for walks and relaxed in my hotel room where he felt very safe and comfortable while I went to dinner with good friends. Patapooch was very accommodating over my three day visit. Even sending me photos of my happy puppy while I was out with the girls. I will definitely ask Patapooch to watch Theo again. Kayleigh and Domenico have been expertly and lovingly caring for our animals for years. We have 5 dogs, 4 of them quite large and challenging. We also have goats and chickens. It's a lot to look after and they handle it professionally. They are excellent communicators, and always send photos and updates. They are highly trustworthy and treat our animals like their own. We have 5 large dogs and I wouldn't have anyone else care for them when we are out of town except for Patapooch - Domenico and Kayleigh. They are highly communicative and provide updates about our pups and with tricky feeding schedules and lots of dog hair, Patapooch takes such good care of our pups and our home. It is a gift to be able to travel worry-free because we know our dogs are receiving the love and care they need.

This team is great, and takes great care of our house and our cat while we are out of town on vacation. We are repeat customers! They can accommodate longer trips as well, and they are nearby and always able to help. There was an instance forgot to turn on the sprinklers, and they helped make sure our, plants and trees didn’t die while we were gone

To be honest, my sister ownes this business so, a bias is possible. However my pup goes to them every day, and I'm fully put at ease knowing that all of the dogs enrolled in their program have been screened for immunization, as well as full health screening, and they make sure that each dog is paired properly with play mates! I just know one thing, my puppy comes home happy, well fed, and well played. Being that he's a Shepard collie, and Australian cattle dog mix, that's impressive! We grew up with dogs of all breeds, and loved them all, it's a soft spot! She welcomes new customers! But as we all tend to be she is busy, make an appointment if you're looking for an amazing loving place for your puppers!
