Jim and Luna cat were gracious hosts who have a comfortable home in a great location in Bend. Jim left all the information and resources I needed to have a fun stay. I even got to play his piano some, which was a treat. Luna is a mellow cat who can be roused to play, or just lay around and be cozy. She was easy to sleep with, and affectionate but not pushy. I would recommend this sit and would do it again in the future!
I had an absolutely delightful time during my two-week house-sitting endeavor at Niki and Sebastian's sophisticated and stylish apartment in Montpellier. The highlight of this experience was undeniably attending to their captivating and independent cat, Napo. Upon my arrival, I was graciously welcomed and treated to an extensive tour of both the apartment and the charming local neighbourhood. Niki went the extra mile to provide me with exceptional restaurant recommendations nearby, as well as insightful suggestions for art exhibitions and museums, all of which greatly enriched my stay. Napo, the utterly endearing feline companion, brought sheer joy to my caretaking responsibilities. Our companionship seamlessly flourished without any difficulties. She particularly enjoyed morning cuddle sessions and gradually transformed into a loyal friend, always eager to accompany me. The apartment's location was truly unbeatable, with conveniently located restaurants just around the corner and all of the town's attractions within effortless walking distance. I absolutely loved going to the adorable local stores to pick up some delightful artisanal groceries. Reaching the beach was an effortless endeavour thanks to the efficiency of public transportation. As part of my evening wind-down ritual, I took pleasure in watering plants and immersing myself in their superb selection of books. Niki and Sebastien were incredibly attentive hosts who had considered every detail to ensure my stay was as comfortable as can be. The communication was excellent right from day one, and I can't recommend them enough. My time there was truly outstanding, and I'm looking forward to the chance to come back in the future.

Chabanais is a quiet town with plenty to offer. Going for walks was lovely, especially with the Vienne just outside the house. Tenzing is a free spirit who likes spending his days outside, exploring. He seeks you at night for a little chat every now and then. Taking care of him was quite easy. Feed him in the morning and when he comes back at night and make sure the water fountain is replenished. Karen and Matthew were wonderful. They tried their best to make my stay comfortable and worthwhile. I highly recommend sitting for them.
Moka was a delight to watch. She is smart, gentle, and well-behaved. We enjoyed local parks and neighborhood walks. It was overall a lovely experience! Highly recommend!

Claire’s has been a great help. I recently moved to the area and needed a dog walker fairly quickly. She takes my dog out three times a week, he loves her and can’t wait to go out with her. She is reliable and clearly loves animals. She is very willing to go out in all weathers even though my dog hates rain and just wants to get home. Can’t speak highly enough of the empathetic and professional service provided by Claire following the passing of our much loved dog. Absolutely recommend fir tree pets hotel, it was our first time leaving our Frenchie when we went away for 2 weeks. They made us feel so welcomed and made us feel at ease knowing he was going to be well looked after. They kept us up to date with how he was getting on and sent lots of photos. Very happy and highly recommend would definitely use them again.
Just picked up our dog after our holiday, it's was Lunas third stay at Fir Tree Pets Hotel and she is always happy to stay and I'm confident by the way she is when we collect her she has been well looked after and enjoyed her stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a boarding kennel for their pet.

This was the first time I used fir tree but it definitely won’t be the last. My 9 year old jack Russel seemed very comfortable and very well looked after. The staff are lovely and put my mind at rest from the moment I met them. Thoroughly recommend
Not very good, I won't be using again, my dog absolutely stunk of old urine and his bed had to be thrown away when I picked him up, I have used other kennels before and never had this! My first time using this one and never again! Also my dog was very stressed when I picked up! Never using kennels again, he will be coming on holiday with us in the future. I just had a email saying this is fake! I can assure you that it not! We had our dog stay in September
Our beautiful girl stayed for a few nights and had such a fantastic time. She was so relaxed under the experience of the lovely staff. They were very helpful in guiding us on preparation to the stay and kept in touch with updates. We were thrilled with the conditions and the love they showed our girl. We booked our 8 year old rescue in for his first ever stay in kennels for a 2 week stay( holiday booked way before we adopted him) with the previous owners, so I was very surprised when I took our boy for his holiday to find Lauren ,Charlie and Kirsty to welcome us. We'll...what a lovely welcome, Lauren,Charley and Kirtsy seemed pleased to meet and welcome him into their care. While he was staying with them we had regular updates and photos too to help put our minds at rest, which we were very grateful for. Communication was excellent and on our return they were very accommodating due to our flight was being a little delayed, we couldn't collect when we had first agreed. Lauren was so helpful and seemed to take a real shine to our lovely lad. We are very thankful, we will return and we highly recommend. Our two dogs stayed for two weeks , they both seemed very well when we picked them up , but they both smelt of stale urine , and so did their beds . We had to buy new beds for them , as the smell did not wash out of the beds , even at 60 degrees !!! Overall a very expensive experience . We won’t be using this kennel again .
