I stayed at Mark and Sijo's home in Eugene for a couple of weeks. The house is nice, it's compact but has anything a house-sitter could desire. The kitchen, in particular, is well stocked with tons of cookware and appliances. There are multiple grocery stores within walking distance, a large park right across the street, and a bus route nearby. The hosts were gracious, communicative and pleasant to pet sit for. They love receiving photos of the cats. Miso and Rainer are easy to tell apart once you meet them and are easy to care for. They eagerly accept as much attention, food, and play time as you give them. Rainer will even engage in conversations with you, despite the language barrier. I would recommend this stay to other house sitters!
