AMAZING sitter and person overall: From the moment we connected, Anne-Sophie exuded warmth, professionalism, and a genuine love for animals. The meet-and-greet session was reassuring, as Anne-Sophie took the time to get to know each of our cats individually, asking insightful questions about their routines, preferences, and any special needs they might have. Anne-Sophie is a very friendly, kind, caring, attentive and communicative person. She gave us daily detailed updates with lots of cute photos and videos, so we were reassured that our kitties were doing well. It was heartwarming to see our furry friends so content and well-cared-for in the pictures, which truly put our minds at ease while we were away. Not only did Anne-Sophie fulfill the basic responsibilities of feeding and cleaning up after our cats, but she went above and beyond by spending quality time with them. The genuine affection and attention she showered upon our pets were evident in their behaviour when we returned home – happy, relaxed, and clearly having enjoyed the company. We returned to a clean and tidy apartment and delicious biscuits she baked herself which was very lovely. We highly recommend Anne-Sophie for anyone seeking a trustworthy and caring pet sitter. Margo and Luke were nothing short of fabulous! Their great energy created a wonderful match for our home and pet. Completely responsible and caring, we received notice everyday with a report on our pet’ s welfare, enjoyment and comfort. They learned his routine, likes and dislikes and took his lead on playtime, rest time and other needs. We requested that Margo and Luke arrive the day before so that we could meet them in person and share information regarding the care and feeding of our home as well. It was delightful to have that time with them and get to know this very special couple. Likewise, they welcomed us back home with a lovely dinner before leaving on their next adventure the following morning. We look forward to having them return in the spring for a longer stay. You can’t go wrong with these two and if you’re able to meet them in person, your experience with them will enhance your ease at leaving home. We feel so fortunate to have begun this budding friendship.
