I had the best week looking after Bailey and Marlo, they are so cuddly and very well behaved! Grace, Ryan and little Olive were so warm and welcoming, they made me feel so comfortable and at home. Their house is beautiful and in such a lovely, safe area, with great walks to take the pups on.
I had a great time catsitting Gyoza for Kerry and Adam! Gyoza is the most affectionate cat I've ever met. She loooooooves cuddles and head rubs, and she lets you know (loudly 😂) when she wants them. Other than that, she's a chill cat who sleeps most of the time and gets excited when the sun comes out :). The apartment was great. It's located in a nice neighborhood with lots of food and grocery options within walking distance. It's also well equipped with everything I needed during my stay. I didn't get to meet Kerry and Adam in person, but they left the apartment very clean and tidy for me. Kerry was very responsive and easy to communicate with, both before and during the sit. Overall it was a great experience and I could not recommend them highly enough :).
What a fantastic house sit! We loved every minute with Effie and Mikey they are sooo friendly and a pleasure to look after. Guernsey was new to us and we felt at home straight away, especially as we were encouraged to invite family and friends to share some of our experiences. Our location was great, the bungalow was so very comfortable, light, clean and spacious. The beaches and sunsets were beautiful as well as lots of history to check out. Janie and Geoff were just the best hosts, introducing us to their fun friends and family, inviting us to dinner and lunch and very appreciative at all times. This was a great house sit and we would have no hesitation returning to be with our two legged friends and our four legged friends! We would highly recommend this house sit
We thoroughly enjoyed looking after Mog. He was gentle, affectionate and very easy to look after. Sarah and Evan were very easy to commmunicate with before and during the sit and they provided us with all the information we required about the house and local area. Chesham is a great place. We originally planned to visit London a few times, however, there was so much to see locally that we only went into London once. We had a fantastic week. Thank you Sarah, Evan and Mog.
Tao is a lovely cat who is calm and affectionate. He loves to follow us around and sit on our laps. He is a great joy to be around and doesn't scratch or bite which is nice. Liz and Simon live in the centre of Jerez on a pedestrianised street that is walking distance to everything. There are many tapas bars, restaurants and bodegas to visit. We had a car but never used it around town, only to venture out to see other things. Their home is quite comfortable and pleasant to be in so on those rare days that it's raining outside, it's enjoyable to stay in to watch netflix and play with Tao. There's also a fantastic terrasse to sit in the sun to read a book or sip some wine. There are many stairs so if mobility is an issue, then please speak with Liz or Simon for more details. We spent two weeks on this sit and it felt like home to us and we were sad to leave. We would highly recommend anyone to consider sitting for Tao!
This was a flat-out GREAT situation to sit for. The house and the neighborhood are terrific, and the two puppies totally fun to take care of. I hope things line up where I can sit for them again- and I appreciate having all the expectations laid out clearly in advance. Did I say great already? I'll say it again...GREAT!
