Tilly is seriously a dream to watch. She's so so loving, spunky, and just has the sweetest personality. Cindy & Scott made me feel incredibly welcomed in their home and had a detailed manual for any information I needed. Their home is wonderful and has everything you would ever need. A beautiful large background that Tilly loved exploring. Mountain view and big windows to let a lot of sunlight in. I had my own room (with a comfy king bed!) and bathroom. Plus only a quick drive to some amazingly beautiful places!!! Would 1000% watch Tilly and their home again. :-)
Caring for Zoe and Luna while their mama, Liba, enjoyed the holidays with her family was an absolute dream. The girls are so cute, playful and curious, and very easy to love. Liba is accommodating and friendly - I felt very at home. I'm so grateful for the experience and I would happily return anytime.

What a lovely sit. Miranda was easy to communicate with and keeps a beautiful home and even more beautiful garden. We were very comfortable and very welcomed in their home. The location is right on a very convenient bus line that took us to the city center and to the train station. Really fell in love with Southampton and the surrounding areas of Portsmouth, Isle of White, and Salisbury. Last but most important are Phoebe and Milo! Phoebe immediately warmed up to us and we got to pet and cuddle with her. Milo took a few days, but came around so we could enjoy his company too. They were very easy to care for and came and went as they pleased through a cat flap. This was such a nice sit - we hope to stay again!
Sonia's has a sweet home in a lovely low key neighborhood. Her 2 pups are very sweet and well behaved. It was a pleasure staying there and close to Snohomish we had a wonderful dinner out.
This was a great sit! Jacquelyn was a great communicator and made sure we had all the information we needed prior to arriving. Sosa, her pup, was equally wonderful. She was a bit shy at first, but it didn't take long and by the end of the first day she was snuggling up next to us. She's a super mellow and easy to care for. We enjoyed a lot of strolls through the neighborhood, and Sosa was very well behaved. She is a genuine sweetheart. Jacquelyn's home was also really wonderful. The guest room was large and comfortable, and Jacquelyn let us use the office space in the flat so we work during the day. You can tell that she takes a lot of pride in her home -- it's beautifully designed and thought out. It's really a great space. Don't hesitate to take a sit here! You won't regret it!

The team was able to accommodate us on very short notice and demonstrated great compassion regarding our situation. I was given a tour of the facility, which was not the case at other locations I considered. They attentively listened to my concerns about my dog's leg, which had previously undergone surgery, and ensured that her food schedule and supplements were administered as instructed. I also appreciated receiving regular updates and photos whenever I reached out. Katie was fabulous, as well as the other two women at the front desk we encountered. Our dog returned home happy and healthy, and she is completely herself! We look forward to bringing her back for daycare and boarding in the future. Thank you all for your outstanding care!
Our rescue Roxy is very fearful and aggressive towards strangers. We rarely have company in our home to spare her the anxiety and to prevent guests from possibly being bitten. We were planning a family vacation down the road and weren’t certain if we would all be able to go. After many searches we decided to reach out to Paws pet resort to try out a playdate . We were waiting for that phone call every mom does not want to get from their child’s school. We held our breaths when the call came and to our surprise (and we were extremely surprised), our Roxy had the time of her life. She was such a happy girl. We’ve now booked her for our vacation week and added weekly play dates. Can’t thank Paws enough
We had to travel to SOUTHINGTON and needed a place to leave the fur babies for a few hours. This place was highly rated with great reviews and was professional and personable at the same time. They contacted us with a mid day report. They did with pics and a voicemail message. A happy dog is a tired dog and our two fur babies were pooped.
I would like to recommend Paws Pet resort for the wonderful job they did taking care of my Nutella. Her first time away from me since I had her 5 years ago. I had surgery and needed to stay overnight. This group put my worries at ease and treated her as if she were theirs. She was there 3 nights and enjoyed playtime and treats with all her caretakers. All 3 of them.Thank you so much. Your baby will be well cared for with this group. ❤️
Today was Luci’s first visit. She is 2 years old and very anxious around strangers. We are very impressed with the staff. They are all so pleasant and knowledgeable and caring. Luci spent a half day and got a 1 1/2 hour play session in the yard with other dogs her size! There are two staff in the yard with them watching out! This is great. Scheduled a full day next week. We think this will help Luci develop in important ways. Very pleased! 🐾
Stella loves coming here! It has been consistently positive for her as she is in great spirits when I pick her up. I also love how the staff sends photos keeping us reassured that all is well. The 'report card' at the end of her stay, is unique and ❤ caring!

I love Sarah's Pet Sitting for taking care of my fur babies when I am away. I am extremely fortunate that they have sitters who can take care of guinea pigs, because many pet sitting services do not. All of the sitters we've had have carefully followed the instructions for their care. The service request process is straightforward and rates are reasonable. I also love the reports that they send for each visit that generally includes pictures and a short video. And it's clear that the sitters who come to my house really love and care about animals. My piggies have gotten used to their sitters. And often come up to them looking for food and begging for treats. I know this is a service I can trust and will continue to use as long as I have piggies and live in Connecticut!
My family is very happy with Sarah’s pet sitting service! We recently went away and had them watch our 3 dogs. The detailed notes for each visit along with the pictures of our boys made us feel at ease they were being well taken care of. So easy to book and communicate with! Highly recommend.
They are the best. They take the time to get to know your pets. They then report back and send pictures after every visit and include updates of what they did during their visit (empty litter box, filled their treat ball etc.). You schedule each visit within a 2 hour window, so your pets get to eat at the same time they are used to eating. Great easy to use app to update pet profiles, request what you want done for each visit, and pay. I have tried other sitters (friends, neighbors etc) and never quite knew what was going on, or came hours late. I will never again use anyone else. If you want peace of mind while you are away, these are the folks!
From dog walking to training Sarah's is top notch. No one wants to need someone else take care of their pets, but Sarah's is the only service I trust. My silly rescue pup loves his walker and they have built a great bond. With their help I am also making huge strides in training my guy with positive means only. I recommend them to anyone.
Sarah's Pet Sitting provides a great service for those of us that can’t bring our pets on travels. After each service visit I got an update on how my dog was doing (eating, drinking, bathroom, general mood and behavior) and which activities took place. When we got married, we were so thankful for Katelyn and the attention she gave our boys (who are never away from us for more than a few hours)! As a sitter myself, I absolutely love working for Sarah’s! I love every single client I work with, can’t tell you how much I love this job, and it’s the highlight of my day to be with everyone’s amazing fur-babies! I treat every pet as if they were my own, giving them all sorts of love, affection, and good conversation! I know that this treatment towards pets goes for all of Sarah’s sitters too, which is why I am both a sitter and a client! The administration staff is supportive, professional, and caring for both pets and employees. PetEx Pet Sitting was wonderful! My pets and home were well taken care of while I was away. I preferred Mary's services over others because of her personal dedication and one on one services. I no longer board my pets because of a history of them being ill for a week or so after being back home. My pets are always safer and at ease with staying home and utilizing pet sitting services. The last pet sitter I had moved out of state and I needed a new one quickly. Services that were very impersonal were irritating to me with online applications and the inability to meet all of their employees that may be entering my home and caring for my pets. Other reviews prompted me to contact PetEx so, thanks to those that also rated PetEx so highly. I understand why the reviews are great now and am confident that the next time I need pet sitting services, I will be using PetEx. Thank you Mary!!!! Mary took excellent care of our pets when we were out of town over the holidays. She was so great with our furry babies (2 cats and 2 dogs). They loved meeting her at the meet and greet, and she was clear about what we could expect. She was great about communicating with us before, during, and after our trip, and she sent us lots of pics of our buddies. We missed them a lot, so it was great to know they were in good hands. We will definitely call her again the next time we need a pet sitter.
Mary is wonderful! She did a combo board/train with my dog Marty for a full month while I was on vacation and I was so impressed with her training and care. Marty had never been away from me that long and it was difficult for him at first, and Mary was kind and patient while she trained and cared for him. I dropped off a very anxious, stubborn dog that was ruling my home, and I picked up a happy, calm, dog that listens. I’m so appreciative of Mary and what she has done for me and Marty and would highly recommend her services!
Will definitely book with Mary again! I never left my two Boston Terriers with anyone… well I did once years ago and came home to sick dogs! We booked a family vacation and I had to find someone to watch my fur babies. We booked a sitter to move into my home for 7 nights, we also booked a kennel that was highly reputable, but I just wasn’t feeling good about either. Then I saw Mary’s website and reached out to her . She came to my home to visit us and meet my dogs, went over all the paperwork and explained her methods. Mary is very professional, super nice and very sincere and definitely knows a lot about dog behavior and needs. She sent pics and updates daily and when we brought them home they were healthy and happy ! I highly recommend Mary and will be booking her again in the spring !

Mary is phenomenal with our German Shepherd and Pekingese mix. She has built such a strong rapport with both of them and can tell they really love her. Both of them get lots of playtime, walks, training, and quality time together with her. Feel much better leaving them at home while at work knowing she’s coming over to take care of them. I recently found myself needing to board my special needs dog so that I could travel to the west coast for my granddaughter's graduation from high school. Bree (my schnauzer) is a rescue that has some behavioral issues. She is very fearful and hasn't been out of my sight in four years so I wasn't sure how she would react in unfamiliar surroundings. After discussing this with Mary in our initial meeting we decided to do a trial for one night to see how she reacts. Well as it turns out she was fine! Mary has a way about her with dogs that put my concerns to rest. Bree stayed with Mary for almost two weeks during which Mary sent me pictures and texts to keep me updated on how Bree was doing. She provided my wife and I the peace of mind that we needed to enjoy out vacation. Thank you Mary for taking care of our baby! Looking forward to the next time.
Mary (PetEx) is a pet lover so loves being with and taking care of pets! We feel good about leaving our one year old black Lab mix, Otis, with her when we’re away rather than boarding him in a kennel where he’d spend at least 12 hours alone in a crate!! ☹️ Otis likes Mary (he thinks she’s a big toy 😂) and likes playing with the other dogs she watches when he’s there. (No more than 5 at a time, but most often less). We highly recommend Mary and PetEx!

Hands down, BEST service I’ve ever had. My pup Poppy is a handful and needs a little extra patience when it comes to nail trims. Every one of the techs who’ve come have been so knowledgeable and kind and absolutely wonderful I can not recommend them more. They always respond in a timely manner and call if they ever run late (which isn’t often) it’s also incredibly easy to make appointments which for a busy person just is a cherry on top.
My cat Oscar has severe fear of dogs think he was attacked by one.Making it difficult to bring him in to grooming places I had Holly come to house to do his nails this morning. She was fabulous and was so marvelous with Oscar. Nails got done with ease and no freaking out on Oscar's part. Thank you Holly

I heard about the nail trim service and decided it was worth a try. Our dog Chloe would get so nervous going to the groomer to have it done. Jenna came on time and made friends with her. She stayed pretty calm throughout the nail trim and it was done in no time. Totally worth the cost to have an at home service with friendly, efficient staff. We will be using their nail trim service again.
All IV Paws Pet Care LLC is where it's at! I have 4 dogs and it's so much easier for someone to come to us than to hassle around and bring all of my dogs somewhere for nail trims. They all have different personalities and two of them are seniors. I have used them twice already for nail trims and they are very responsive and punctual. We began taking our golden doodle, Ruby to The Crate Escape one day a week for doggie daycare as a way to give her playtime with other dogs and get her acclimated before we knew we were going to board her when we went on vacation. The staff is fantastic and very friendly. Our boarding experience was also great. The staff kept us updated on how Ruby was doing and we were able to have her bathed before we picked her up. Ruby loves it there too, her tail starts wagging when we pull up to drop her off. Ruby and I give Crate Escape 5 stars.
I had my nephew take my puppy here yesterday for grooming. All they did was little trimming on her tail and ears. Called back today and complained about it, asked if I can take her back and groom her properly, but I was refused with attitude. I definitely don't recommend them and will never go back.
My sitter backed out last minute on my 4 month old pup. I was a mess, trying to figure out how to take my highschool kids to college visits and ensure the pup was safe and cared for in our absence. I was beyond grateful to Chris and her staff for making it a painless process and taking her last minute on April break! She was super excited to see us and clearly had much needed play time!!

It was my first time ever getting my golden retriever ranger groomed and had a great experience. Staff was friendly and my boy couldn’t have looked more handsome. Will be returning soon!
We love the Crate Escape! Our shy and reserved puppy has come a long way in coming out of her shell, and going to the Crate Escape is her favorite part of her week now. I especially love the little report the staff gives me when I come to pick her up at the end of the day when she's there. Other puppies are her favorite thing, and she loves coming here to play with all her friends.
Our puppy spent the day today at The Crate Escape for doggie daycare. The staff is so kind. They integrated our pup with a few dogs at a time instead of putting her with all the dogs at once which was great! The staff has excellent communication and is very pleasant. We look forward to having our pup stay with The Crate Escape again!
My 3 dogs love to go to Crate Escape, they get so excited everytime they walk in the door!! I wouldn’t send my dogs anywhere else they get to play all day with other dogs while being supervised and then they get to snuggle together in their crate at night! The staff is friendly, dog loving care takers! I recommend great escape to every one I know that has a dog I’m happy I found such a great place to bring my dogs when I am out of town!
I have been using Crate Escape for the last 2 years for both boarding and day care. The staff are the best, taking great care of the dogs and getting to know them and the owners. I love the facility and have never had a single issue. They really look after the dogs and when my puppy started shying away from the big dogs, they moved her in with the small breeds. I truly trust Chris and her staff and would give them 6 stars if I could.
We have been customers of The Crate Escape almost since Chris started her business. Our dog Jake goes to daycare three times a week, he loves going and plays hard. He barely makes it home before he passes out. Everyone there is amazing and there is absolutely nowhere else we would ever bring him.
Love the good shepherd care! I recommend them over any other pet daycare. Kim and John are caring and kind people, they treat your pets like they are family. They care for my kitty, Puss. Puss is not very socialized yet with other cats and they provided her with her own space where she can be as comfortable as possible. She loves it and her favorite spot is bird watching by the window.
It’s a big undertaking to find someone who cares for your dog the way you do, but we have found that with Kim and John. They take excellent care of our dog, Leaf. He always enjoys his time at Good Shepherd and comes home happy and content every time!
John and Kim were absolutely wonderful to work with and took excellent care of my two Yorkies while I was away for a few days. They came to my house ahead of their stay to meet my dogs so that they were familiar faces. They sent us updates while we were gone and my pups seemed calm and happy when we returned. Good Shepherd Pet care is a totally unique model of caring for pets. It is equivalent to your pets being cared for by a family member or a close friend. It is actually better as the Wrobels easily give your pet opportunities to socialize with other dogs. They are attuned to each dog or cat; they make sure that every pet has a happy experience away from home. Indoor there are couches, rugs, blankets and beds for dogs. Homey spaces for cats. Outdoors there is a very large fenced in area where the dogs play freely with many toys and if a dog needs its space there is plenty of room. They are always watched to assure relaxed joy. This is akin to the best sleep away camp- where any issues of pets being homesick are addressed. The Wrobels provide photos and videos for each family. I am so thankful I found Good Shepherd. Kim and John are lovely people and are true animal lovers. This is not a traditional boarding place, there are no small kennels and bunches of barking dogs in a stressed out environment. The animals stay right in the home, in crates if you want, or on couches or rugs or chairs or their own beds if you want to bring them. However the pets are comfortable. They walk and run and play every day in a large enclosed yard. I hadn't vacationed for years because of my anxiety ridden dog that needs medicine daily and my special needs cat that needs 3 medicines twice a day. I could not imagine leaving them in a "normal" boarding place. If your pet needs special care or is just not OK in stressful situations, you need Good Shepherd. I got photos every day! I was so relieved not have to worry about my pets while I was away. Highly highly recommend :)
I entrusted my best friend, Frida, with John and Kim for a long three week stay. Our initial meeting so see if Frida could be comfortable as a good one, everyone got to know each other a bit and Frida took right to every single ball they had in the large (think horse sized), well-kept pen. Suffice it to say, Frida had a great time there. She was well socialized in a way that she wasn't before, and was sleeping with the other dogs on her cushion. They let her do her thing (Frida is a border collie) in a thoughtful way (she would run from now until the end of time after a ball). Good Shepherd Pet Care will get all of our dog boarding business from here on out. Thanks again!
Good Shepherd Pet Care took incredible care of our dog Teddy. My wife and I were searching all over for someone who we could trust and know our dog was safe when we needed to go on a trip, wedding, or just a night away. They treat each dog in their care as they would their own. They are patient, understanding, and put you at ease by checking in with pictures and even videos of your pet so you know they are safe and happy. John and Kim hosted Rumi and Bodhi recently for a full week. They sent me videos and pics every single day to show my buddies having fun with each other and their new friends. If you’re like me and don’t like leaving your four-legged kids behind, it’s awesome to know there are wonderful people like John and Kim who will take great care of them while you’re away!!
I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with John, Kim and their pup Lilah! Jake stayed with them for his first overnight and they knew I was nervous leaving him. John and Kim updated me regularly with photos and reassurance, right up until bedtime and again first thing in the morning. Lilah also welcomed him into her home so nicely - such a sweet girl 🥰 They went for walks, rides, met other animals and Jake seemed to love his time there - he’s exhausted today! He was very comfortable with them and will definitely be going back… highly recommend!
My Lily Loves The Dog Cabin and the staff love her! The staff there are loving and consistent. True dog lovers. They know and love the pups, it shows. Lily is a high energy girl and comes home tired and happy! Highly recommend for you 4 legged friends.
The people that work at the Dog Cabin are the absolute best. Our golden retriever loves it there, I think not only because of the fun with other dogs but also the people who work there. We have dog care places close but we go out of our way to go there. Best in the business.
Staff at the Dog Cabin have always been friendly and have gone out of their way to accomodate late reservations and last minute changes in plans. Our dog Bullet is always well cared for and usually comes back all worn out from playing.
Winston when he goes to doggy daycare here h is so happy to go and happy to come home.he loves it there. Whenever there is a need for him to go there he is so happy and they lve him there too and it's close to home. So happy we found this place so close by too.
We LOVE The Dog Cabin! Our Coco girl gets excited the second we turn onto the street! She nearly busts down the door to get in the back to start playing with her friends! There is an array of dogs, some like to play some like to relax so your dog will fit right in! The staff is absolutely amazing and Coco loves them all! They are all so caring and attentive. They meet your dog’s needs, whatever they may be! Our pup is exhausted after a full day of playing, which is great for her high puppy energy! I don’t have enough nice things to say about The Dog Cabin and all of the staff!
Our little girl LOVES spending her days at the Dog Cabin- and we enjoy a very tired pup when she comes home after. The staff is so friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
My 13 year old Morkie is a nervous wreck when it comes to the groomers, but since switching to the Dog Cabin, she has been far less anxious and comes out looking and smelling great! The staff is super friendly and their services won't break the bank! 100% recommend the Dog Cabin!
I have been using The Dog Cabin for occasional boarding, grooming, and daycare since 2015. I have never used any other place as I have been 100% satisfied with the quality of care, services, facilities, and pricing. My last dog and current dog like going there. The staff is great to work with and show real concern for the well-being of my pets. The dogs come home clean, happy, and played out.
We've been taking our dog to Dog Cabin for about a year and a half now for daycare multiple times a week as well as boarding when we need it. She couldn't love it any more! The staff know her by name when she comes in and she always leaves pooped after a fun day of play. They are very receptive and flexible with scheduling and have essentially acted as a collective third parent for our pup. I would give them 6 stars if possible!
Very disappointed to give a 1 star review. I’ve recommended folks (including my friends) to use this place for more than a year but rescinding my recommendation now. Wouldn’t recommend this place for any dog owners that have a hyperactive dog. We used this place for over a year and a half and all of a sudden we were told that our dog was too hyperactive. The previous staff were great but none of the new folks are pleasant to talk to. They’re rude and condescending for sure. The guy is pleasant and soft spoken but not the staff. We were told only once in the duration that he went there that our dog was too hyper. We haven’t received any serious complaints. neither has anyone called us that our dog was not behaving. And we’ve left him overnight there. Yesterday, when we went to pick him up, we were just casually told that he’s difficult to control and that we weren’t welcome. I had checked the camera on and off during the day and could see at least 50 other dogs with only 2 people overseeing the dogs. With that amount of dogs in one room, things are bound to get difficult. Our dog has a routine that’s pretty quiet. He’s the only dog at home and usually spends the entire day with me when am working. The environment has definitely changed over time there. More dogs now as compared to when we started. I wouldn’t have chosen to write this review but our dog has been very sad since he returned from this place. He has not slept all night and has not eaten neither has drank water all day. We’ve been snuggling and comforting him all day. He definitely is depressed and am sure we’ll fix this over time. Disappointing that this happened to us. This is one time I wished he could talk and tell us what actually happened there.
I recently had Humble Hounds take care of my two pups while I was away on vacation, and I was super impressed! One of them is diabetic, so I was a bit nervous, but Niki was amazing! She sent lots of updates and photos, which really put me at ease. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. I'll definitely be reaching out again next time I need someone to watch my dogs. Highly recommend Humble Hounds!
Niki dog sits for us and she’s great with our shy/nervous rescue dogs. Shes very patient and very good with them. She was really invested in getting to know our dogs and have them be comfortable with her. She is easy to work with and you can trust her in your home. She’s a kind person who understands what our dogs need. We highly recommend her services.
First off Niki is a literal angel. We used Niki/Humble Hounds for our wedding to care for and bring our pup Bellini to our wedding venue for photos and over night boarding. Niki was so professional, on time, and helped us to feel so comfortable from the start as this was Bellini’s first overnight without us. She was a wonderful wedding attendant and I would recommend her to anyone. She even took the time to send photo updates and create a custom wedding gift from our pup. We will absolutely be using Humble Hounds again! Thank you so much❤️
Niki was absolutely phenomenal with watching our dog, Coco for 2 separate family vacations we had planned. Niki goes above and beyond to make sure our fur babies are well taken care of! It was a great feeling to know that Coco felt more than comfortable to be there. We loved getting the daily pictures as well! Highly, highly recommend Humble Hounds!!
I cannot say enough about Humble Hounds! I am so happy I was recommended to use their services. I definitely do not regret a thing! I was so hesitant at first. I am one to never ask for help. I recently went from one dog to two. Phew! Not easy but wouldn’t change it for the world. Now that I have humble hounds to help out. it has been truly helpful. To know I found someone that is trustworthy, reliable, respectful, kind, friendly and more! All great things. It is so easy to use their app! They communicate very well. Even deal with more my anxiety than the dogs. So far I have never had any issues. Thank you Niki and Madi for taking such great care of my fur babies. So far I use them for the 30 min drop in visits and quick drop in visit. Humble hounds really take the stress out of knowing the dogs are in great hands. Get to go out, eat, ect and are not alone all day. Madi and Nicki stay the whole 30 min every time and send me pictures and an update on the visit. Very respectful and friendly! . It is such a relief to know pepper and Maci are in great hands! Especially with their high energy! They even give them cuddles and talk to them which is Awesome! Niki was amazing! She took care of my 2 dogs and 3 cats while I was out of town. All my animals loved her, she took such good care of them. She was great communicating when she was on her way and always sent updates and pictures. I will definitely continue to book her for future pet care needs
Niki and Jayda at Humble Hounds are a perfect fit for me, always timely and with the energy to match my growing puppy! Although he still enjoys breaks in the shade, his ability to have productive walks has improved tremendously thanks to Jayda's dedication and encouraging demeanor. I really like the visit summary text messages, complete with pictures, including a map of their "journey". I'm comforted to have such trustworthy help available locally!
I always have trouble leaving my cat alone for long trips but these guys made me feel so great about him being taken care of. Every day I got an email report with info about how he was doing and pictures. They will go above and beyond and provide great peace of mind. I will certainly use again and recommend to any and all looking for great pet care.
I needed a dog sitter for the week of July 4th and even though I asked about 3 weeks before, Nikki found the time to schedule me in. We have a regular dog sitter so I was hesitant to use any one else because we love her so much! Kareena was our sitter through HH and she was AMAZING! She sent reports and pictures of my sweet happy pups at every visit. She was very patient with my little guy being only 7 months old crate training but still having some accidents. I can’t say enough about HH and the comfort I felt leaving my boys after day 1. I will 100% use them again and also refer my friends to them. We were very happy that Humble Hounds was available to watch our dogs while we took summer vacation. Niki kept us up to date with daily photos, videos, and updates and we knew our dogs were in good, caring hands. We will definitely use them again!
Had such a good experience today for my dogs swimming lesson! Such knowledgable and caring staff. My Doberman sinks in the water, by the end of the lesson he was kicking all 4 feet! Can’t wait to continue and possibly do dock diving!
Had a great time at Millie’s first “Try It” session for dock diving! She loved it and both trainers were very helpful in their instruction. She did great and it made me so happy to see her do well!
We had scheduled drop off at 6:30 am. Staff did not accept our dog until 6:50am. Report cards are reported to be generated daily. We got photos 2 days out of a 5 day stay. We also paid for daycare and he was not with other dogs with the exception of 1 puppy. We paid for an exit bath $49 and he was viably dirty and had a strong odor to him when we picked him up. The week prior we had a similar experience after paying for a bath at pick up time he had a line on all paws with yellow on his fur. When we got home he drank a large bowl of water leading me to believe there may be a water restriction while being boarded. We will never use wagging tails again.
I was very upset when I picked up my Rottweiler after my vacation. I was given one price when I left and an increase in price when I returned. When I questioned it, I was treated very rudely by the manager. She spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner.The manager mentioned numerous times that she is putting her daughter through college and can’t adjust price or give discounts. I requested that my dog receive an exit bath and she was returned with a horrible stench and had diarrhea. They did not specify why she had diarrhea. In addition, we called to let them know that our flight was delayed and they never shared that she had diarrhea. I will never put my dog there again and I don’t think they have good hygiene habits in their kennel.
I took my time composing this, as I was very upset initially. I was spoken to rudely on the phone and at drop off, but I let that go. I took my dog for the required 5 hour evaluation to board. My usual kennel I board her at every year had no more space, so I sought another option. I dropped her and assumed all was well. Upon my pick up of her 5 hours later I was informed she was never removed from the kennel due to her high levels of stress. I never received a call from them to have the option to pick her up. I asked why I wasn’t informed of her extreme distress and was met with literally no answer. She had a large cut on her nose, she and was ill for two days after. She boards every year and has never had an issue before, she is very social and goes to the dog park weekly. I can’t understand why I wouldn’t be informed of her panic when it went on for the whole 5 hours so I could choose to come get her. There was no explanation for the cut on her nose. I don’t know what happens there, but I certainly would not recommend.
I hurt my back , and have a yellow Labrador retriever 12 week old puppy couldn’t take care of him!!! Call Wagging tails. And they took him right in. Went to pick him up all I saw was a happy little puppy. they were great they checked with my vet make sure he had all his shots!!! Took him back today!! he couldn’t get in the door quick enough he just loves the staff I say five stars!!! Somehow it says for trying to get it to say five but definitely a five star
Went twice I will not go back I found a better place I travel an hr away. This last time we waited an hr appointment. The pool is still green algae, trainer stated that don't bring her ball she ll drink the water which make her stomach turn No in reality the green algae just for her being in the pool and her cleaning her selfafter wards she might have systems such as know diarrhea .cyanobacteria is poisonous and could be life threatening so please dont go to this place I found a better place where there is actually a private lesson for an hr where the pool is clean they have multiple other events they train there cheaper by 10 bucks there punctual. I can only imagine what the kennels look like at this wagging tails facility if what this pool looks like.and my dog is my service dog can't go anywhere hopefully when I go to my doctor s appointment she diarrhea s before going in to the va .
Rosa loved her stay here! I'll use these guys again! Highly recommend! When she came back home, it was a seamless transition. Like we never left. This place is the next best thing to staying at 'grandma's house'! So cool! Staff treated my little girl like she was family. I loved the photos and reports they sent daily. This feature was so beneficial to my piece of mind while away. I enjoyed seeing her smiling face playing with other dogs and making friends. Excellent social interaction they are promoting by mixing dogs based on personality and not size. This is a great place that understands how to treat our little fur babies. Its definitely not just a kennel. It's her home away from home. I'm considering using the daycare program to teach Rosie how to swim. We'll be back!
Hired for a week only showed up for two days, lost two cats, non-hired individuals entered our home, door unlocked, alarm broken, keys not returned so locks had to be replaced *documentation provided by police who arrived on site when arrived and home unlocked, dark and contents proved no one had entered for five days! Cugo was reprehensibley rude, unprofessional
Maximiliano had the best time of his life. Staff and owners were extremely attentive and amazing. I was not wrong when I decide to drive for 90 minutes to bring Maximiliano there for a few hours. I wish I could live closer so that we could bring Max every day. We LOVE this place.
