Jackie and Randy are awesome. I love the set up that they have and all the dogs get along so well. The have a few fenced in play areas and a heated pool for the dogs. Every detail is covered so you can leave your most cherished loved one and not worry. We did a meet and greet and can't wait for them to do daycare and boarding.

Our dogs Carey and Ranger had a great time with Jackie and her husband Randy! They sent us a lot of pictures and gave us a lot of updates, which we so appreciated! We highly recommend them and will be using them again!!!

Jackie and Randy treat the dogs as their own! Tito loves going there every time. He starts whining as soon as we pull into the driveway! I will not take Tito anywhere else since finding Jackie. She is the best!

My boys have been cared for by Olivia for almost two years now! I can't speak highly enough about her. She takes her job seriously, is responsible, walks in whatever weather is thrown at her, and always has a smile on her face. She has great control of both dogs when she's walking and I never worry when they are with her. My big guy has been on a weight loss journey, 😂, and thanks in part to Olivia, he's lost over 20 lbs!! My little boy is a rescue and takes some time to adjust, but let me tell you, he warmed up immediately to her. She shows nothing but love. When Olivia shows up, all I have to say is, "Boys, your girlfriend is here." They fly to the door and cover her in kisses. Highly recommend! Give her a try and tell her Thunder sent you!

Diane is wonderful! She has a loving caring energy with animals. My anxious dog was immediately taken with her. I am rarely away from my dog, but I had to be out of town. Diane came for home visits throughout my being away. She sent photos & updates on both my dog & cat throughout each visit. Her communication is excellent. When I returned home, both my dog and cat were relaxed, the house was as neat as I left it... I could tell everything went very well. I highly recommend Diane & will be using her for any future times I need to be away from home.

Please DO NOT believe the first review, the people were reviewing ANOTHER pet sitting service called Wagging Tails in another part of the state. Wagging Tails in Enfield CT is owned and operated by Diane Mozes, and she is a lovely woman who has taken care of our dogs, and our neighbors dogs over the last 4 years. She charges a fair price, and water's plants, takes in mail, and actually PLAYS with your pets. She texts messages to us to let us know how they are doing and sends us pictures of them playing outside. I can't tell you how comforted we feel knowing Diane is giving our dogs the amazing TLC while we are away. This year we even have a frisky new puppy and while we were away Diane took such good care of her. I suffered a heartbreaking loss after losing my beloved golden retriever after coming home from a local kennel and I vowed NEVER to use a kennel again..if I couldn't find someone I trusted to take care of my dogs... I wasn't going anywhere. I am so very happy I found Diane, and you will be too. I promise. Call Wagging Tails, (the one in Enfield) you won't be sorry.

I am so disappointed that I have to leave this post but out of fairness to others, it is necessary. I just called Waggin Tail to ask about dog sitting at the time of a family wedding in the spring. The phone number that I called was listed on the website, and was answered by a woman with a "Hello". Not "Hello this is Waggin Tail" or any other identification. I had no idea if I had reached the correct business so I asked if this was Diane (she is a friend of my sister so I knew a first name but that was it), and she said yes. I then asked if this was Waggin Tail and she said yes. I explained that I wasn't sure when she answered the phone since she did not identify the business. She stated that it was her personal phone. Again, I called the phone number that was listed on her website and I explained that. The next thing that I heard was "Oh what a day" and she hung up on me. Very unprofessional. I truly wanted to give her my business as she would have taken care of several dogs, but will find another pet sitter who is not so rude.

They are crooks! Do not use them! Our family went away for a week and we came home to a disaster. The owner offered a refund on our voicemail but three months later we still have not received it.

Rene and George took wonderful care of our 14 year old ShihTzu. It was the first time she was with someone other than family. Within an hour of drop off we received a picture of her snuggling up with George!!.Would 100% recommended, and will definitely book again. Loving,gentle home atmosphere.

My senior dog was so well cared for! I will NEVER leave my pet in a kennel again! For a comparable price, the quality of care given here is exceptional!! Full of gratitude for Renee and George and their network of pet sitter partners!

We are thrilled with Audrey. She is reliable and trustworthy. We have one indoor cat, one outdoor cat (who vanishes when we travel), fish and plants. All are always well taken care of, giving us great peace of mind. Audrey does not hesitate to contact you if she has a concern. We had a bad cat fight during our last trip (Feb.). Audrey found blood and fur on the snow on the deck and was worried about our outdoor cat. Fortunately our security cameras captured the fight and our cat was not involved. We were able to share the videos with Audrey so she could also have peace of mind. Our outdoor cat showed up a day after our return looking no worse for wear.

We're so glad we discovered Happy Paws last year. Audrey took great care of our 13-year-old cat while we took a few week-long trips during the summer. Audrey texted updates & photos so we always had peace of mind, especially since Curtis the cat is very social & gets anxious when no one's around. While he doesn't currently have health problems it's good to know she can monitor him when we can't. And based on reviews from her other clients I'm confident she'll handle any such health issues should they arise while she checks on Curtis during our upcoming trips.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Happy Paws. We utilized their services to help with our elderly cat while we went away for Christmas. Our cat required medications (topical, specialized feedings and oral syringe) twice a day and Audrey was not only reliable and dependable with delivering the meds, but she also sent us some updates with texts and pictures. Audrey was very thorough and attentive from the initial interview throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Happy Paws for your pet sitter needs.

Audrey took fantastic care of our three cats while we were away for a week. She truly loves animals and it shows. By the time we came back, the cats were happy to see us but not desperate to see us - the true sign of a well-cared for cat. We will hire her whenever we are away.

When I met Audrey I was so relieved to find a pet sitter who I could trust with my fur babies. I was disappointed with all the kennels we had tried and was looking for a safer stress free option for my Goldendoodle and Siamese cat. Audrey has been our only pet sitter now for a year and a half. Audrey is great and easy to reach . I enjoy seeing photos or videos of my pets on Audrey's Facebook page. She has also watered my plants and shipped a package to us that we needed. I highly recommend Audrey for your pet sitting needs!

I'm so thankful that I have Audrey to check in on my dog Elvis !! Audrey is visiting Elvis several days/week and she is so patient with him. Elvis is a senior dog that is blind so he can't be rushed while outside or to do anything really, except eating of course :) Audrey is excellent with him and 100% reliable. Audrey is also very good at communicating if there is anything I need to know. Can't recommend her enough to anybody in need of a reliable and very caring dog walker or pet sitter.

My husband and I are extremely grateful to have Audrey check in on Tsavo and Chloe when we are away from home for long periods of time. We would never again use any kennel service after having our dogs cared for by Audry. Donna at Best of Buddies waste removal is absolutely worth the money! If you are like me and limited on time but love your dogs she is the woman for you. Whether it be walking them or cleaning up after them. Im so grateful she has taken this off my shoulders. It’s so worth it cause i can cuddle my pups instead of being in the yard.

We recently went on a 10-day vacation and it was the first time we had to leave our two senior dogs alone at the house. Donna was the absolute best! She was in constant communication during the whole trip, making sure that we knew exactly how the dogs were during the whole time. She spent extra time with them out of the goodness of her heart. Jan and her team are excellent. They are knowledgeable, professional and passionate about training pups to be their best puppy selves! We’ve been bringing our dog, Carmie, once a week to Yappy Hour for quite some time and she has come a long way. Because of Happy Dogs at Home training, Carmie is well behaved and absolutely excellent with other dogs and has gone from a total scaredy cat to a much more confident young lady. 🐶

Mylo has been a Happy Dog with Jan and her staff for over 13 years. Jan trained Mylo when he first arrived in our home. He loves seeing her for walks and fun!!

I used Happy Dogs @Home for overnight pet sitting for 2 trips I went on and they were wonderful both times. Jan, the owner, scheduled a visit ahead of time to meet my dog and find out more about him. My dog doesn’t tend to warm up to people right away, but he warmed up to Jan immediately, so I knew that was a great sign! I was able to go on vacation knowing my dog was at home and in good hands. Anytime I reached out for an update, I’d get a quick response with a photo attached. Jan was also able to help out with my dog’s mealtime behavior. He has always been a picky eater and mealtime was always difficult; one week with Jan and now he eats his food as soon as I set it down. Thank you Jan!

Jan’s training was the best and so helpful for us as new pet owners. Now Poppy attends happy yappy hour. She loves getting to run around with all of her friends!

This small business is one of the most professional and personal there is around! My dogs are my children and I know I can be a handful with how picky I am about their care, but Jan and her business make my dogs and I feel like family. I trust all my training and pet-sitting needs to this them, able to vacation comfortably knowing my dogs are looked after as if they are the sitter's own.

I am more than happy to highly recommend the services of Jan as a professional trainer and pet sitter. I first met her at a group dog walk about a year and a half ago and was very impressed with how well she communicated with the many dogs. I then contacted her to sit for my 1 year old Wheaton Terrier while I was on vacation. Brady was so undaunted by my absence that I have used her pet sitting services every time I travel. My goal for Brady is to go into pet therapy and recently asked Jan to train him for that role. Under her tutelage, he has shown great potential and I give her great praise for training both of us! In short, I can only say that Jan has made my relationship with my dog much simpler, less stressful, and a lot more fun! She just “gets” how to communicate what you want your dog to do in a way that both you and your dog understand.
