Mike and Julie were wonderful hosts: thoughtful, hospitable, and generous, they made my stay easy and enjoyable. They provided clear and detailed information about Stormy and his needs, about the house, and about the beautiful region in which they live. Stormy is a wonderful companion. He takes a day or so to get to know you, but then he's your best friend. He's affectionate, quirky, and easy to care for. The house is in a small, friendly community about 40 minutes from Klamath Falls, where one goes for groceries, but the drive is through beautiful country, and I found it one of the pleasures of the stay. I highly recommend this sit.

Roscoe has experienced both the daycare functionality and the walking services provided by Scenterbarks. The team is genuinely just the best. Being a nervous dog mama - they ensured that I was given an update partway through is first day at daycare and sent me a picture of him. You can just tell by the joy on his face that he's having the very best time. The team really take the time to get to know your dog - all the little quirks - and always do their utmost to ensure the health and safety of the dog. No words can describe how happy we were with our 1st experience of Scenter Barks, from the 1st phone call asking information to the day we collected Frank we felt looked after and very well informed. It was the 1st time Frank (puppy 6 months Border Terrier) went into a day care centre but we felt very at ease to leave him all day in the care of the team at Scenter Barks. Lucy was so professional, showing us around on our video call, explaining all the details and making us look forward to Franks 1st day with lots of new friends. The welcoming was very re-assuring and Frank at ease to go in without us. The facilities are large, lots of different areas and it is clear the thought it was put into having the different areas for different purposes. When we collected Frank he was so happy and so tired from all the excitement, again a personal touch from Lucy to bring Frank to us and let us know how everything went. Oh .. almost forgot... half way through the day they sent us an email with pictures and letting us know the new friends Frank was making and how he was getting along 💛. You are doing a great job, keep it going!
From the start it was nice for them to visit Bracken at home to get to meet him and find out what his temperament was like to ensure that he would be walked with the appropriate group of dogs. ScenterBarks have been walking Bracken our 6yr old Labrador bracken for 18 months now. They are always prompt and take Bracken out in all weathers. We get service feedback from Catrin Bracken's dog walker if he's been playing up or if he has had the best day with his friends - usually accompanied with a photo! Bracken also has had some health issues that ScenterBarks have always accommodated into their routine. I would recommend them to anyone with a 5 star review.
We’ve been part of the Scenterbarks family for six years ( six years!), so you can tell how much we love it! Sheebie is more excited about her walks with her chums than any walks we do together and I love the way I can see what she’s been up to from all the photos posted on Facebook. Our Jess has been part of the Scenterbarks family for the last 3 years, starting with daycare and dog walks as a pup, to just a walking membership over the last year and a half. We recently made a decision that due to changes to my partner's working days, that Jess no longer needed a dog walker. I only have praise for Scenterbarks, they have always been amazing during the time we have needed them and I shall miss the little updates from her dog walks. I also wanted to mention Steve, who has been Jess' regular dog walker. He has been fab with Jess and on the days that we have been home while Jess has her walks, he is always friendly and professional. I just wanted to say thankyou to you all, you are all amazing. 🐾
If you are lucky enough to be in the catchment of ScenterBarks I 100% recommend them. My senior rescue dog has been having group walks for over 5 years and absolutely loves his daily appointments with the walkers and other dogs. The ScenterBarks staff ensure variety with their walks. They put the welfare of your dog first, respect their individuality and keep in contact through service updates so you can see what your pooch has been up to during the walk. They will contact you directly if they have any concerns and are extremely professional. I wholeheartedly trust ScenterBarks staff with the care of my precious companion when he is with them. I have moved out of the area and so sadly my dog has to find a new dog walker- that person or company has some big dog-walking shoes to fill. We will miss Scenterbarks and thank them for a great dog-walking service.
