Mary and Jonathan were lovely hosts and made me feel very much "at home" from the Moment I arrived! I had no qualms about looking after the house while they were away and was supported by all the staff. The house is has a life and character all of its own - its full of history and full of wonderful art from around the world and lovely furnishings - a real english country house! The location of the house and the land is fantastic - peaceful, very close to the river and surrounded by ancient majestic trees! Ludlow has to be one the finest towns in England and the walks and the trees in the surrounding woodlands (such as the Croft Castle estate are breathtaking!

I have taking my furbaby to Jane since the opening of Precious Paws and the treatment she gets is second to none! Meaning my cat gets a luxury holiday while I do. She always comes back relaxed and happy. Jane always goes the extra mile to accommodate me when I need her and you can see the love she has for cats. Wouldn’t want to use anywhere else.

This was our new cats first cattery stay - a week while we were away on holiday. I was quite apprehensive of how she would cope. I was grateful to Jane for showing me around the week before we left her and I was able to see large, clean , bright , secure pens, with lots of levels to enable play and jumping about ;and an obvious love for the pets left in her care. Detailed information about each pets food likes and dislikes was taken, and I was sent photos via what’s app of how our little one had settled in which was reassuring. On collection - my brother collected her for us owing to our flight times - he stated that she didn’t wish to come out of her pen was was happy rolling about and playing there! What better recommendation do you need! I will have no problem leaving her at Precious Paws while I’m away again. Thank you .

Updated. The cats love it. Took them somewhere else because these were full and they came back very thirsty. We adore our cats and walk with them 3 or 4 times a day, at 6am, 9pm and inbetween, so that they are as safe as possible (they do go out on their own too and get back in through the catflap, which responds to their chip). We've never before used a cattery, but needed to for a few days. This one was recommended to us. Precious Paws were so patient and helpful with us as we were concerned to ensure that the cats didn't feel that we'd abandoned them. All cats are safe in their hands.
Brilliant hotel for our fur babies. They have stayed twice, recently, and were looked after impeccably. They are, clearly, animal lovers and we have no worries about leaving our three cats in their care.
Thank you so much for taking my daughter's 2 siamese cats in an emergency today due to their home being flooded. I always boarded my own cat with Jane until she sadly passed away. My cat was diabetic and had to have insulin. Jane was marvellous with her. I would highly recommend Precious Paws. 😻
Left my "battered old boy " Toffee with Jane at Precious Paws for 4 nights. Flexible re drop off and pick up. Facilities..beauriful clean and well thought out.Most importantly Jane knows and LOVES cats..and it shows, thought Id worry..seeing Jane with Toffee immediataly put my mind at rest as knew he would be safe , well caref for loved and fussed.
