A big thank you to Galina and Chris for taking such wonderful care of our dog Stanley and our house and garden. Chris and Galina arrived the day before so that we could discuss and demonstrate Stanley’s care and run through house and local details. Stanley was very relaxed with them from the start and it was clear that he was in safe and reliable hands (so important to us as this was our first time with house sitters). Communication was great and we had daily photos/videos and updates which was very reassuring. When we returned we had a beautiful meal cooked for us and we were able to spend another enjoyable evening together before they left the following morning to go to their next house sit. Stanley clearly missed them immediately as he sat by the front door for quite a while when they left! This positive experience has given us confidence in Zeewoi and we will definitely be doing this again.
Sharon and Milton are two of the nicest people I've met in my life. This is my first time having a sitter fly in from out of state and it was so simple, stress-free, and didn't affect any part of me getting ready for my trip, leaving for my trip or returning from my trip. Sharon was very communicative before, during and after I returned. It just couldn't have been more wonderful! If you're considering applicants stop looking and choose Sharon and Milton. They are just delightfully wonderful wonderful people!! They go above and beyond just housesitting and pet sitting! Tidy, clean, respectful down to earth and the most kind and loving people. I do believe Milton really is a cat whisper!! They slept with my sweet babies, and even followed silly grooming instruction on one of my cats. Would have them sit for me absolutely anytime.
Cecily and Neil were great sitters. We felt very happy leaving Milo and our house in their very capable hands. Cecily also offered to water the plants if necessary. They were very communicative - sent us updates and photos. House was very tidy when we got back. I would recommend them both very highly to look after your pets and home!
We had the absolute pleasure of looking after Giacomo and Cosima in Anna and Tom's lovely home, and can 1000% recommend them! Giacomo is such a great cat, incredibly vocal and opinionated, we had entire back-and-forth conversations together. And we loved when he came to snuggle up with us on the sofa 😍 Cosima is lovely as well, with the softest fur you've ever felt, once she warms up and gives you the honor of petting her! Together, they are just such a great pair of cats, and great company 😄 The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, the hot tub delightful, and we really enjoyed borrowing the electric bikes to ride down to Lake Starnberg. It was incredible getting to experience a slice of Bavarian life, with Munich so easy to reach by train. We were lucky enough to be here during Oktoberfest (Anna even accompanied us on the first night!) and will remember the experience for the rest of our lives 🤩 Thank you to Anna and Tom for your warm welcome, generosity, and awesome recommendations. We would be thrilled to return in the future!
