Our sit for Sarah & Johann was fabulous. They went out of their way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Sarah came & collected us when we arrived and then went out of her way to take us to the train station when we left, even though they'd only been home a few hours. They couldn't have done anything more to make our stay enjoyable. We had a delightful time. Holly was a joy! Easy to care for. Fun to walk & play with all over the park grounds behind the house. We loved the ducks & Moscow was a sweetheart, often leaving us gifts in the morning! The village is a short 10 minute walk away & the cutest place. We loved it. The weekly market was a delight. A dream housesit. Thank you again Sarah. We'll always remember this sit.
We absolutely enjoyed this comfortable sit and are very impressed of the generous hospitality of Peter and Guy. They really made us feel like friends and shared a nice dinner before they left the next day. Frankie is a super cute cat, very independent and easy to look after. After three days, she even curled up on the bed at Andrés feet during the night. The beautiful home is located in a very calm area with breathtaking views to the Pyrenees and the hilly landscape. For Monika it was like paradise to cook in a fully equipped kitchen and André loved the tasty food and a glas of vine from the vinery in Plaisance. The region is full of history and interesting places to explore. Do not miss to visit the museum of d’Artagnan in Lupiac, or the various farmers markets. Peter and Guy, thank you very much for welcoming us and trusting us. We highly recommend this sit and would love to come back one day.
Rob and Indie's home was in a beautiful village, which I wasn't expecting when I saw Kettering as the address! Rob was good to communicate with both before and during the sit and made us feel welcome in his home. The expected and unplanned builders were a bit of a shock but they were so respectful that i suspect Rob had warned them! Indie was an absolute darling to look after. As others have mentioned, she does like to sing a long, although I thought it was because she didn't like the Archers theme tune that she was howling. There are some great walks from the doorstep and some a few miles away in the car. Indie was no trouble at all in the car and hopped in our little convertible without any problems. We really enjoyed our stay in Rob's place, Indie was a real pleasure to take care of and the local pub has a great garden for watching the sunset from with Indie by your side...but you get the same view from the house so it's just an excuse to sample the locally distilled Gin. We would definitely go back.
Arlin was welcoming and communicative and handled few last minute changes of dates that have occurred perfectly! Nala and Maki are lovely, each with their own needs and personality which will be described by Arlin in an accurate pdf guide and further on in person. I'm happy of the time spent there and I can recommend Arlin as a host :)
We had a wonderful sit at Stephanie, Jo & Marmot’s home. Stephanie & Jo were both very warm & friendly & insisted their home was our home for the stay. The home, our room & facilities were beautiful & very comfortable - they had left supplies to meet all our needs! Mighty Marmot the gentle wonder dog was such a smoochie poochie! We loved him & are missing him already! He was so well behaved & loved his walks; drives & beach swims! He never woke us before 7.30am & even then was patiently waiting for us to stir… what a gentleman. We can highly recommend this sit & beautiful part of the south coast!
Valerie's home is very comfortable and clean. I was made welcome on arrival and communication was good. Cosmo was a delight. She was a bit timid at first but soon came around. Valerie's home is a short walk from the local shops with a lot going on. Thank you Valerie for a lovely stay.

Love the Perfect Pooch. I found them through Google and Yelp reviews and the reviews are so accurate. I was so worried as a new dog owner and they treat my dog with such care. They started watching him before he was fully vaccinated so more pet sitting and they were fantastic. I got tons of updates and pics and they truly care for the pets. They’re great about notes and requests and did a great job feeding him and keeping him entertained. I most recently tried their overnight service which was fantastic and didn’t disrupt my puppy’s routine. I always feel like my dog is cared for by folks (especially Joy!) who love dogs and take extra care to treat my puppy with kindness -highly recommended.

Maggie is pure joy. She's also a 55lb diva who needs a long walk every day to keep her being a pure joy as my workday co-pilot. I had a scary experience with a solo dog walker, and then I found Leeland, who heads the Perfect Pooch. Lili, Gable, Raeven and sometimes Leland herself walk Maggie both alone, and sometimes with great buddies. I've seen them outside from a distance, and know how Maggie is super excited when it's time for their arrival. Maya stayed with Maggie while we were away, too. I feel confident and very comfortable knowing Maggie gets her walk (no matter the weather). The portal is very easy to use for communication, and payment, too.

I have been using perfect pooch for cat sitting for several months now. They have watched our cats during several trips. It is easy to schedule via their app, they are reliable, take good care of our cats, and always send follow up notes and pictures. As an added bonus - they also leave our apartment tidy - vacuuming up litter and taking out the cat food tins.
New to the city and have been using the perfect pooch for over a month and weve been so happy. They use an app to message, schedule, and share all the happenings including real time mapped walks, timestamped visits, photos and a sweet message from the walker. Leeland the business owner is wonderful and communicative and came to meet our dog and then set up a meet up with our incredible primary walker Rheanna! My experience with The Perfect Pooch has been overly positive. The business owner is very responsive, and helps to do all booking, scheduling, payment, and messaging through a commonly used app. All employees have been trustworthy in my home, including the business owner who shares in the workload during busy weekends. Employees are largely detail oriented as well as cat-friendly and very patient even in the face of very shy cats who can lock themselves in a room.
I've been using The Perfect Pooch NYC for about a year now, and they take the BEST care of my little chihuahua! He was a COVID puppy, so I hadn't had to leave him with a walker/sitter before, but Leeland and her team are so professional, caring, and warm that I felt comfortable instantly. My dog be a little feisty (to put it nicely) but he adores his walker Ashley, and she keeps him happy and in check on their daily Central Park walks. I've also used them for overnight boarding, and was so impressed with the quality of care and updates. Can't recommend Leeland, Ashley, and the Perfect Pooch team enough!

My dog and cat love Julie and her team! They do dog walks and I use Julie's Jungle often for pet sitting as I travel a lot for work. We used J&J PetCare during the summer of 2023 to take care of our two dogs (a yorkie and a chihuahua) over the course of 10 days when we were away, and we couldn't be more impressed with the service! They made apartment visits twice a day for our paper-trained pups, ensuring they were fed, had plenty of fresh water, and were treated to delicious treats. What really stood out was their attention to detail and the love they showed our dogs. They sent us regular videos and pictures, which made us feel so connected to our pups while we were away. It was clear they spent a lot of time playing and engaging with them during each visit, keeping them happy and entertained. Additionally, they always cleaned up the wee wee pads and replaced them with fresh ones, which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend J&J Petcare in a heartbeat. Their level of care, communication, and professionalism gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We will definitely be using their services again!

My dog really looks forward to seeing Jorge every morning! I get update pictures from every walk and my little guy comes back very exhausted from the amount of exercise he gets which is great! J&J walks our dog Coco daily and on most days we get a photo of Coco showing her having a wonderful time on her walk. They are reliable and flexible and have really helped us out in emergencies. It is apparent that they LOVE animals - so gentle and loving with our pets. We highly recommend them. They sent us this photo of Coco on her walk one day (see attached).

NY tails is great for walking! Our yorkie Zoe absolutely adores her walker Camila. Booking is easy through the app and Camila or the other walkers are communicative every day. The policies can feel like you’re being nickel and dimed at times but to be fair they are very clear on the website. Would highly recommend NY tails
I love NY Tails I send my dog Blue there for boarding anytime I go out of town, and they do an amazing job with all their dogs. I can see the excitement rise with Blue as we get closer to their location because he loves it there. Their updates on their Instagram stories are so fun to follow along with, and the backyard is really nice. Blue always comes home from boarding absolutely pooped from all the play with other dogs which is great. I trust them completely, and so glad I found them for my pup. Highly recommend for anyone!

NY Tails is fantastic! They really care about the dogs and our dog loves being there. As soon as his special collar goes on, he knows he’s going to Tails and pulls us the whole way there. We also love that they have a private outdoor space so the dogs are able to get some fresh air and sunshine, weather permitting.
NY Tails is a hidden gem for UES pet owners!! Every walker and daycare employee has treated my dog like their own - and he adores them! Any time he sees someone from NY Tails he gets so excited - we are so sad to be moving! The team is professional, communicative, friendly and so caring - they really love the dogs like their own. Plus prices are affordable - and it’s easy to request a last minute walker if you are going to be out and your dog needs some love! We used the daily walking services and daycare/puppy sitting on a regular basis - I’m so glad I found them and so sad we are moving away and can’t use them anymore!
NY Tails has been reliable in providing visits for my cat for almost a year now. The employees who stop by tend to send pictures of my cat in a group chat when they visit (every pet owner's favorite) and provide a brief status update. I feel comfortable going away knowing someone is checking up on her. There was an issue with the NY Tails payment portal where the total charge it stated for requested services was not matching the amount I was actually being invoiced which was greater in several cases. Upon flagging this, Jessica, one of the coordinators, was exceedingly responsive and helpful in addressing the concern. The payment portal has now been updated to reflect accurate pricing details. I really appreciated how receptive NY Tails was to my feedback and how quick the team was to address it. Great customer service! It's worth taking note of the website to be aware of additional charges that may be applied for early/late and weekend visits. These are very clearly stated on the website, but don't appear on the payment portal/may not be factored into final pricing. It's also worth noting that, at least for cat visits, visit times are structured within a 4-hour timeframe (to allow flexibility for the person visiting to work the visit into their schedule). The 4-hour time period begins 2 hours before and ends 2 hours after the time you select for the visit within the payment portal (Dotimely). For instance, if you select 9am, the person visiting may come any time between 7-11am. This isn't very clearly stated, so it's worth taking note of this to avoid any charges that apply for visits before 9am and after 6pm.
The BEST dog walking service. We have used NY Tails since our pup was 2 month old and could not say enough good things about the company. The walkers are friendly, reliable, and gives us timely updates. When we had last minute requests, NY Tails staff were so easy to reach and always willing to go out of their way to help schedule last minute walks. Highly recommend!!!
NY Tails walked my dog Pablo every weekday for about a year and they were always extremely professional, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. They truly love animals to boot! Juliana and then Amanda were my dogs primary walkers and they were both wonderful and would write me notes about funny (sometimes naughty) things my dog would do during their time with him every day. I could tell that they both genuinely cared for Pablo and his well being and treated him as their own. I would recommend NY Tails to any dog owner in Manhattan!
Would give 6 stars if I could. Treated our dog Sadie like family for four years and were always reliable. What more could you ask for? More detail—> We used NY Tails with our dog Sadie from the day we adopted her at 7 weeks old until just a week ago when she was a week shy of 4 years old. Sadly, we moved outside of NY Tails' area and had to find new dog walkers. But NY Tails is amazing. Everyone there treated Sadie like their own dog and we couldn't have been happier. The owners Kira and Paulo are excellent and the team is responsive. Sadie had two main walkers over our 4 years: Mally and Vivian. Both were beyond amazing and caring for Sadie. We trusted them 100%. We also occasionally used the day care service and had similarly great interactions. Always got picture updates and were sure Sadie was well cared for. In short, we used NY Tails for 4 years, had two walkers, and used the day care. I feel we know them very well and we'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy and reliable dog walker/daycare. A+. Seriously. We miss them.
We have been using NY Tails for daily walks for about 2 months, and have only wonderful things to say. They are very professional and the prices are fair. But most importantly, we completely trust our walker. They aim to give you the same walker each day, and they really build a relationship. Our walker, Pronthip, is so kind and loving--our pup is always sad to see her go (I can tell because we receive a picture at the start and end of each walk). I feel comfortable leaving our dog home while we work because I know she will have an amazing walk with Pronthip during the day. She takes wonderful care of our Juni! NY Tails makes communication and scheduling easy. We also have used them for boarding, and that has been great as well. They clearly love the dogs and take great care of them. We feel so lucky to have found NY Tails--it had made our lives and our dog's life so much easier and happier!
The pet boarding service was amazing. Dana was in constant communication with us, sent photos and made sure our dog was very comfortable. She picked him up and dropped off at our apartment which was very helpful due to our travel plans. I recommend this service!
Dana is amazing! My husband and I moved back to the city with our 1 year old puppy, Zelda, last summer. She was a nervous wreck and everything scared her. We needed a dog walker and Dana was the answer. Zelda loved her from day 1 and Dana has helped her feel more confident and secure. Dana is amazing with animals and I wouldn’t leave Zelda with anyone else.

Like many other residents in our building, we have worked with Dana for many years, trusting her to skillfully and lovingly care for our pets while we are away. For the past several years, Dana has come into our apartment to take care of our cats while we are away on vacation. In a work, she is fantastic! Dana is friendly, reliable, trustworthy, great at what she does, and very clearly LOVES animals. Our cats are so happy and well cared-for while we are away, as evidenced by the pictures and videos Dana sends us. Her care for our cats has always been second-to-none. She doesn’t just feed them and clean the litter box, she stays and plays with them – above and beyond the call of duty. We look forward to working with Dana and having her care for our current cat for may more years to come!
Having Dana walk our very big energetic puppy for a full hour at noontime has been a god send for us! Charlie loves to see Dana. He’s so excited to see her he practically jumps up into her arms (all 70 pounds of him) and when he comes home from his walk, he’s happily exhausted for the rest of the afternoon - so I can work! Dana’s reliable and personable, communicates really well and sends me photos of their adventures real time.
Our beloved Kobe is our number one priority and we could not be happier with the services that we have received from Noah's Arc. First of all I feel like I known Dana forever. She is beyond lovely!! We are new members of the family and feel so at home already. They are attentive, flexible, reliable and are available even in short notice. Our dog Waller Francisco has been so sweet and adoring with Kobe which totally melts my heart. He definitely goes the extra mile with her care which brings me such comfort and joy. Their Time to Pet app is such a great and easy tool to navigate. I love that I can get a detailed report of her walks, activity and the pics are an added bonus. I’ve hired Noah’s Arc a number of times now, and everybody I’ve spoken to/worked with has been incredibly kind and professional. Latoya and Dana have always been responsive and flexible, even when I’ve called them last minute minute; and Francisco and Patricia have probably given more attention to my cat that I usually do. Their daly emails and pictures show a very happy kitten, indeed!
Dana & co have cared for my cats, Buford and now Luna, for well over ten years now and inasmuch as I always worry when I travel , I always know the “kids” will be in good and loving hands. (I sensed it the second Dana came to meet Buford and me, what seems like, at least, nine lives ago.). As any feline co-habitant will admit, you always worry about the feline threat of revenge for “abandonment” but I always return home to a calm, happy and loving cat. Not to mention, Dana being there and going out of her way in an emergency. We cannot recommend Noah’s Arc more!!! 🐱🌙

Pedro is an excellent dog walker. I have recommended him many times to neighbors and friends without hesitation. He is very attentive, reliable, and caring. I have a senior dog that Pedro has been taking care of (because a great dog walker does more than just walk your dog) for the last four years. He is incredibly patient and loving as she begins to slow down in her golden years. I’m grateful everday I leave the apartment knowing Pedro will be there to exercise and spend time with my beloved dog.
I couldn't be happier with Pedro and Hot Paws Pet Care. My pup can be a bit of a handful so I was a bit nervous about finding a walker for her, but I knew from the moment I met Pedro that she would be in good hands! Pedro is *obviously* a dog-lover and has a lot of patience. He is also extremely communicative and reliable; he has NEVER not shown up for a walk and has never canceled on us. It is SUCH a relief not having to worry about my dog while I'm at work! I also always receive text updates about the walk, which is great. All I know is that my dog absolutely adores Pedro. BOTTOM LINE: You can't go wrong with Hot Paws Pet Care. P.S. While Pedro is our every day walker, I have met two other walkers with Hot Paws Pet Care and both were great, too! It was important to me that my dog could expect the same walker every single day, which Pedro accommodated, but for two days during which Pedro was out of town we had sub walkers. Pedro was gracious enough to give plenty of notice about his trip AND set up a time for me and my dog to meet the sub walkers beforehand to make sure everything would be good. SO appreciate Hot Paws Pet Care's commitment to its clients and the fact that it always puts the dogs first! THANK YOU!
We had Pedro dog-sit our 2 dogs at our wedding recently at Wave Hill in the Bronx. He was TREMENDOUS! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dog sitter. He was amazing to work with and such a great guy. He took phenomenal care of our dogs (1 big dog and 1 little dog). The dogs were honestly upset to be leaving his care at the end of the night. Pedro was a class act. He dressed incredibly well and was such a pleasure to work with. We were so happy we found him!
Pedro has been taking care of our Jack Russell since 2013 and she absolutely loves him. Since Pedro has been with us, we've noticed a reduction in our dog's anxiety around other dogs (and even people), and he and Vincent have always demonstrated a genuine care for her well-being. We feel very fortunate that we found such a trustworthy, reliable, and attentive dog walking service.
Pedro is a total professional and a pleasure to work with. He took care of our cats while we were away for the holidays. He not only made sure our cats were fed and their litter cleaned, but he also played with the cats every time he was there, gave us text updates, and even was kind enough to bring in our mail. We enjoyed our vacation that much more knowing our kitties were in good hands while we were away. Can't recommend Pedro and Hot Paws enough - he treats your pets like they were his own! Pedro has been walking our dog for the past year and we absolutely love him and Hot Paws! He is such a caring, responsible, and professional individual and just a pleasure to work with. Since he has come in to our lives, we have felt so much relief knowing that our pup is well taken care of and happy. He has strong communication skills and updates you on your pup daily. Pedro and Vincent have been walking my large, lazy dog for nearly 2 years. He is professional, flexible and easy to work with. He is always cheerful and pleasant and really cares about our dog. Our dog can be quite resistant to getting off the couch to walk during the day - especially in the summer or if it's raining - and Hot Paws can always get him happily out the door. They are awesome and a real asset to the neighborhood!
I hired Pedro to take care of my GSD while I was working out of state. Pedro did an excellent job taking care of my pride and joy. He promptly gave me updates every time he completed a walk and kept me up to date on his mood. I even got to FaceTime with my dog which I think help put both our minds at ease. Even though my dog isn’t too happy when I go away at least I know someone I can call to make sure he’s safe and happy. Thank you Pedro!
The Hot Paws Pet Care team is amazing!!! Pedro has been walking my cockapoo Gigi for a few years now and she absolutely adores him! He’s so loving, playful and understanding with her! He doesn’t just come and walk her, he actually takes the time to play with her and talk to her.
