Julia was very friendly and welcoming when I arrived, even picking me up from the station with Kiwi. Everything was so wonderful, the apartment is beautiful and clean, and Kiwi is the cutest pup! So so friendly and will love you no matter what. Julia made sure I feel comfortable and showed me everything around the house and about Kiwi. I enjoyed staying at her place and cuddling with Kiwi. The only hiccup was Kiwi’s reactivity (out of excitement) towards other dogs, which was mentioned to me, but I did not know the random barking at random times on walks. It was fine, it’s manageable but interesting behavior 😆 Nothing should stop you from applying to this place! Very nice experience.
My stay at Apeldoorn, The Netherlands, Thursday 29.12.2022 – Saturday 14.01.2023 Hosts: Soraya & Jan Michiel Animals: Dogs; Jax, Jake & Jill. Cats; Dexter & Ollie. (Horses: Sammy, Buster & Holly have gone to stay with the neighbours.) My contact with Soraya and Jan Michael was very easy going from the start. We had one joint video call and it was decided I would come. My suggestion/question to see if they had an alternative solution for the horses was honoured (easier this time of the year). I arrived half a day earlier to get acquainted with the local situation and together we had a great diner prepared by Jan Michiel. The family left early next morning. Via THS this was my first local (I am Dutch) house & pet sitting assignment in The Netherlands (I have done several abroad via THS and other organisations) as I just wanted to experience what it was like sitting “at home” this time of the year. I stayed in touch with Soraya and Jan Michiel via WhatsApp when(ever) necessary. In my opinion all dogs and cats where equally great. We had a ball despite the Dutch rainy warm winter. We went for long(er) walks. Twice a day which was a treat for them. Usually I took all three. But as the dogs have a history you need to be aware when taking them out. I had no issues being on my own. But I advise to only do this when you are strong, have experience with bigger dogs and some natural predominance and feel confident. I absolutely adored them all and we had great cuddles. I believe them to be extremely nice. The house and garden are also great so they can easily stay around/outside. And yes they do tend to defend what is, in their eyes, theirs. As I live in The Netherlands my wife joined (picked her up at Apeldoorn railway station) over the New Year’s Eve weekend and we had her sister and husband over for dinner and champagne. Again no issues with the dogs (although they were in general not fond of the fireworks). It also gave me the opportunity to do the first walks together with my wife to get to know the dogs (behaviour). As I picked up my wife at Apeldoorn railway station she took my car after the weekend but that was fine as I had two cars at my disposal (smaller Smart for local shopping and bigger Nissan Patrol for taking the dogs out for walks further away from home). Apart from a visit to “Palace Het Loo” together with my wife I did not do any sightseeing as I was foremost there for the pets/dogs. I love to walk, read, chill and work on my laptop and that was also very well possible. I did not take my racing bike with me this time of the year but the area is also great for all kinds of cycling(mountain biking, racing, etc.) It was a great experience to sit a long fortnight in The Netherlands from a few days before New Year’s Eve up to and including my Birthday having the opportunity to stay in touch/have family members over. As my wife occasionally works in Apeldoorn she was able to pick me up at the end of my stay and we celebrated my B’day in the privacy of Soraya and Jan Michiel’s home. I(we) loved their place. Rural but not remote or lonely at all. Enough space and facilities. I saw it in the poorest weather conditions (but still enjoyable) so that can only be better next time around. Tot dan, tot ziens. So I guess ideal for horse loving folks as well.
We experienced our stay at Belinda’s as a very pleasant one. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful place and view. Belinda told us all the ins and outs during a lovely walk with the dogs in the valley and over a delicious diner. The two dogs and cat are wonderful characters. Otis, the oldest is a friendly dog and showed us more than once the way during our walks. Lola, a lovely youngster with lots of energy, is a delight to watch running through the fields. Billah the cat is a great cat that loved to spend the evenings with us on the couch in front of the wood burner. (it was chilly at night in December/ January) During our housesit we became quite attached to them. Although there is plenty to see in the neighborhood, we didn't go out much, because the place offered just the peaceful rest we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back if the situation will allow it. Absolutely recommend this sit!

Since I had the first call with Lorena, I noticed that she is someone very committed. He always told me everything we needed to know to schedule my cats' stay. My cats tend to be a little shy around visitors, so I was worried about leaving them with someone I didn't know. However, with the good treatment and patience of Lorena and her daughters, they quickly relaxed. Lorena always kept me up to date, sending me messages, photos and videos of the cats, where you could tell they were at home. Best of all, my cats, who normally fight, were together and calm the entire time. In short, I highly recommend the pet house. Your pet will feel at home.

As a tourist travelling through Mexico with my fur baby,I was very apprehensive about leaving her alone when it was required .It gave me great peace of mind when I found Urbanpetmx.They were so attentive and followed my requirement for her care thoroughly They were also very open to feedback which made it so easy to partner with them for my dog care needs.My first day going there my Internet went off half way and I couldn't access Google maps to find the location.They so kindly came to the park nearby to personally escort me to their centre.I can't thank them enough for their valuable support. When my dog returned, he was extremely thirsty and scared and wouldn’t look me in the eyes. When I went to the hotel, the dog area was blocked so you couldn’t see how the dogs were being treated, I just heard dogs barking and pushing against crates for 5-10 minutes straight (which isn’t normal and creates stress for all other dogs around) My dog was returned physically ok, but there were several strange details.
I was lucky that a friend recommended Urbanpet for the little new member of my house. I have been leaving him with Oswaldo and his great team of human beings who love, care for and live for the dogs for almost 10 months now. My little dog is a daycare child and I have also left him to sleep several times when I have had to work. (I've even had to leave the little one sick) but Oswaldo's team has always taken care of him as if he were their own and he always leaves super happy and comes back super snuggly. I have nothing but good comments about the place.!!!
The place is well located and very discreet, the staff who work there like to work with animals and treat them well. We went on vacation for a week, so we took up hotel service. We requested photos of our dogs daily and they sent them to us without problem, sometimes it took a while, but we received them. The only thing I noticed was that my dogs came back skinnier, they had already told me that they had not been eating well because they were stressed (and I do believe it) but they did not return the food I gave, so I don't know if they really ate the doses. of food I sent or what was left over they kept for other dogs; Honestly, it doesn't bother me but it's the only doubt I had. Everything else was perfect, they clearly explained the costs, check-in and check-out times.

A dog daycare with good care. It has very important points such as that you can take your dog without making an appointment, obviously with the approval of its license and state of health. There is no monthly fee and there is flexibility on the days you want and need to take your pet. There is no parking, but it is very easy to find a place outside the nursery. The people are very friendly and they take proper care of your pets.
I left my pet trusting in the opinions and professional treatment they gave me over the phone. However, I left my pet weighing 11 kilos and they returned him weighing 8 kilos and I left him for less than a week, not even 5 days. I know my pet and it is not the first time I have taken him to a boarding house, he has a hard time eating a little but never to this magnitude and they also returned more than half of the food I sent him, packaged just as I gave it to him. I know they are very busy but I had to insist that they tell me if I was okay, if I had eaten, that they send even a photo and I only got a response once. His bed and blanket were perfectly packed when I arrived and are clean compared to his sweater, which makes me think they didn't even give it to him at night. It took them forever to give it to me because they said it was in the yard and they were preparing it, which I didn't take wrong until I clearly saw that my dog was barking and scratching from a carrier and I confirmed my suspicion when I saw that they took her out of that same carrier. . I didn't quite understand why it took so long and they told me something that wasn't. The people who serve there are not bad, I think they have a good project, they are friendly and have good intentions but they lack a lot of control, organization and empathy towards the owners and dogs. For now, my dog ate like crazy and drank too much water as soon as she saw us and she hadn't even been out of the boarding house for 3 minutes. As a tip: you should report dinners and breakfasts as well as try to have a closed circuit camera where we can see our pets if they are too busy to send photos.
The best daycare I have found for my dogs. They have excellent attention and care towards them. I love that they send photos of how our pets are doing and they always notify us of any situation. I highly recommend it❤
My furry friend has been attending there for two years, he always enters without any problem. They have supported me when Achilles requires special care such as taking medication and they report to me as soon as they see something happening to him. I highly recommend it.
My dog has been with them for more than 7 years, they don't need to tell me that they take good care of him, it shows when they come for him, with all the parties that Lucas throws for them. I always leave him with them when I go on vacation, with the peace of mind that my dog is safe and very well treated. I also like that they don't take many dogs out together.

Mon Ami Dogi is great! I was in Mexico City for a couple of months and happened to live near Mon Ami Dogi, so I thought I would try it out with my dog Coco. I was a bit hesitant at first, as I've tried out some doggy daycare places in the past that weren't that great. That being said, I couldn't have asked for a better experience here. Coco was always excited to have a daycare day and I loved the updates (videos + photos) that the staff would send me of my dog playing throughout the day. In addition, there was one day where Coco and I ran into a staff member while walking in the neighborhood. Coco was pulling me over because he was very eager to say hello to him. Since Coco only does this with people that he really likes, I have some "extra" proof that he was in good care. : ) I also used the dog bathing services here, and Coco was extra clean + cute when I picked him up. I can't recommend Mon Ami Dogi highly enough!
This is a lovely guarderia, the team are all so sweet with the dogs. They play and engage with the dogs all day. They create activities and get the dogs playing with each other and socialising. They send updates and little videos via WhatsApp so you can check in with how things are going. I use them as a day care while I'm at work and for occasional over night stays. They also groom dogs on site and I can say, having a full coated Old English Sheepdog. that they do an amazing job at that too. It's lovely and clean and most importantly my dog loves going there. I wouldn't use any where else in the city - thank you to the team!
We are from the US and worked remotely in Condesa/Roma for three months. We are so happy we found Mon Ami Dogi (recommended by an expat on FB). Our two year old Aussie has never been to daycare or been boarded. She did both at Mon Ami Dogi. The staff were incredibly caring, friendly, and communicative. We received regular updates with photos and videos - including her interacting with other dogs and engaging in enrichment activities. After the first experience, she was happy to go back. I wish we had a Mon Ami Dogi at home. Highly recommend! Thank you to the staff.

I have taken my dog to the daycare 2 times and 1 to the groomer, they really treat the pets very well and their cut and bath turned out divine, my dog has become more sociable, I highly recommend it.
The cut they gave to my dog is an insult!!! Do not cut your pets' hair or bathe there! I asked them to fade from the middle of the body down so that his chest and legs would be left with short hair... and I sent them a photo of what I wanted. Well, they put the machine in the middle of his body, leaving a line/division!!! They didn't fade it!!! They left her shaved from the middle down!!! They had never given him such a horrible cut and without any sense of aesthetics!!! They charged a lot and apart from that the next day he scratched and scratched his ear. In other words, apart from embarrassing her, they caused her an ear infection!!!! Don't go there please!!!!

Terrible place, I don't know why they are published if they have no place??? What kind of daycare is this? They just waste people's time, I don't recommend them!!! They only take care of purebred dogs and even that only small breeds hahaha they are a mockery for serious people.

In The Company Of Dogs "In The Company Of Dogs" has been a horrible experience. I placed my order over a month ago then received an email stating it would ship within 24 hours and have heard nothing since. I have sent the company two emails trying to get ahold of someone as well as called three times. Each time I’ve called I spent almost 30 minutes on hold then spent an equal amount of time trying to explain to someone, who does not speak English well, why I am calling, and have accomplished nothing. I spent almost $400 but have it feels as though that does not matter to them whatsoever. I believe they have great products but their customer service is terrible. It does not matter how great the merchandise is if you are treated horribly then cannot even receive it. Do not use this company. "In The Company Of Dogs" blames this on supply shortages but customer service does not require supplies. They are a horrible company.
