Donna
Donna's well-equipped house is comfortable and warm, with a superb outlook to the western horizon. The house and garden are straight forward to maintain. Before I arrived to stay Donna walked me around her property introducing me to what I needed to know. As a result I was able confidently share the space with Spike, who was a content guard and great fun to get to know. Besides his modest food consumption he liked his hair the way it is, and didn't want to fuss with brushing and combing. As we explored roadsides and paddocks he seemed to love taking in the amazing views and atmosphere as much as I did, all of which he was content to do on a lead.

I kept in touch with Donna by phone letting her know how Spike was going and she was there for any queries that came up.

I felt honoured that Donna put her trust me, and to receive feedback that she was grateful and happy with everything on her return.

Mica
Thoroughly enjoyed spending days with Otis, Gracie, Donner & Churchill in Mica & Shannon's beautiful and comfortable home. Mica made sure we had all the information needed prior to leaving and was always quick with responses. Otis is a frolicking, fun, sweet ball of fur. Even on chilly rainy days it was fun taking him out on walks and is definitely the most active of the four. I would definitely love to go back again for another sit.

Annie
Annie & Ben were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed an additional night, as anticipated during the August peak holiday period, they were delayed returning from their holiday. They were most helpful and accommodating. The cottage was comfortable. We were in an ensuite room with garden views. The village was a charming, quiet corner of rural Lincolnshire.
Kipper and Lupin were a delight to care for. Sybi the cat was hardly seen all week. The dogs enjoyed their local walks especially Kipper who would happily walk for miles along the footpaths and bridleways.

What a special stay! We had the privilege of spending quite a bit of time in Bobby and Julies beauitful home. Bodi is the cutest most lovable boy, he's very well behaved and we looked so forward to our daily walks with him. The location of the property is awesome being just a short distance away from all the essentials as well as downtown Denver. Bobby and Julie where incredible when it came to recommendations for anything. Even sending us a google maps list with all there favourite spots before arrival. We would so love to come back and are going to miss the cuddliest Bodi boy so much! Thank you guys so very much.

Anik
This was a match made in heaven. I wanted to be near my daughter in LA, and Anik and Liz were seeking someone who would be able to understand their unique, sleek, regal cat named Efi. I did a tiny bit of research on Siamese cats beforehand. It was helpful, but what was even more helpful was ignoring any unhelpful thoughts, such as: “Efi doesn’t like me.” Moment by moment, that first week or two, I had to remind myself that it wasn’t about me, or something I was doing wrong. It was a learning experience! My advice is to let Efi lead, and don’t let your feelings be hurt. Ultimately, she is a one-woman cat, and I had to be patient until she deemed me worthy of transferring her affection. In addition, she is very finely tuned, and I learned what not to do, in order for her to feel safe (for instance, don’t reach behind her, and don’t sneeze if she’s on your lap). Ultimately, she is a creature of habit. A daily routine is helpful and calming. A few highlights: when I cooked, Efi would jump onto the kitchen windowsill to keep me company. When I watched tennis (we experienced both Wimbledon and the US Open together!), she would sleep on my lap, occasionally waking up to give me actual hugs! (I wanted to photograph these amazing hugs, but the minute I’d reach for my phone, she’d back away.) Anik and Liz communicated very clearly and warmly, and offered a wonderfully detailed home guide, which was especially useful my first few weeks (there are keys and codes, and city life in general to navigate). They allotted me plenty of room, including a garage space for my car and bike (but you actually don’t need either, because everything is within walking distance, including sea lions sunning themselves on the marina). Their home was wonderful, bright, and well located. Liz recommended a bike path that I likely wouldn’t have found on my own, and riding south became my favorite outdoor activity. The entire experience felt very co-operative, in every sense. I loved being on Efi's team!
