We loved our stay in Mike and Pam's house. They are such lovely people, and they made us so welcome, consequently we felt very relaxed and at home in their home. The dogs are a delight to look after, no trouble at all. I got particularly attached to little Harry, but they are all wonderful. Ripon is a lovely place to visit. We went to Fountains Abbey and Studley Water Gardens, which is stunning and well worth a visit. We were sorry to leave and felt like we had made some new friends!
Olivia and Nigel were a delight to house sit for, which included 2 cats, 8 chickens, 1 snake and 1 gecko :) They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and also were very hospitable before and after my official stay. All their animals were a delight and their home is in a gorgeous quiet setting with fresh eggs daily and a beautiful garden to relax in. Highly recommended.
We cherished every moment caring for Claire's home, Zola and Zya. Their delightful personalities and sweet love truly made our stay memorable! Zya, the adorable cat, stole our hearts with her constant desire to be by our side and her playful antics of her. She's not only super funny but also loves posing for the cutest pictures, making her truly a magical feline friend. Zola, the big-hearted doggie, melted our hearts with her affectionate nature and boundless excitement for walks. Her enthusiasm added so much joy to our days. Their home, with its spacious and beautiful layout, offered breathtaking views that welcomed us and allowed us to experience the magic of Zihuatanejo. The location was perfect, close to numerous beaches that we explored with Zola, who loved joining us for long walks and admiring the stunning sunsets. Furthermore, there were plenty of dining options and artisanal shops nearby, with the renowned La Ropa beach like 3 blocks away, enclosed by majestic mountains, creating a natural oasis-like atmosphere. We found ourselves drawn to this beach daily, not only for exercise and meditation but also to bask in the sunlight and soak in the serene ambiance. Claire's exceptional hosting skills ensured that every detail was taken care of, making our time there both effortless and enjoyable. We're already looking forward to the possibility of returning for another visit!
Cristina was a terrific host, with a comfortable, quiet apartment in a great neighborhood. The cats, Alvin and Domitillo are young and playful and it only took them a few hours to warm up to me. Cristina was very responsive to questions. She even asked my favorite breakfast (whole grain toast with peanut butter) and left both for me when I arrived.
Arlo and Luka are such special boys and so well behaved and fun. I enjoyed every minute with them in their beautiful Boulder home. Judy is communicative, gracious, and kind. I would love to sit here again given the opportunity.
I had a lovely night in Shoreham with Sebastian and Olive. Such a lovely flat and area and the animals were gorgeous
