We were extremely lucky to be invited to Sheila’s beautiful home for Christmas. We only had Jasper and the chickens to look after as the doggies had gone on holiday with Sheila. Jasper is the most loving and affectionate cat we have ever looked after, our daughter fell in love with him. The cottage was cosy and comfortable and had everything we wanted to have an amazing Christmas.
Love Sue, as easy a dog to care for as there is. Luxury building, very well located only a crosstown block and a bit from the U street Metro station. Dog run in the building makes walking Sue dead easy. Great sit!
We had the most wonderful week in lovely Roccasecca. This town is tucked away in the countryside in central Italy, within easy reach of both Rome and Naples, and well served by the train. The house is located just a few minutes’ drive outside of the town, a beautiful and peaceful location. Rebecca and Jim were warm, welcoming and kind. We immediately felt at home in the wonderful slice of paradise. Surrounded by fruit trees, olive groves and animals - what more could you want? We absolutely adored the dogs, Mushtie and Nevi, and enjoyed adventures through forests, olive groves and through the hills. They are affectionate, well behaved and very independent. They were the perfect hosts. Sterline the pony keeps to herself as she works very hard at her job - keeping the grass down in the olive grove. Other than filling her water bucket we didn’t have to do anything else for her, other than attempting to make friends! We were even so lucky as to have the use of Rebecca and Jim’s friend’s car. This was fantastic as we could do little trips to the surroundings - and there are so many wonderful towns and beaches within reach. If you enjoy peace and tranquility, as well as a bit of adventure, please seek out the opportunity that this sit presents. You will not regret it. Idaho is a fantastic mild tempered dog. She’s very lovable and seriously only barked about 3 times in the week I spent with her. She’s a powerful hiker and will pull you up a mountain. She has some husky and will run is she’s off leash so beware. Just keep her on a leash, enough said. Idaho likes to wake up early for breakfast and her morning walk. There’s no sleeping when Idaho is ready so just go with it and enjoy the beautiful Salt Lake Morning walk. Terri is an awesome human and stocked the fridge with some fabulous craft beers for my stay and treated me to an evening of great live music on the first night. The house is in one of the best neighborhoods in SLC and very walkable for groceries, restaurants and craft breweries. If your schedule works, apply for this one, AWESOME all around.
Irene and Caleb were wonderful hosts and Keecha was a lovely companion during my stay. Irene and Cale are great at communication, always helpful and easy to talk to. They gave me a lot of tips and even maps on what to do in Cambridge. Their instructions were clear and the welcome guide has all the information you might need. Keecha is a sweetheart. She is a very lovely and social cat. She is very well-behaved. On the first night, she was a little shy but warmed up to me quickly. I enjoyed taking care of her. I would definitely love to sit for them again!

I have been leaving our two dogs here for years. One even lived to 18 and 1/2. Everyone is caring, professional and kind. Recently, our 11 year old havanese developed heart issues. I was very nervous leaving him, I called often. They took extremely good care and gave him his medication. More importantly, my dog is calm and happy when I pick him up. He enjoys coming here. A very bad experience. The groomer did not do a good job. They charged us $277 for two dogs. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Definitely won’t be going here again. PS the below photos are of my dogs before and after the haircut.

I've brought my two miniature schnauzers here a few times for daycare, and I love it. The free roam facility is what they are used to at home, and the dog group always seems to work out when I've left them they come home worn out but without the same anxiety they've had at other places. I can tell the dogs prefer it because other places when I bring them back, they run away from the door when they realize where they were. But here they run inside now and are happy to go!
Always a great experience going to All Good Dogs. Staff is always friendly and I know I can leave my dog there with confidence that he will be well taken care of. Plus after coming home he always sleeps for two days straight! This is my go to boarding place in the area hands down!
I would definitely have to agree with Ahbinav. Worst grooming experience I've ever had. I only gave one star because I had to. People were friendly but not very informative. Charged me $121 for a poorly groomed dog. I would not even call it a "groom". The coat was extremely dry, not conditioned, not trimmed, hair still around his eyes and around his feet and under areas. Terrible job. I will not be returning. Updated: I stand by my review. Even with no haircut, the coat looked terrible, not smooth, no shine, or conditioned, and still did not smell great. We ended up bathing him again actually. Normally, they smell great and the coat, even if they aren't trimmed at that visit, looks conditioned. As I explained to the manager, I was given a price sheet and was told that it was for if I was interested in daycare, I wasn't, so I did not bother to look at it. I was also enrolled in the daycare without me even knowing. Overall, the staff was friendly but the service was not worth $121. Again, I do not mind spending the money, but the service was not worth that. I've gotten way more for less. Thanks.
I am extremely grateful to have found All Good Dogs to board my pup Toby during a recent vacation. All of the staff were very helpful and kind, and Toby felt right at home when we dropped him off, since he had visited the week prior for his boarding interview. During the boarding, it just so happened that Hurricane Ida dumped a ton of rain on New Jersey, which led to the facility partially flooding. The staff was in constant communication via phone, text and email letting us know that Toby and the other dogs were ok and had been moved to their other location. I was so grateful for their communication and efforts to get the dogs out and safe. I cannot recommend All Good Dogs more highly, and will definitely be boarding with them again.
We boarded my pup Jaxon there and at first I was a little nervous, but he did great! The staff is wonderful, they took great care of him . When he came home he was happy (a little tired from all that playing) and I know it was a good experience all around. The best part is that All Good Dogs is cage free so they stay with dogs that are similar size, and they are always supervised. I highly recommended them, they care about your pup !!!

Camp bow bow was fantastic with our 1 year old golden retriever. The entire staff was great. They fully explained the process and we got to watch our dog on the camera for her interview. We loved being able to see how she was doing throughout the day. Our other Golden was recovering from surgery but we know he will love it too. Keep up the great work!
We recently brought our dog, Storm, to Camp Bow Wow, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! I took my 4 month old puppy in for his interview and everything was great. The camp is very clean and well maintained. All the staff members were friendly. And the ladies at the front desk did a great job explaining everything in detail. My puppy had a great day at the camp!

I recently boarded my pup, Kobe, at Camp Bow Wow Lawrenceville for a week while I was on vacation. In his 8 years of life, I've never boarded him before so I was extremely apprehensive at first. I had several long question filled calls with the manager, Amanda, she was extremely informative, patient, and put my mind at ease. Throughout my trip I was able to check the cameras and received regular updates and constant communication. Kobe had a great time and Amanda is the absolute best (MVP)!! I will not hesitate to take Kobe to Camp Bow Wow in the future, he was in great hands.

We cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff is warm and caring with the dogs and human companions. The place is extremely clean and our dog is always so happy to go in. Finding Camp Bow Wow has been a lifesaver for us. The web cams are an extra bonus when we miss our pup and can see her happily playing in the gym all day.
Imagine finding a dog caregiver who makes your pet’s happiness and health his top priority, who knows and loves your pet like family, who does the work himself and has his family help him on the rare day when he can’t be there, and who your pet can’t wait to see? We found that in Matt. He is always very friendly, happy, helpful, and flexible. We especially appreciated how he accommodates our schedule to allow for pickups at odd times and makes himself available nearly all the time (even holidays!). He will even board your pet when you’re away. He does not just let the dogs run around on their own, but he takes special care in understanding their needs (our Viszla is very active and likes to play a lot!). He knows which dogs can play together and he facilitates their friendships. We were so impressed at his intuitive knowledge of dogs that he even notices when our dog’s poop is slightly different or when there are other issues that we should attend to! We always rest assured when our pet is with Matt. We could not recommend him more highly, and we are so lucky and blessed to have found him.

Milo boarded for three nights at this location. He was happy and clean when we picked him up. Rich and Nick were very attentive and accommodating to our needs. We have had positive experience after positive experience at K9 resort in Hamilton. Our dogs are so excited walking in their doors and exhausted when we pick them up. They love playing with all the dogs and we love that they get to board at night together in the same suite. The staff is super friendly, always a pleasure to talk with them.

K9 Resorts Hamilton is providing excellent care for our three dogs and equally good service to their humans. They have been very informative and helpful as we got started with boarding and day- care, initially on short notice. Nick in particular is a great representative for this location and has provided great service. Our dogs are comfortable there, well cared-for, and come home happily worn-out from play.
I brought my dog here for the day while we moved. I was impressed from the first phone call to inquire to picking him up. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and knowledgeable. The resort is so organized and all of the staff is on the same page. The customer service was superior and my dog did so well.. he is also a very overstimulated, high strung dog. I was nervous for how we would do, but they said he did great! Definitely reccomend if you need doggy daycare!!
K9 is amazing!!!! Pixie’s home away from home. Our pup LOVES going to “school” to see all her “friends!” The facilities are clean, top notch and smell amazing. We left our two labs for 4 nights recently and it was a wonderful experience. Rich made us feel very comfortable about leaving them while showing us the facility. It was very clean and Rich was kind to answer all of my questions and concerns. It was so comforting while we were away to see their pictures posted on the Facebook page. When we picked them up they seriously looked SO happy and well taken care of! I got a report of their stay when I got there, which is a nice touch! They were also sweet smelling and clean! I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this K9 Resort! Rich and his staff were amazing.
K9 Resorts in Hamilton was a wonderful place to board my dog. My sister recommended them and this was the first time we booked with them to board our 9 year old, 84 lbs lab/husky mix. The profile set up is very easy and thorough, and the staff answer any additional questions you may have. My dog seemingly had a great weekend there and I will definitely book again and would recommend K9 to any pet family.
The staff was very friendly, helpful, and understanding. My wife and I went on vacation and when she got back she ran into difficulties getting to K9 to pick up our doggos. The staff was super understanding and even stayed after business hours so she could pick up our dogs. We will definitely be using K9 at Hamilton again and highly recommend going with them.
I took my dog to Golden Paws for the first time and was so happy with the results. My dog is super nervous and skittish, the team made her feel so comfortable and put me at ease. My dog does not love to get groomed or get her nails trimmed - the team worked with her and didn’t push her to anything that stressed her out. They even gave her a good report card. Their prices were fair and affordable. We’ll definitely be back!
In May of last year, we rescued our first puppy. She turned out to be a very unconfident and anxious little girl. We tried so many different things to help calm her down and fulfill her needs but she still seemed unhappy. We tried to do doggy meet ups but always felt so uncomfortable at the dog park, then we found Golden Paws. We had toured multiple doggy daycares in the area and this one was the cleanest and seemed the most dedicated to making sure your dog had fun and was safe. Our pup started doing clever canines (smaller groups with more mental stimulation) in July and we’ve never looked back. We have loved the report cards we get that tell us all about how she’s doing and now include hilarious pics of her goofy self. Our puppy is now almost a year old and loves her routine which includes a couple hours playing with her favorite people and pups. The entire team at Golden Paws knows both my dogs inside and out, even our shepherd mix who loves humans but is a bit anxious with pups so stays at home! You can tell that every one of them really loves what they do. They are always keeping me posted about her progress and are willing to go the extra mile, like offering to video her grooming experience so we could see how she did. The GP staff makes us feel like a part of the family and we’ve never felt worried about her stay! Our puppy gets fulfillment (which helps her calm down) and we get some peace of mind ❤️. We’re so grateful for Golden Paws.

I never left my dogs and went away on vacation, I was very worried to do it. The resort is so clean! They have great hours and Golden Paws staff is amazing. They took such go care of my fur baby. Every night I looked forward to seeing story time photos. Seeing the photos from enrichment warmed my sad heart. I would not look any further when looking for a Pet resort. Golden Paws is the best!

I truly believe in you pay for what you get. Price was a little bit higher than others but i did receive far and beyond great quality service. I recently had the pleasure of using Golden Paws Pet resort & Spa, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I first contacted them, their professionalism and care were evident. The facility was clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my dog felt comfortable and safe during their stay. The personalized attention and care that staff gave my dog was top-notch care. My dog has addisons disease and they notice he was a little stress out with the noise. Other dogs were a little bit too chatty. They made a decision to move him to more a quieter location without even talking to me. They knew how important it was for him not to be stress and they took action. I highly recommend Golden Paws Pet resort & Spa to any pet owner in need of a reliable and caring boarding facility. They exceeded all my expectations, and I'll definitely be using their services again in the future.
Wonderful family owned business with trained and caring personnel. When visiting my family here in New Jersey from North Carolina, I drove with my dog Buster. My son recommended Golden Paws for a few days of a break while caring for their new puppy. I brought Buster in for an evaluation and was very impressed after taking the tour and seeing the care they take in the preparation for boarding and daycare. Buster had a wonderful stay!
Golden Paws is the best. I wouldn’t trust any other boarding facility with my Frankie. She goes in happy and leaves happy. Everyone there is absolutely wonderful and it gives me peace of mind when I board Frankie. I know she is safe and loved while I am away.

Fetch! Pet Care is the best place I have ever brought our dog, Leo, for boarding or day care. Cora and Sue are kind, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable caretakers. Leo always goes in with his tail wagging as he can't wait to see his friends. Fetch! is his home away from home - I can leave Leo there with the full confidence he'll be happy and well cared for.
What an amazing experience! This was my first time leaving my dog at home since moving to the area. From the very first phone call, Sue and Cora were professional, caring, and wonderful to talk to. We had a home visit where I got to meet the people who would be taking care of Sirius and they got to meet him - it was love at first sight on both sides! While I was away, I got an update with pictures and information for every visit. The journals were friendly and sweet and I looked forward to reading every word and seeing every picture. Janet and Marcia were amazing - taking such good care of Sirius and getting lots of kisses from him in return. I felt the love that everyone at Fetch has for dogs in every interaction. What a caring, kind, and professional service they provide! Sue even accommodated a key issue I had and never made me feel like I was putting them out with the extra attention needed to address the issue. I will be using them again. Highly recommend! 12/10
I wanted to say thank you to Fetch Pet Care for taking care of my kitties while I was away. Although this was an unplanned trip, they were able to fit me in and had their staff come over to learn about each cat's needs. While I was away, I appreciated the updates each morning and evening and I especially loved the comments along with the photos. My cats were happy and waiting for me when I got back.
We have had the best experiences with Fetch! Pet Care. Sue and Cora take wonderful care of our dog Luke, whether it's for daycare or when we go away on vacation. Luke has the best time making friends with the other dogs and running around the yard. We also used their dog walking service in the past for our old dog Ben. He loved his walks with Marcia and we always knew he was in good hands with her. We highly recommend using their service!!
We used Fetch for the first time this past weekend and it was such a great experience. This was also our first time leaving our dog alone over night and also had to let them know last minute that our cat would need medication twice a day. They were so accommodating and gave us constant updates/pictures after every visit. It was such a weight lifted off our shoulders. We definitely plan to continue using Fetch.

We have used Fetch for our pet care needs when we are away. Marcia is great providing a walk for our dog on days we cannot also checking in on our cat if we are traveling. Dog boarding is never easier and our pup loves to have a day (or night) of fun with his pup friends at Fetch!

I never thought of myself as a “dog person.” But, after 16 years of begging, and a global pandemic, my son finally convinced me to get a dog. He did the research and we brought home a doodle puppy, Brooklyn, when she was just 8 weeks. The one thing we didn’t think through was how we would handle daycare and boarding needs. Enter Fetch! Pet Care. We are so thankful to have met Sue and Cora. Brooklyn loves to visit them and her furry friends for a day of play each week. We have taken multiple vacations and Brooklyn has been cared for like she was their own during our time away. I am now a “dog person” and wouldn’t leave our Brooklyn with anyone else!

Cindy at A Door A Pet went above and beyond to care for my elderly mother’s cat while she was in the hospital. She communicated well with me about everything, and even sent photos and videos of the cat playing with special toys she brought for her. I highly recommend her services to care for your pet!
Cindy did an excellent job caring for my cat, Maya, while we were away for a long weekend. She sent us pictures so we knew when she was stopping in, which gave us such peace of mind! I would recommend A Door A Pet to everyone who is very attached to their pets ! We are very attached to our dog Rafa and cat Huling and don’t leave them often with new people. It was our 35th wedding anniversary and we wanted to go to Paris but we’re not sure if we could find someone to care for our pets. Then we were introduced to Cindy from A Door A Pet - she is amazing ! She stayed at our house, sent us updates while we were away, took care of our plants, mail, and most importantly took amazing care of our pets. We relaxed and enjoyed being away and came home to happy pets !!
A-Door-A-Pet is awesome!! We are so glad we found Cindy and her team to help us with our rescue pup. We went away to Florida for 5 nights days and were completely at ease with Kian watching our energetic, lovable dog. She kept us up to date daily and sent pictures too. Such an amazing service!
Dear Cindy, I just came across this article I wrote after Xantippe, nicknamed Tippie, passed away on 3/10/2023. I don't think I ever sent it to you. Tippie, 14 years old, was the runt of the litter. She was very much a scaredy cat. She was rarely seen by visitors as she quickly dis-appeared to her favorite hiding place and didn't appear until long after they left. When I traveled I originally boarded her at a cat motel. She was always lethargic and not eating when I picked her up. My vet suggested the pet sitter, Cindy, owner of A-Door-A Pet. When I came home the first time after using Cindy, Tippie seemed very happy. During the night, when I was getting out of bed, I stepped on something. I put the light on and saw that she actually had taken all her toys from under her cat tree and lined them up from the side of the bed across the hallway and up to the commode. This was the first and only time but I knew that she was happy with her new cat sitter. Betty Rieur
A-Door-A-Pet does a wonderful job. Cindy is professional, responsive and reliable. We couldn't ask for anyone better. Our cat has medical needs and Cindy and her staff have done a great job keeping him on track and healthy when we are away. They clean up after the our cat - his space is spotless when we return. It is wonderful to be able to be gone and to have no worries.
Debbie and crew have watched / walked our dogs for almost 3 years. They are super trust worthy and attentive our dogs needs! The care, love and compassion they provide is above and beyond any dog walking service I have had before! I think the most important part is trust and Debbie provides this through her team! My dogs view them as family! I highly recommend peace, love and pet sitting + 5 stars!
We had a fabulous experience with Debbie and Doug! My dogs really dislike the kennel experience and come home stressed and anxious. Having them stay in their own home under the care of 2 caring experts was so much better. We were away for 7 days and Doug visited 3 times a day. His reports and fabulous photos made me feel at ease and comfortable that my dogs were happy and healthy. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend!
Debbie and Claire were absolutely amazing at caring for my pups while being away for over a week. My one dog is quite timid around strangers, but with their expertise, they knew how to quickly win her over and they were best friends in no time. They sent detailed updates after each visit, making me feel like I was there with them the entire time. They even cared for my birdies and plants! I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Peace, Love, and Petsitting. I highly recommended!
Deb was awesome! In the midst of a move she came and helped me out with my high anxiety dog Chloe. She picked Chloe up and removed her from the house for the day. They played, went for walks and relaxed together. She sent pictures throughout the day to keep me calm. She then brought her home when the moving truck left. I know that if Chloe remained at home it would have been so stressful. Deb was so patient, kind, understanding and full of love for Chloe. I'm so thankful to have found such a trusting pet sitter. Highly recommend!
Debbie is by far the best per sitter I’ve had. I travel a lot and she is always wonderful with my 3 cats and they love her. She is so accommodating and makes it work even when I give very little notice. Highly recommend her for anyone that loves their animals and wants the best care.
I would highly recommend Peace, Love, & Petsitting! I’ve never had a pet sitter that has so much love for my animals. The app is so helpful! Their prices are extremely good for the high quality service you get. They send little notes after the visit and pictures of your pet. They are attentive to all the little needs and issues that pets come with. It’s hard to trust somebody in your home and with your animals, but Debbie and the people at this company are completely trustworthy and exceptional in their care and service. Matt is the absolute best. I've been fortunate enough where he has watched my dog for two years now. My dog always leaves happy, cared for, and socialized. Matt is beyond the best, where I would recommend him a thousand times over. He cares incredibly, one time even talking my pup to the vet when I was away just to be sure she was okay. As far as availability, there is nothing comparable to Matt. He''s great over phone or call, quick to pick up or drop off, and my dog is so happy to see him. If you're looking for a Dogsitter, stop here. It's the best decision you'll ever make if you love your dog.
Matt has been a lifesaver for us! He's wonderful and truly loves the animals he cares for. Our dog, Panda, can't wait to spend fun filled days with Matt and all of her four legged friends. I only have one cat, whose litter boxes were in the basement which I showed to the carer. I made a list of everything they might need (which was practically nothing, just scooping out the boxes and making sure the cat had fresh water and food once a day). When I came home from my weekend away, there had been significant rainfall and the basement had slightly flooded, but not only that, it was clear the boxes had not once been scooped. If the carer had bothered, they could have given me a heads up of what to expect upon arrival. Never again.
I don't trust my babies with many people, but my dogs love Matt. I trust him whole heartedly. They couldn't be in better care. Love Matt!
Carmelina looks after my cats like they were her own. I actually think my friendlier cat might like her better than me, lol! And if you prefer daily updates, On the Ball is for you. She texts a daily update to let you know how the visit went - and it is much appreciated!
We are so happy with the pet boarding services Carmelina provides for our dog Daisy! We recently moved to the area and were looking for someone we could trust to watch over Daisy while we are out of town. Carmelina goes above and beyond in making things easy and comfortable for both us and our dog by coordinating pickup/drop-off, having a BEAUTIFUL backyard for the dogs to run around in, and providing daily updates and pictures (if not more 😁). 10 out of 10, would highly recommend!!

Carmelina of On The Ball Pet Care has stayed with our dog, Reggie, twice while we were out of town. Reggie, a shih tzu-beagle mix, has severe heart disease and is on four medications, so he needs dependable, skilled care. And dependable, skilled care is just what Carmelina provides. She sends us frequent updates with photos of our little guy, and gives him lots of TLC, which relieves the stress of being away from him. Best pet sitter I’ve ever had! Super professional and trustworthy. Carmelina has done an excellent job for the past two years looking after our two cats while we are away on vacations. She takes meticulous notes during her initial visit to make sure she is informed about all the important house and pet info, including backup house entry and what to do in emergencies. Always leaves the litter spotless and sends along lots of pictures! Great service at an affordable price. Would recommend to anyone.
Mel is a Godsend! While recovering from hip surgery I was able to enjoy having my dog because I was confident of her coming every day (twice!!) until I could. She is also concerned about how my pup likes to walk /his safety /and any particulars / you can talk about it all and she listens and communicates! Now that I’m recovered I am keeping her in my dogs life and feel free to pursue more outside activities because I have found someone I can trust and rely on!

From the initial meet and greet to a two night stay in our home, Carmelina went above and beyond to make us and our pets comfortable, and to ensure that our pet’s routines were not disrupted in the least bit. She focuses on the thorough assessment of client’s and pet’s needs (health, food, activities, safety) and provides recommendations on how best to prepare pets for daycare or overnight stays to ensure they are at ease and have fun.
