Ines is the best Petsitter I’ve used over the years. She is very responsive, reliable and took photos and videos of my bird which made me feel at ease leaving a young bird in her care. The cage was spotless and the outside plants were watered. Ines went above and beyond to provide excellent pet care. Great service! Ines came to my house and cared for my 4 dogs. She feeds them, cleans up after them, gives meds, and plays with them. Every time she comes to the house she texts an update and sends pics! I didn’t have to worry at all about my babies!

What, oh what can I say about her pet sitting business!!! She is an absolutely lovely woman. I never, ever fear leaving my dog with Inez. Mick goes nuts when the car turns off the Main Street and heads into her neighborhood!!! I can’t control him on his leash.....he just loves Inez, her 🏡 and her other pets she takes care of!!!! I am not sure how she does it all. Mick (our Maltese) would surely rather live with her!!! She also takes care of pets in their own homes daily when their owners are at work. Really not sure how she feeds, walks, plays with all these pets. I can NOT recommend Inez high enough. I will just let my dog, Mick, give the recommendation!!!🦮🐶🦴🦴💕💕

From the day we meet Ines, both my husband & I knew she was a perfect fit to watch our Booboo kitty while we were out of town. Ines sent us messages of how kitty was doing along with pictures. We will definitely be using her services next time we go out of town and need a sitter for our little guy.

I had never left my two 6 yr old cockatiels with anyone before, let alone for 12 days! They are super social and out of the cage whenever we’re home. They also experience night frights sometimes and will literally beat themselves bloody unless calmed by someone. So I was reluctant to leave them in anyone’s hands. Ines did a meet and greet with us and the birds a couple weeks before we left them. I knew from her demeanor at that meeting, my birds would be in the best possible care. And they were! Ines sent me videos and daily updates. I don’t think they wanted to leave “bird camp”! Lol 😆 Ines is remarkable snd very knowledgeable... super organized and she always puts the animals in her care first, I will never hesitate to leave my babies with her again in the future.

Gennifer is an incredible groomer and pet sitter! She grooms many of my puppies after they go to their new families and also has them come stay at her home when their parents go out of town. She loves animals and considers them all part of her family. Her home and yard are clean and kept sanitary. Genn is very organized and thorough with contracts and paperwork and she sends photos and updates about how your fur kid is doing while you’re gone! Gennifer’s services are priceless!

I recently moved to CA and needed someone to watch my two dogs for a few days while out of town. I'm very paranoid about leaving my babies with people I don't know because they are my family and also, weimaraners are unique and not all people understand their needs/behaviors. The moment Gen walked into my house for a meet and greet, I knew she would be the perfect fit. She kept me well informed of how my dogs were doing and sent me pics and videos. I had zero concerns the whole time I was away and new my babies were being treated with love. Gennifer does such a wonderful job grooming my Shih Tzu. My dog looks so cute and Gennifer makes us all feel so comfortable. We recently left our one year old Golden Doodle Malibu for the first time with Gen B’s Happy Paws.I interviewed several people before deciding on Gen B’s Happy Paws.I could tell by the daily videos and photos that Malibu was having fun with the other dogs and was well cared for. What a blessing not to worry about her on our vacation! We have already booked with her for our next trip!

We recently met and booked Gennifer for service when we planned to be out of town with family. We were hesitant in finding the right match for our needs: in-home sitter, large breed dogs, elderly dog + medication needs, and very attached — needing lots of attention. After first meeting Gennifer, I knew she was perfect because she came more well prepared for our meet and greet than I was. She asked questions that I wouldn’t have even thought of. She’s extremely thorough, so I knew she was going to take the best care of them (specifically the way we would want). Gennifer is even careful enough to ask how we normally feed/do things, so she kept things as familiar/routine as possible. We opted for 2 (1-hour) visits each day. Every visit, I had constant contact with Gennifer along with video updates, photos and updates on their appetite, mood, etc.! When it got colder, she even started putting Pinto’s jacket on for the nights. It was sad knowing they were alone during the long days/nights, but I knew they were so well loved, played with, and cared for every time she visited. I HIGHLY recommend Gennifer for all your pet services! We will be using her, exclusively from now on!!

Gennifer is absolutely the best pet sitter you could ask for. She cares for your dogs like they were her own. Actually her motto is ‘Where pets are family’. Gen took care of our French Bulldog while we were on vacation. She came very highly recommended by a trusted friend. We couldn't be happier with how she lovingly cared for our cherished pup. Gen kept us up-to-date and sent videos and photos every day. We wouldn't even think about taking him anywhere else. As everyone knows, it's virtually impossible to find someone you can trust with your pet at a reasonable price, and when you do, it's a true blessing. Gen will be our go-to every time!

Juliet and Dave, the Training Director / Doggy Day Supervisor, were welcoming and professional, and the facility itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and their care for our fur baby was evident. Best handling class in So CA. Great training facility with knowledgeable accomplished dog savvy instruction. Showed trained my last pup here, debuted him and finished him in three weekends. In the summer I take my dogs here to swim and keep them in condition. My dogs love this place and the wonderful people who work here.

Briarcliff Pet Resort is by far the best boarding option in all of the Inland Empire. I have brought my dogs here for many years now and have nothing but good things to say about this incredible pet resort (it really is a pet resort). One thing that stands out is how clean their facility is. The manager there Juliet, one of the kindest people you'll ever meet, maintains high standards for keeping the resort clean, safe and orderly. Dave who does the training there is also a true professional at his craft. I did his training program with my super high-energy GSD and he taught me control and training techniques that were an absolute game changer. If you're looking for a top-notch, quality boarding and training pet resort, this is your place.

I took My dog to Briarcliff About 3years ago for the first time . He had a great time I was very happy with their services everybody there said they loved my dog. A year after that I took them again and same experience . I am a Disabled Proud Marine And my dog is a Marine Corps dog and has been a godsend to me. Nobody told me anything different. Now I call up and make a reservation and I get a call back from the manager Juliet and she tells me that the last time I brought my dog about 2 years ago she said that my dog was growling at certain attendants and not being cooperative. I never heard anything about this when I took my dog 2 years ago .Nobody said anything. What this lets me know is that they don't have the right people working there and I am glad that Juliet called me and let me know because I do not want to take my dog somewhere that they do not know how to handle dogs . My dog would not hurt a fly and I have had him for 4 years and he has never growled at anybody or anything. Anyway This Proud Marine definitely would not refer Briarcliff to anybody anymore because I obviously have no confidence in their services and I appreciate them Letting me know.

My dogs have always enjoyed their stays at Briarcliff Pet Resort. I found their updated booking system easy to use and appreciate the prompt response whenever I need to reach out for information. The dogs have always returned home in really good conditions and the photos I receive while they’re there are an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this facility to those looking to board their dogs in the Menifee area.

I’ve had my fair share of positive moments here, but unfortunately, the establishment has undergone significant changes. I began bringing my pet here around five years ago. It wasn’t my top choice, but its proximity to my home and reasonable pricing made it a convenient option. However, over time, it seemed as though they were actively trying to deter business. There are obvious staff shortages here, which seem to be confirmed by their, inconvenient operating hours and odd closure days. Could this be why they’ve implemented policies that appear to be designed to discourage customers? For example, many places allow pet owners to administer their own vaccines. I’ve been giving my pet the Bordetella vaccine for years, even documenting it with photos of the labels and bottles. Yet, they insisted that I couldn’t board there if I was handling my own vaccinations. Once things started to normalize post-COVID, I decided to have the vet give the bordetella vaccine. I attempted to schedule boarding for an upcoming vacation, only to be told I was calling too early and couldn’t book outside of a 60-day window. This was incredibly frustrating, as kennels in our area fill up quickly. After planning an expensive international trip, I really wanted the peace of mind of knowing my dog had a place to board. I marked my calendar to call back within the specified time frame. However, months later, when I finally made the call, I was informed that the owner no longer accepts Italian mastiffs at the kennel. I can’t say I was surprised, considering I hadn’t been able to get my dog in for the past few years. Sadly, this often happens when businesses have an abundance of customers… they no longer feel the need to provide real value. It’s disheartening that we were treated this way and then simply discarded. A more sensible management decision might have been to stop accepting NEW Italian mastiffs. Considering the breed’s average lifespan is only about eight years, and they’ve already been accommodating us for five, we could have continued for the next three before being turned away. Now, I will never support this business again, even when I get a different breed.

We boarded our two dogs with Briarcliff this last weekend and they were absolutely wonderful! Very professional and very caring! They took very excellent care of our fur babies! It was our first trip away from them in years and they made us feel very comfortable about the care they received while we were gone. We highly recommend them. The staff member who greeted us when we dropped off and picked up was phenomenal. So glad we found a place like Briarcliff to care for our fur babies when we are in need of a place to board. I can't say enough positive things about our experience.

I have been bringing my dog here for several months we go a few times a week and Rari absolutely loves it!! She gets so excited as soon as we pull into the long driveway that she does her little happy dance tail wag excited barks all the way to the door. She gets excited when she sees Brittany or Dave never sad when she is dropped off just excited to play with friends. We also took Dave's beginner class completed that then took the advanced/intermediate class. We both learned so much. Very happy with staff here.

Janice takes great care of our fur babies . She has had them an extended amount of time because of a plumbing leak. She is also the best priced dog boarder I have come across . She provides bathing for extra cost but well below what competitors charge . She provided a safe and happy environment for the dogs with lots of open communication and pictures! I will definitely keep using Janice in the future !

But, if you want your dogs to have a whole climate controlled room with beds with mattresses & sheets, special lighting features in the rooms, a tv on for entertainment, an indoor bathroom on turf, play time with the staff, snack/dinner at special times, and pictures of your happy children in the playroom sent to you on text, then there's only 1 choice for your dogs boarding or daycare, you need make your reservations today at the Pawtriotic Pet Hotel in Murrieta. They are the BEST!!!!!! Reasonably priced, offers military discount and even has a pet bakery in the building. They sell a various of treats, pet clothes, toys and more. It's family run, owner Christina Drake is the best. Her daughter does grooming which isn't listed on their website but awesome. This place gives you peace of mind knowing that your dogs are in good hands when you are traveling. I wish I could give them 1000 stars. Pawtriotic Pet Hotel is located off of Antelope Road (33040) & Scott Road, right by the 215 freeway. Happy customers here who are willing to drive 30 minutes for the best care for our 4 legged children. Try them out, you'll be a happy customer too.

Pawtriotic Pet Hotel is absolutely amazing. We needed a place we could trust with our 3 babies. We are very picky when it comes to leaving them with anyone or anywhere. I really appreciated how everyone was so accommodating, as our babies had to stay for 9 days while our home was under construction. We received pictures, videos and updates throughout the day, their entire stay. The entire Hotel is just adorable, especially the vip suites we got to choose from. Thank you Pawtriotic Pet Hotel for being so patient, professional, commutative, friendly and loving to our babies. We will definitely see you all soon :)

This organization did an amazing job with our dog who had never been boarded before! He also didn't have many social skills with other dogs since he was a rescue. Additionally, previous to being boarded he would not potty anywhere other than his own yard! I followed their directions and they got him to use their designated area! What a breakthrough! I loved that there was staff there 24/7! They played with him, and treated him as their own treasured pet! I wholeheartedly recommend them!

My Maligator Atticus and I love Pawtriotic Pet Hotel! I've been taking my pup here since he was 4 months to their daycare and their overnight hotel. I was hesitant to taking my dog to just any daycare at first because not everyone is knowledgeable on the handling of the Malinoi breed. After taking a tour, and asking Staff questions, I decided to go for it. Let me just say, staff here at Pawtriotic are super understanding and the sweetest to my pup. As I've become familiar with staff and how Pawtriotic works, they are the same with all the breeds big or small. Staff genuinely cares about the pups and well being. If there is ever any questions, or if they see something is wrong with Atticus, staff does not hesitate to call/text me. They are always on the look out for the best possible option for my dog. Atticus loves to come and spend his day here! He is always so happy to be back! I really enjoy the pictures and text updates throughout the day. There is multiple rooms doggies can go to as well. They have a TV room with couches (they will ask if it's okay to let them go on the couches before), and a library. Pawtriotic Pet Hotel has really been the reason as to why my dog is well socialized with other dogs and humans. I truly recommend Pawtriotic Pet Hotel!

Love this place! I'm very particular about where my dogs go and this place, the owners, and the staff is awesome! I have two pits and it's always worrying to bring my dogs anywhere because their breed freaks people out but I never felt that here, they're so knowledgeable about all breeds and how to socialize the dogs (or not depending on their temperament which I appreciate). They saw my dogs for who they are and complimented on how sweet they both are. They've come for both doggie daycare and boarding and all visits have been smooth, even when my dog panic pooped all over the kennel herself and her sister lol... They let me know it happened but were so kind about it and cleaned my dogs up for me. They get plenty of love and playtime and I love the pictures they send. Prices are reasonable and my dogs always come home happy. Added bonus, they obviously keep their kennels very clean because my dogs have never come home sick which they have from multiple other boarding places. Thank you pawtriotic, you guys are awesome!

Our experience was top notch! I was very hesitant in leaving my pups in a hotel. Pawtriotic Pet Hotel will not have a large an amount of pups. This is what attracted me and 1 person to each pup. I’m very pleased with the care of my pups received while I was away. I’d recommended the Pawtriotic Pet Hotel to any looking for a clean hotel ans staff that care about the pups.

I was fortunate to find Pawtriotic Pet Hotel online after much research. I have been extremely happy with their services. We were able to tour their facility and ask all our questions . My Penny (labradoodle) enjoys going there and is always safe, sound, and pampered. I love that they update me and send me pictures throughout the day so I can see how she’s doing.

They had spacious kennels and were let out to play in the very large playground. We received pictures of our pets at play. This place has been a Godsend from above! All the workers are very attentive from the front desk to the caretakers. They send me pictures of my baby throughout the day. She is well taken care of and I love seeing the pictures because she looks so happy. Their hours are the best. It works for my work schedule. I brought my dog in for doggy day care and I’m so happy I did! My dog had a wonderful time, he was enjoying running around all day with his new friends. I needed a really good daycare business for my Setter. My boy is young and full of energy and therefore needs LOTS of space to run. I am happy leaving him with this business because after only 3 visits he already knows when we turn into Jackie’s driveway. He is ready to go before I can turn off the ignition! Jackie pairs dogs well with group energy appropriate for your companion. The property is well maintained, safe and clean. The prices are more than fair and appropriate for daycare and boarding.

Took my two fur babies for overnight stays. Jackie is so wonderful. Her center is such an awesome place for them. We are so grateful for her!

We wanted to go camping for a few nights and needed to have someone watch our two chihuahuas. Our dogs have always been by our side and my wife was very reluctant to leave them anywhere. We decided to go with JC Pet Care after reading there reviews and dropping by to see the location and meet Jackie. You get to fill out a profile page about your pet, so Jackie gets to know about your pets routines and habits. Also, you can bring your pets bedding, food, and snacks that they are accustomed to eating. On our trip my wife texted Jackie to see how the dogs were doing and she responded immediately and sent some pictures of our dogs, very cool. When we went to pick up the dogs after our trip they seemed not to recognize us for a second. I believe they were enjoying themselves and did not want to go home. They looked well feed and very happy. We would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family.

First time boarding our dogs and they did great here. They sent pictures and our dogs were always happy. This is a lovely place to bring your "children". JC has a great setup, lots of space to roam, and she genuinely cares about each dog. We will definitely be going back.

This place is the best. It is obvious they really love dogs. I don’t know how they keep the place so clean. Our dog is not easy on any level. He does not acknowledge he is a dog. He basically just ignores all the other dogs. He just wants to be with his people. They just accept him as he is, in all his whiteness. We are so grateful to JC Petcare. We have used them for overnights and for over three weeks. No worries; we know he is in good hands.

My dog and I love this place! Huge property on 5 acres with many different play areas. Jackie keeps the place very clean and is so wonderful with the dogs. She is also a veterinary technician, so I know if anything does happen my dog is in great hands. I would highly recommend the place to all friends and family.

Liz and her team are just THE best. They will treat your little ones like their own. As new clients and new to doggy daycare we thought it would be hard for everyone, due to our pups 🐶 never really being around any other dogs let alone spending the night at a home away from home. Liz made this nerve racking event go so smooth and to say the least our pups love going to her home and no longer feeling like we are abandoning them because they know when a home is full of love and they will be gentle cared for. She is bilingual, great doggie sitter, plenty of room for pets to play and pleasant atmosphere.

We moved from Temecula to Menifee. We had to stay in a hotel for two weeks. We did not want to leave our little Mahina in the hotel. Our little girl Mahina, had never been in Doggy Care before. We were very careful as to who we were going to choose to care for our Mahina. She is a 3 year old, 12 pound Shihpoo. After careful research, we found Melvin’s Pet Care. Our first visit we were greeted in person by Liz and her sweet daughter Emma. Instantly I/we knew that this was the right place for Mahina. Mahina was a bit of a naughty girl with Liz in the beginning. But with Liz’s and Emma’s kindness, care and love, Mahina became adjusted to her new environment and new furry friends. Mahina was spoiled with Liz’s love. She took her for daily walks 3 times a day and sent us daily updates about Mahina's day along with videos too. This added to my peace of mind. If you are looking for someone you can trust with your fur baby we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Melvin’s Pet Care. We and Mahina are looking forward to drop in care in the future.

Liz is wonderful, she is very professional. Every direction left for the care of my dog was followed. My pet gets home sick when he is in other homes, therefore we need someone to come and care for him at home when we travel. She came and took care of him in the mornings and in the evenings. You can ask to be send updates for each visit or once a day. She would also send me pictures of my pet as updates, which makes being away from him a little less worrisome. I am really satisfied with her pet care service. She loves what she does and it shows as my dog loves having her around. I have referred Melvin Pet Care to an acquainted. They send their dog to board with Melvin Pet Care, and have Liz visit their cat at home too. They have reported their complete satisfaction with the service. Leashless did an amazing job on my boy Rango! He went in as a rambunctious puppy and came out a behaved young pup, I can't thank Ted and Hunter enough for helping me as i was at a loss with him. Hunter did great explaining everything thoroughly and answered all the question I had. He goes regularly for daycare now so he can hangout with all this friend he made while in board in train and swimming is by far his favorite thing to do there in the summer! There was not a doubt in my mind he was being well taken care of as i got updates frequently with pictures, I would definitely recommend them for all of your dog needs we love that it's a one stop shop! My puppy was trained here over the summer. Good results very pleased. We also have used they’re boarding services for Thanksgiving and New Years weekends. When we pulled up for the New Year boarding, my dog was so excited. She couldn’t get out of the car fast enough. I take that as a good experience at the first boarding over Thanksgiving. Her excitement when she saw where she was, was a 5 star review! Glad to know I have a safe place, that my dog enjoys, so that I can go out of town and not worry about Bella. My lovely Layla went here for board and train for 10 weeks and even though she's only been home for 24 hours we have seen so much improvement already in her behavior. She went from a nervous Nancy who was misbehaving in the house to a dog that just hangs out in her place with us. She didn't even leave her place when my other dog walked in the room to greet her ❤️❤️. She will definitely be going to daycare here frequently in the future

My fiancé and I rescued a beautiful dog from the Inland Valley Humane Society and S.P.C.A. We were told that another family brought him back because he was too much to handle. He found out he was a Dutch Shepard (working dog), and his energy level was high. He wouldn't listen, which almost caused him to get hit by a car on two separate occasions. He also had an issue being walked; he walked us, not the other way around. We talked to several dog trainers, but our dog didn't react well with them. Then we met Ted. Within a few minutes, Charlie was listening. We signed him up for two months of training. We came back at the ending of the first month, and our dog was doing fantastic. We decided to take Charlie home early because of how good he was doing. They at Leashless addressed all the issues we had with Charlie and corrected them. Now, our family and Charlie can enjoy our time together. They know what they are doing, and we appreciate the professionalism. Money well spent!

We just finished level two dog training with Hunter. He was great training our 3 year old border collie Levi as well with us. With each lesson he learned something new or practiced more on one’s that he wasn’t grasping. THANK YOU HUNTER! Never thought he would learn so much in just 10 lessons.

I sent my dog there for a board and train and none of his issues were addressed. He came back exactly the same and had kennel cough. He then gave the kennel cough to my other dog. I called Leashless and told them my dog came back with kennel cough and they denied it was from them. They would not give me any compensation and I ended up with a vet bill as well as out the money for training that did not work. I do not recommend taking your dog there.

Leanne is a wonderful pet sitter, and I highly recommend her. My two grown (and shy!) cats feel very comfortable with her. Leanne is an excellent communicator, so I always know how my cats are doing. She takes photos and videos and send texts while I am away. When I was unexpectedly delayed in returning home, she continued her care until I got back. When I leave, I know my cats are in good hands with Leanne!

We love Leanne! She has always been so helpful and flexible, and I know my dogs are in great hands with her! I don't know where to begin or end this review to share how amazing Leanne is! I never looked into pet sitting, because we do not need a pet sitter. We have a 17 year old cat who at the present time is very needy (attention, medications, etc.) - AND in the last month we had to begin giving him subcutaneous fluids - something I never thought I could do. He needs fluids twice a week and taking him to the vet or having our mobile vet come to do it is not an option, super expensive! So, my husband and I attempted to do it BUT failed miserably! 😩 I was upset and stressed, WE all were! Then I remembered my good friends talking about this fabulous pet sitter, so I looked her up - yes, Leanne. I saw that she was Pet CPCR and First Aid Certified, so I gave her a call to see if this was something she could help with. I immediately felt comfortable with her. She stated this was not something she normally does, but she was willing to come over to meet us and help with the process. On her first visit, she spent time getting to know Starsky and making him feel comfortable. The process that day was a success!!!! And it has been each time she comes over! Don't get me wrong - Starsky doesn't like the process at all, but Leanne calms him, and we are able to maintain a stress free environment. She is professional, compassionate, kind, flexible, punctual, calming, miraculous and a life saver! We are very grateful for her and her services!!!! She is the one to call!!!!

We have only used Leanne's services once so far and it was a great experience! We were kind of last minute in booking, but she was able to come over and get to know our kitty a little bit and learn where we keep all of our pet supplies. Every day, she sent pictures or videos of our cat. She gave her lots of attention including a good brushing one of the days. For our next trip, we will be gone longer and I am confident that our kitty will be happy to see Leanne every day! Leanne is very responsive any time you need to communicate with her.

Julie has dog sat for our fur babies for 10 plus years! I could not imagine leaving them with anyone but loving kindness pet care! We travel as much as three weeks to a month at a time and our dogs have always acclimated to and from staying with her beautifully! For our pups, it’s as if they’re going away to camp. They see us packing them up and they get so excited to be going over to Julie’s! You won’t find a more loving and caring person to care for your pets.

We were scared to leave our doodle pup for the first time, but Julie did an amazing job! Pups stay in her HOME... which is immaculate and odor free. We received regular updates and photos, and he had a blast playing with her doggie. We will absolutely use her again!
