We had such a wonderful time staying at your lovely home Tennille. We're sorry that we only got to actually meet Mirco, but through our Skype talk and many What's App correspondences it felt like we knew you too! Our time with Olly was absolutely the best. He is a wonderful little athlete of a cat! Playing chase and pounce games with his Da Bird toy kept us all endlessly entertained. Snuggling with him at night as he climbed under the covers really made us feel so accepted into his home. We've know many cats, but Olly will always hold a special place in our hearts. (It was incredibly hard to leave him after our three weeks together.) Thanks for welcoming us into your home and for the generous Christmas present that you left for us. It was very much appreciated! We hope to meet you all someday...either in London or in the USA, as you are welcome in our home any time (as long as you bring Olly :)!!!
I absolutely loved watching Luna, she is the sweetest! Very independent and easy to care for. Easy communication with Hannah and Steve, I’d recommend this housesit to anyone :)
Al, Linda, and their whole family are really wonderful people! As every other house sitter has described, you really do receive a grand tour and very detailed instructions which goes above and beyond anything we've experienced which was greatly appreciated. We stayed during Christmas week and Fort Worth was a great place to be in December right after we came from the frigid cold north. And if you are a stranger to Ft. Worth, they make sure you know every corner of their neighborhood so you feel right at home. If you love walking then WillyB and Crockett are the perfect dogs for you. They are ready to stay out as long as you're willing to. Jett isn't as gung-ho about taking walks but if you give him a big stick he'll come right along (and carry the stick the whole way). Pumpkin is one of our favorite cats ever and even on colder nights we stayed out on the back patio to watch TV just to spend time with the furry fella. Spice is sweet too if you manage to find her but minds her own business usually. The neighborhood is very friendly and there are a lot of families outside being active and playing. When we were in December there was still renovation being done to the family's garage daily but we didn't need to manage anything other than make sure the gate was open and closed at specific times. Unfortunately we had to check-out and were unable to say goodbye face to face before Linda and Al arrived back from their trip but we hope to someday return and take the reins of the animal family again!
