Absolutely recommend fir tree pets hotel, it was our first time leaving our Frenchie when we went away for 2 weeks. They made us feel so welcomed and made us feel at ease knowing he was going to be well looked after. They kept us up to date with how he was getting on and sent lots of photos. Very happy and highly recommend would definitely use them again.
Just picked up our dog after our holiday, it's was Lunas third stay at Fir Tree Pets Hotel and she is always happy to stay and I'm confident by the way she is when we collect her she has been well looked after and enjoyed her stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a boarding kennel for their pet.

This was the first time I used fir tree but it definitely won’t be the last. My 9 year old jack Russel seemed very comfortable and very well looked after. The staff are lovely and put my mind at rest from the moment I met them. Thoroughly recommend
Not very good, I won't be using again, my dog absolutely stunk of old urine and his bed had to be thrown away when I picked him up, I have used other kennels before and never had this! My first time using this one and never again! Also my dog was very stressed when I picked up! Never using kennels again, he will be coming on holiday with us in the future. I just had a email saying this is fake! I can assure you that it not! We had our dog stay in September
Our beautiful girl stayed for a few nights and had such a fantastic time. She was so relaxed under the experience of the lovely staff. They were very helpful in guiding us on preparation to the stay and kept in touch with updates. We were thrilled with the conditions and the love they showed our girl. We booked our 8 year old rescue in for his first ever stay in kennels for a 2 week stay( holiday booked way before we adopted him) with the previous owners, so I was very surprised when I took our boy for his holiday to find Lauren ,Charlie and Kirsty to welcome us. We'll...what a lovely welcome, Lauren,Charley and Kirtsy seemed pleased to meet and welcome him into their care. While he was staying with them we had regular updates and photos too to help put our minds at rest, which we were very grateful for. Communication was excellent and on our return they were very accommodating due to our flight was being a little delayed, we couldn't collect when we had first agreed. Lauren was so helpful and seemed to take a real shine to our lovely lad. We are very thankful, we will return and we highly recommend. Thank you Fir Trees Pet Hotel. put a neurotic new mum(me) at ease.
Our two dogs stayed for two weeks , they both seemed very well when we picked them up , but they both smelt of stale urine , and so did their beds . We had to buy new beds for them , as the smell did not wash out of the beds , even at 60 degrees !!! Overall a very expensive experience . We won’t be using this kennel again .
