Caroline was absolutely amazing. Even before she arrived, she was very organised and booked her flight immediately which was reassuring for us. She quickly connected with Ebony, our dog, who was well looked after by Caroline throughout her stay. When Ebony was ill, due to a problem with our water, Caroline was quick to respond to this and put him onto bottled water. In addition, I had left my mobile at home which had the potential of creating a real problem for me. However, with Caroline's help we were able to get around this. Nothing was too much for her. The most important thing for us was how evident it was how much Caroline loves animals and the relationship she established with Ebony. We would be very happy to have Caroline look after Ebony again and so would Ebony!
BriAnna was our first pet sitter and we loved her :). She made every step very simple for us, communication was great, Pastis and Anubis seemed to be very happy with her, and the house was very clean when we came back. We highly recommend BriAnna to take care of your pets and we would love to have her back!
It was lovely pet-sitting for Nikki and Andy, who were both very warm and welcoming. They drove to the bus station to pick me up, and they brought Molly along to say hi! The three fur babies were all very well behaved and easy to care for, with Izzy and Misty always up for a stroking and pampering session while Molly loved playing fetch, giving licks as well as exploring around. Nikki and Andy made sure to make their place comfortable for me during the sit, which I greatly appreciated. The house plants and those in the garden were easy to care for as well, I enjoyed tending to the garden while playing fetch with Molly at the same time! Misty loves going out into the garden and Izzy sometimes follows too, and it's very calming to spend some time in the backyard with all of them frolicking around while you inquisitively watch what they're up to. Thank you for making it such a great experience, and looking forward to having the opportunity to sit for the both of you again! 😊
We had an absolutely amazing three weeks housesitting for Sonia and Ken. It felt like a Scandinavian dream. The area was incredibly peaceful and perfect for a getaway. Sonia and Ken were very helpful and responsive to our messages. Not only did they provide us with great hiking tips but they also let us use their car, quad, kayaks, SUPs and fire place,, giving us plenty to do. The house itself was cozy and fully equipped with every you need; a washing machine, dishwasher, heater, TV, and Wi-Fi. Fitz and Vena are adorable and playful cats and made the experience even better. They had automated food dispensers, a water fountain, and an automatic litter box, which meant very little work for us—just giving and receiving love. Taking care of the chickens was also a breeze, and they provided us with fresh eggs every morning. It was truly a dream housesitting experience!
My husband and I had the pleasure of being the first housesitting experience for Kristine and her pups, Bria and Finn. Kristine’s home is situated on Whidbey Island in the Penn Cove neighborhood. The house sits directly across the street from the water and the views of the water and distant mountains are stunning. The pups, Finn and Bria are well behaved and fun to be around. They warmed up to us right away and were highly entertaining. Little Bria loves her squeeky toys and uses them to be part of any conversation. Finn is more laid back but still enjoys attention and being brushed. Both dogs walk well on their leash in the neighborhood and they are content to hang out in their yard soaking up the sunshine. Not only is the house situated in a prime location it is well stocked with everything needed for an extended stay. If was very clean and comfortable with very little maintenance needed. There is plenty to see and do on Whidbey Island such as hiking, bird watching, visiting the numerous state parks, and the quaint towns of Coupeville and Langley. If you are looking for a housesit in the PNW we highly recommend this one!
This was my first time sitting through TrustedHousesitters and I could not be more pleased with the whole process. Gretchen left detailed instructions which were very helpful. The home was so nice and comfortable. Gus and Emmy Lou were a pleasure to spend time with; they are great dogs! Explored several towns and enjoyed activities in the mountains and around the river. We would definitely love to come catsit these adorable furbabies again in Christine's lovely home! Shane and I arrived early and Christine gave us a very clear and thorough tour of the house and instructions on how to feed and take care of the kitties and the apartment. We even got tips on where to go eat and places to visit in the area. Communication with her was perfect and she was very kind and helpful.

Let me start off by saying I recommend booking unique for all your pet care needs! My pup Gucci, my partner and I had the pleasure of meeting unique and we all automatically felt so comfortable with her! She’s such a kind, responsible, and hard working woman! My pup loved her right off the bat which is not always the case when he meets new people so I was so happy to see him getting along perfectly with her. We had unique house sit for the first time for about 6 days while we were on vacation and have no complaints WHATSOEVER! It was the first time someone stayed with our pup alone and we couldn’t have felt any more secure 🙏🏾 She constantly kept us updated and sent us pictures of him, checked in and let us know when she would be stepping out. Finding a dog sitter for our pup had been so hard due to his separation anxiety but now I’m sooo grateful we found unique and her services! Great experience! It’s very tough nowadays to find a consistent puppy sitter. Finally found one who my wife and I have been using and will definitely stick with. Unique is very efficient, punctual and flexible. She is also very caring and affectionate towards our puppies. The chemistry she has with our puppies was amazing. My wife almost got jealous at one point because of how loving our puppies got with Unique while we were away. They just loved her and really enjoyed her company and care. My wife and I are now very comfortable with any sudden trips because we can alway count on Unique! One last thing, you won’t need to have a camera in your home while Unique watches your puppies because the amount of photos and videos we received from her was all we needed.
Unique is 100% the first person I reach out to when looking for care for my dog, Nala. I came across her business by chance, on a referral from another dog owner. I had out-of-country travel coming up and scheduled a meet-and-greet with Unique (she was super responsive and got back to me with her availability and sign-up process within a day). Nala can take a minute to warm up to certain people, but took to Unique so quickly that I had no second thoughts about leaving Nala at her home for a week. Unique sent regular updates and photos of Nala's antics. While I consider myself a dog lover, Unique is on the dog whisperer level. My only worry was whether Nala would still want to come home with me when I got back (ha, but actually). Maybe most importantly, Unique noticed some plaque buildup on Nala's front incisors that I'd missed. This ended up being an issue to take care of with our vet and it was something I wouldn't have known to look for. As a first time "dog mom", I've quickly learned how meaningful it is to find someone you can trust with your pet. Grateful for Unique's warm presence and proactive, playful care of Nala - 100/10 recommend for massive peace of mind next time you're looking for boarding.
We travel often and have used several pet care providers to board our Our 9 year old lab. We were referred to Unique and what an incredible stroke of luck. Unique is a sweet, kind and enterprising young woman who is building a Unique brand (pun intended) out of her home in Lawrence. Her love for animals was apparent from our first meeting and her daily pics captured the walks, naps and doggy smiles. We will not hesitate to use Unique the next time we travel, based on her service, I just hope she's not too busy.
EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!! I highly recommend Unique. She is extremely friendly, professional and caring. Following our initial meeting I knew she was the right pet sitter for us. Our 8 month-old Bichon immediately warmed up to her as if she was a family member. She kept us updated daily with photos and videos of our Jovi. At one point we started getting jealous. Unique and Kennedy had pictures with our dog posing effortlessly for the camera which made us envious as we have never been able to get him to pose for pictures 😂 We will definitely will be using Unique again and HIGHLY recommend her services
Couldn't ask for a better pet sitter! Unique is amazing, and as you'll gather from most of these reviews she is punctual, caring, communicates well, and actually takes the time to get to know your pup. I'll be honest I was a little nervous leaving my Reg with someone new, as I had ran into some issues with the previous facility that I had used all 4 years of his, Reggie's, life. These troubles and my concerns left me in a rock and a hard place since I had an upcoming trip and all Reggie had known was his prior care arrangements. Unique took all of those worries away from me, and I could tell from the first meet and greet she was going to be great. Unique surpassed my expectations, it was as if Reggie had known her all his life. I've never seen my boy look so at ease, and just happy to be somewhere. It was as if he went to an aunt's or something. I could go on raving about the loving and expert care she gave my boy, if you need a pet sitter DO NOT HESITATE to book with her. She provides multiple picture updates of your fur baby, she is honest with how they are doing in her care and how they are adjusting. She is thorough in her assessments, and realizes not every dog shares the same needs as the last. Again I could go on and on I was so impressed with the services I received. I will be booking with her again soon.
This is the 3rd time that I leave Tyson with Unique because I’ve developed the utmost trust and confidence with her. There’s not a doubt in my mind that Tyson is in the best hands while I’m away. In the past, before Unique I never wanted to leave because I was not sure who to leave Tyson with but that’s not an issue anymore :) Unique always updates me with how Tyson is doing, how he’s eating and behaving. She sends pictures and videos of him playing or just relaxing and that’s incredibly comforting while I’m outside of the country. Unique is great and someone I will be booking going forward. I was looking for someone to board my dog since I was going on vacation and I was referred by a friend . I was very nervous because it was my dogs first time staying in some else’s home and also being dog sat by someone for multiple days. My dog is also a crazy puppy with lots of energy but unique did great! She always kept me updated and sent me a bunch of pictures which helped with being nervous. She would take him to the dog park to let him get out some of his energy and she didn’t care about the time or weather. She treated him like her own and took such great care of him while I was away.

Our dog is not able to stay in a kennel anymore, but we were very fortunate to find Uniques Pet Care with a recommendation from a friend. She stayed in our house with our dog Sammy while we're on vacation. It was perfect for Sammy because he was in his own home and Unique was able to keep him on his schedule is including feeding and walks. From their first meet n greet, Sammy was comfortable with Unique. She has a great way about her and clearly loves dogs! I highly recommend Unique's Pet Care!

We came to the kennel via the manager, Dani, who is an excellent trainer and helped Jack (corgi) tremendously through struggles with resource guarding in his puppyhood. She taught us to get creative and flexible with training and it worked. Jack went on to have a blast at daycare, boarding, and getting groomed at Hidden Gem. He made canine and human friends - all the staff were welcoming and attentive (and took phenomenal pictures). We recently moved and I was sad to leave our kennel but Jack was SO well prepared to a) take a big road trip and b) enter a new daycare and neighborhood full of dogs. We'll be back for play time whenever we're in New England!
Hidden Gem is truly a hidden gem. Great staff who really care about your dog. Our pup can't wait to get there in the morning at DayKamp, boarding is easy and training well worth it. I would highly recommend this place . it is the cream of the crop but still with reasonable rates! Hope you love it as much as we do
Tee EM Kennel's is a great place to board your dog this was my dog Dukes first time at a Kennel and Duke had a blast.The staff was great. Especially Dani who has helped us out a lot with Duke in the past. Dani is awesome!
Honestly, I can't say anything but incredible things. My pup had never been to a kennel or anything. She's 3, she also has never been away from me on the 4th of July. Tee Em's CRUSHED IT. This place is actually really great. Affordable and they offer daycare n extra walks n stuff so your dog isnt just stuck in a kennel. You dont have to feel guilty leaving your dog here. I cant remember his name but the bald guy that works there was sooo great with my big german shepherd. I literally could not recommend them enough. Most ppl only write reviews when their experience suck, these ppl deserve the positive review 100%
Luv the staff, luv the “country environment” vs a cold hard kennel or day camp. Everyone is super polite, very professional. Our little dog Havanese lola luvs it! Our other dog Bella, yellow Lab, loved it too! We always feel confidently that she’s safe there. Plus owners live there! ❤️
My high energy pitbull pup attends daycare and has a BLAST the staff are amazing. Especially Bri and Dani. Dani is a very knowledgeable and patient dog trainer. She came to my house and did ecollar training and it has done wonders for my crazy man! Don’t hesitate to ask her about training your Pup!

We love Tee Ems for boarding and day kamp! Our dog Arlo started going to day kamp a few months ago and has boarded there twice. Whenever we get close he starts whining and barking because he is so excited to be there! We love the pics they post on Facebook daily of the dogs having a great time and the whole team really loves the pups. Can’t recommend them enough!

We recently boarded our dog, Kash, at WolfPack Canine, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we dropped him off, it was clear that he was in the hands of a dedicated and caring team. They took the time to understand Kash's unique personality and needs, making him feel comfortable and loved. WolfPack’s facility is clean, and spacious with plenty of room for play and rest. We loved getting updates and photos, which really put our minds at ease. It’s rare to find a boarding place that treats your pet like family, but WolfPack Canine absolutely does. Wolf Pack Canine had made a lot of improvement since I boarded my dogs in December 2022 by adding a new user-friendly platform allowing you to create profiles for your pets, easily upload vet records as well as request boarding services. The staff is friendly and very communicative. Overall the experience is great and I've boarded my dogs here multiple times since 2021 as well as utilized them for dog training.
Our three dogs have been to Wolfpack for day camp, as well as overnight boarding. The staff is polite and professional, and treat our dogs so well. We couldn’t be happier with them!
We’re very pleased with Wolf Pack Canine, they always made me feel comfortable and answered questions about our puppy. We had a 6 months old puppy, and we were very nervous about finding the right daycare for our fur baby. We were very anxious leaving him with strangers. We’re unsure if he’s comfortable and treated well but he’s always chilled and tired out after pick up (see photo), which is a good sign. However, today, when we dropped off our puppy for his 5th visit, he was super happy to see Amber and walked right into the play area without hesitation, it made me very happy. We know we made the right choice with Wolf Pack Canine, would recommend to our friends & family, thank you for all you do!
Recently, I brought my girlfriend's dog in for boarding, needing only Saturday. However, I was informed that due to being short-staffed on Sundays, I wouldn't be able to pick up the dog until Monday. I dropped her off at 11 a.m. on Saturday and picked her up at 8 a.m. on Monday, only to find that I was charged for 3 days. Additionally, when I picked up the dog, she smelled like urine and felt sticky to the touch. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the staff about being overcharged and the condition of the dog, but their response was dismissive, showing a clear lack of concern. I'm genuinely worried about the care provided at this facility and its suitability for boarding dogs. I still haven't heard anything from leadership at this facility and feel I may need to address those concerns in some other means.
I found Wolf Pack when I desperate for help with my Rottweiler he was leash reactive! I’m happy to say now after training, he’s the best boy I could ever ask for! I highly recommend Wolf Pack for boarding, daycare and training! I have used all three and would never go anyone else.
Winnie has been going to Wolf Pack for about 3 years. She goes for occasional daycare/play group and for boarding. She comes home well cared for and has never been reluctant to return. To me, that is everything! While I wish I could see more of her interacting with other pups, and see ALL of the facility, especially when boarding, I know that she is safe. Adding Sunday pickup hours for boarding would be great!
Very disappointed in this facility! Won’t recommend anymore. Some of the girls there are friendly and some not so much! I made a phone call for heads up had to pick up my dog early for family emergency- I was told I couldn’t come in until 4, policy! Someone didn’t understand the word emergency- policy don’t apply when the word emergency is used in a sentence!!!!!!! Left me to snap at her on the phone…. I wasn’t leaving my dog behind….. as far as the assistant Manager Brittany goes, she needs training!
Me and my husband recently adopted a 1.5yr old beautiful red nose pitbull. I have never owned a large bully breed dog and I was completely in over my head! We sent Kane to the two week board and train program and it absolutely taught him/us the fundamentals that we needed! Our walks are now so enjoyable and it is so fun training and learning together now that we have the correct tools to get the job done. The Wolfpack team teaches both the owners and dogs how to respect each other to create a comfortable long life of doggie fun! I can’t recommend them enough we also use them as daycare and overnight board when needed. They love dogs period! Jared is a straight boss just check out his Instagram and one of his trainers Amber who works with Kane is an absolute godsend! Top notch trainers.
My dog Penny has been going to Wolfpack for day care since she’s been old enough to go, and we’re going on 2 years this summer! She gets so excited the second we pull in the parking lot! We’ve done puppy training and on leash training. The trainers are all friendly and are smiling the second they see crazy Penny come through the door. They post daily on social media, showing pictures and videos of the dogs there that day. Penny is always pooped when I pick her up! I recommend Wolfpack to anyone in the area! Finley goes to Puppy Paradis twice a week and he LOVES it. When I drop him off he pulls me all the way to the front door and he barks the whole time to make sure everyone knows he has arrived. When he leaves he's exhausted from playing with his friends all day. We absolutely love seeing the daily pictures of all the dogs. The team at PP are awesome!
Our dog Raven has been going here since shortly after we adopted her as a puppy and she is never happier than on the days she gets to go to daycare! Raven can be VERY skittish around people and busy environments so we were a little hesitant about how she would do, but based on how she leaps out of the car when we get in the parking lot and runs right for the door, it’s clear she feels extremely comfortable here. She always comes home tired and curls right up in her favorite spot for some much needed rest after a day of non stop playing. The entire staff at Puppy Paradis is kind and welcoming and we appreciate how they are very open and honest if they notice something regarding our dog. If you are looking for a great daycare for your dog(s), you won’t go wrong choosing Puppy Paradis!
Tessie has been going to Puppy Paradis for a little over a year now, and she absolutely loves it! Every drop off she excitedly waits by the door to be let in. She’s a little skittish so it’s especially great to see how comfortable she is with all the staff. We love seeing the photos get posted to see all the play happening, she always comes home ready for bed after a full day with friends. Tessie and her parents definitely recommend Puppy Paradis!
We learned about Puppy Paradis last fall when we moved to this area and cannot say enough good things about it! Our pup had gone to a daycare previously and did not have the best experiences, but Puppy Pardis has changed that for him! He absolutely LOVES going to "school" every week and playing with his friend. He also loves all of the ladies that work there. We feel so comfortable sending him and trust that he is well taken care of. I can't imagine a better experience. Puppy Paradis truly is paradise for our pup!

Puppy Paradis has been the best thing we have done for our new puppy. He always comes home tired, happy, and most importantly excited to go back the next day!! The staff is wonderful and will gladly answer any questions you have. As a first time puppy mom, this has been extremely helpful and very encouraging. They are always sharing photos of the day and that always puts my anxiety at ease seeing how happy he looks playing in all the photos. Absolutely recommend Puppy Paradis to anyone in the area! We rescued our little guy this summer and he has been going to Puppy Paradis ever since. He is SO excited every time I bring him and I feel so comfortable leaving him in their care. He is jumping for joy to see his friends when we pull into the parking lot. Amanda and her staff are so amazing and treat all of the dogs like their own. They will even hand feed him to get him to eat lunch when he needs some extra focus! I also LOVE that she post pictures from the day so I can see him with his little friends :)
Could not be more happy with this daycare! My dog comes home happy and tired. On his 2nd day he knew exactly where he was as soon as we pulled in, and he rushed me to the door! The staff are excellent and even from the first day I knew that my dog was in good hands! Can’t wait to keep bringing him back.
While looking for a new daycare for our babies I found there to be a lot of choices but not all with such outstanding reviews as Puppy Paradis. We just recently started bringing Augie and Phoebe here and it has already been such a great experience. The owner is involved in the day to day functions, is very responsive and you can tell she loves what she does and what she has built. They take pictures and videos of the pups and are attentive to their individual needs. I was nervous when finding a new daycare, because, well who wouldn’t be. You are entrusting complete strangers to care for your babies. After having not the best experience at our last daycare it made me even more hesitant. They have not only taken the time to ease my worries but they have also really taken on getting to know my dogs. Not to mention these dogs come home exhausted after playing all day! The play area is clean and tidy. I mean just check out their Facebook photos and videos if you don’t believe me! I’m impressed! We are having our first boarding experience with them coming up and I can honestly say I feel very comfortable having them cared for by Amanda and her crew. I am excited to build this relationship with Puppy Paradis and will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking. Trust a person who spent a lot of time researching places. This will be your best decision by far!

Cindy is wonderful! She has been helping me with my dogs for over 20 years. Currently I have a very fearful female rescue who I would never take to anyone but Cindy. She comes out looking great and happy with her clip. Cindy is a true dog person and can handle any aspect of dog management - walking, boarding, grooming and overall loves what she does.
First time at Cindy’s with my toy Aussie and she did an amazing job. Not only was she able to get me in the following week, which was perfect because he was overdue for a groom. Cindy cut him down perfectly he is so cute! Pictures speak for themselves thank you Cindy! We will be back, might try doggy daycare one day.
Kirby was immediately excited to go to Cindy's for daycare. He has been going to her daycare for over a year - 1-3x per week. Cindy is always accommodating if I need to bring him extra days. My dog, Jack, absolutely loves going to daycare at Cindy’s! He is so excited when I drop him off, and he comes home happy and tired after a full day of playing with the other dogs :) I’ve also used Cindy for dog boarding and highly recommend her! She took great care of Jack.

Cindy has the best doggy day care around! She is attentive, responsive, and friendly, and her day care is set up and run perfectly. Best of all, she loves dogs. She always take fun pictures of them and sends those to my wife and I, which we really appreciate! I don’t know what we would do without Cindy.
My dog has been going to Cindy for over 5 years. He looks forward to going on his daycare days. Her yard is large and spacious with fun things for the dogs to play with. Her basement is air conditioned and has several crates and beds where the dogs can take a break from the fun outside. She also does grooming, which my dog typically hated before going to Cindy. She always shares photos of their fun and even gives them presents at Christmas (owners included). Highly recommend her daycare to anyone looking.
Cindy has the perfect environment for dogs to safely play with a large fenced in yard and plenty of shade, she is an experienced groomer and I will not bring my Pomeranian anywhere else! My dog comes home happy and smelling good for weeks after being pampered! Highly recommend!
Cindy provides an excellent dog care services including daycare, grooming and boarding. It stems from her caring about the dogs she services and their owners. Our dog Pip loves Cindy's! He was a fearful rescue when he started, and going to Cindy's with all his friends has helped him grow so much. He comes home from daycare tired and happy from playing all day. Cindy is communicative, takes great care of the doggos, and we're lucky to have her do what she does!

All of our expectations were exceeded from day one. Tracey went above and beyond taking care of our dog Odin every day. She provided updates every time she stopped by, photos, and provided a level of commitment to Odin that we never expected. Tracey proactively helped socialize Odin, provided feedback on how he was acting around strangers, and made it clear that she truly loves animals. With my wife and I working full time, we never had to worry because we knew he was in good hands. He would look forward to his walks and always greeted Tracey with excitement. Tracey is extremely reliable, flexible, caring, loving, and trustworthy. Highly recommended! 10/10 experience.
Tracey had been taking care of our cats for over 12 years. She is so caring and we always feel confident that our cats are well cared for while we are away. She really goes above and beyond. Not only does she make sure our cat gets his daily eye drops, she has even reached out to us to let us know that our home was OK when there was flooding in the area.
Tracey is GREAT! She is always so friendly and enthusiastic with our cat Leo and he loves her. She takes great care of the house while we’re away (ie. clean litter box, bring in mail and packages). She is very professional and thorough when it comes to being on time every day and making sure the house is locked up well. Tracey is also great with communication, keeping us informed on what’s going, and has sent cute pics of Leo. We’ll hire her every time!
Tracey has been 'wiggling and jiggling' with our dog for over 7 years. She is reliable and truly cares about every pet she cares for. Our dog is completely in love with her and I can feel better about her longer days alone knowing she has Tracey coming by.

Tracey took great care of my two rabbits- one who needed a lot of special attention including eye drops and some cleaning. It was so good to have someone I could trust! She communicated really well with me and sent pictures. I can’t recommend her enough!

My dog loves doggy daycare at Ruff N Tumble, he gets so excited as soon as we turn down the road and practically flies out of the car to go in. The staff is knowledgeable, the place is clean, and the price is reasonable. They also require dogs pass the behavior test and are properly vaccinated so you know your dog will be safe in their hands. Would definitely recommend.
RnT is a very well run doggy daycare! Our pup loves going and it has definitely helped with her socialization w/other dogs. Staff are very friendly. They have a nice selection of treats available at the pickup area and have homemade ones (love the cannoli!) as well. They’re frequently posting to social media throughout the day, which is great - we love seeing our pup be a goofball with the other dogs

I would give ZERO stars if I could. DO NOT bring your puppy here. I brought my 4 month old puppy here and from the start they gave us attitude about where we were crate training him (among other things). We followed their advice because they are supposed to be experts. Took all of their suggestions. A few weeks into sending him for full day puppy care - we bought 5 day passes. Out of nowhere, they decided to send him home less than 2 hours into the day because he is "overstimulated and might hurt himself" - he is a puppy in a room full of dogs. He lives in a house with a large 9 year old dog and two small children and does great! Meanwhile, if you check their instagram they are constantly posting pictures of dogs biting each other and playing just like our dog does. The kicker is that they STILL charged us the day pass ($50) for the full day. After the second time of sending him home after 90 mins - and charging us again - we realized this is a local business we would NOT be supporting. They said they would send us a check for the final day that we did not use - and just yesterday I got a check for $20 instead of $50 - "a handling charge". I refuse to even cash this check. DO NOT SEND YOUR PUPPY HERE. After telling a friend this story (I knew she used to send her dog there) she relayed another TERRIBLE story of how they thought they put her on mute on the phone and then proceeded to discuss how they are going to charge her extremely docile dog an extra handling fee for no good reason (except to make more money). I will be sending my dog to another daycare further away and much less convenient - and won't think twice about it.
I consider RnT my second home and often prefer it to my actual home (don’t tell). Everyone there is really happy to see me whenever I arrive because I’m a very special lady. Highly recommend Ruff 'n Tumble! I've been taking my four month old puppy here for puppy daycare classes and am so impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, the responsiveness and friendliness of the staff, and how organized the booking and sign-up processes are. I "shopped around" quite a bit for puppy daycare classes and by far Ruff 'n Tumble was the most impressive. Unlike other facilities, they're transparent about how your pup did during the day and what sort of schedule they followed. I can't say enough good things about our experience thus far.
We are so thankful to have Ruff N Tumble for Boomer. It is by far one of Boomer’s favorite places to be. Sheri has been such a source of information and guidance to us. super convenient hours. the most kind professional helpful staff who really know what they're doing and keep the dogs safe, happy and sleepy. my little Westie goes crazy as soon as we pull in he loves it so much! i couldn't recommend them highly enough!
I don't know what I would do without Ruff'n Tumble. They take care of Lincoln while I work and they are the best thing in Lincoln's life. He has so much energy and loves to play with dogs. He is safe and so HAPPY!! He loves the staff and I swear gets more excited to see them than to see me. I cannot say how wonderful Sheri and Michael are with him. Thank you!!!!
I can’t say enough good things about Ruff ‘n Tumble playcare in North Andover. My pup, Felix, absolutely loves going there. Knowing how well he is taken care of makes me so happy and comforted. The team creates a fun and safe environment for the dogs and takes the well being of every dog very seriously. It’s a great place with great people and pups.
Playtime Pet Resort Windham has been so good with Melon. She can be a little sassy. The team at this location has recognized when she needs to have her alone time and gives it to her. We appreciate all of you with being so aware of Melon's needs. She loves all of you and we couldn't ask for a better staff and team to take care of her when she needs to board as well. We always recommend Playtime Pet Resort when asked where we go for Melon's daycare and boading. You all ROCK!

Playtime Pet Resort - Windham staff are attentive, friendly, & kind. I was in search of a new doggie daycare for my two dogs- my hound mix had previously gone elsewhere and when I tried to have my pit mix pup attend they profiled him and wouldn’t let him join. Playtime Pet Resort is accepting of all breeds. They gave tater tot a chance and saw what a total lover boy he is! Now both Luna and Tater Tot attend daycare. Greatest daycare! Cannot say enough good things about the workers and location. My dog absolutely adores everyone and is so excited to go each time. Plays hard and enjoys his time there. Highly recommend.
I cannot say enough about the ladies (and gentleman) at PAD! They have gone above and beyond for me and my Pups. I know when I drop them off they are safe and loved and they're always so excited when they get there. The best part is they are tired and happy when they get home! I love the extras they provide, like pictures with the Grinch and the Easter Bunny, acknowledging birthdays, and I love that they post a ton of pictures everyday. The facility always looks and smells so clean. The employees are always taking some new kind of classes and certifications. I highly recommend this Daycare to everyone I know.
Diggy here, and I give PPR two paws up (mom says that equivalent to 5 stars in the human world)! I'm a quirky kinda fellow and the entire staff understands that 100%. They help me to be the bestest boy they know I am! I could go to work with mom, but that means I'll be sitting in a kennel all day, and that's no fun. I love seeing my doggo friends and people at PPR, mom says keep up the good work!
My dogs have been going to Play all Day in Windham, now Playtime Pet resort, for years! My one biggest take-away, honestly, is COLLEEN!!! Not only have we been going for many, many years but there has never been, not one interaction with Colleen that hasn’t just been the BEST!!! She is ALWAYS happy and smiling and makes you feel like your dogs are her favorite (she does this with everyone) but I KNOW my dogs are safe when in her care. Everyone else that works there is amazing as well but she is honestly my favorite thing about PPR!!! Other than that, my dogs have always been safe, cared for and happy! Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure a fun and crate free environment for both of my dogs! I have also boarded with them 20-30+ times over the years and my pups have always been safe and well taken care of. I always recommend PPR whenever asked where I bring my boys. 10 out of 10!!!!! ❤️🐾 Photos: a day after daycare! Lol!
We used to bring our Doodle to Preppy Paws in Hampstead, NH. It is closer to our home. However, the staff there is extremely rude and abrasive. After a few incidents where I was yelled that for showing up at 6 p.m. to ask them a safety question and also after my dog vomited four entire leafs, we decided to switch to Playtime Pet Resort. The staff there is friendly, pleasant to speak to and raise questions, and wonderful to our furbaby. I will never just trust a pet facility because of convenience. Thank you Playtime Pet Resort. We are truly more at peace knowing our pup is being cared by you.
Mookie loves his PAD family! We have been going to windham for 3+ years now and we couldn’t be happier. ALL of their staff is so caring and attentive, especially Colleen and Bethany! I get dragged to the door every drop off and he’s exhausted when he comes home. The picture days are our favorite, and we love seeing the daily pictures on Facebook. I moved and live 20+ minutes away and still chose to bring him to PAD because we love it so much. I highly recommend taking your pup here you will not regret it❤️🐾
Where to start…My Zoey loves loves loves this place. I don’t even have to tell her we’re going. She can sense it, and she immediately goes into zoomie mode because shes going to see all her friends. And when she gets there, without fail, she’s greeted like the princess she thinks she is. And unless all the employees give Oscar worthy performances, they're all genuinely happy to see her. Every time. The one time she was boarding and her ear was cut, I was traveling and they got her to the vet and patched up, and proceeded to take extra special care of her; and gave her so much love and attention that I couldn’t thank them enough. And every single time we get home, she decompresses for about 10 minutes before she collapses and sleeps like I wish I could. Thank you for loving my little baby doll as much as I do!
