Jenna was excellent! She took great care of our pets and went above and beyond when she had to help us coordinate with some contractors coming to the house and some other tasks related to our work. She was also flexible when our schedule changed and we had to come back a day earlier than we initially posted. We appreciate her great communication and attentiveness.

Sara and Patrick were AMAZING! I am so grateful that they wanted to stay in the Hamptons and take care of my dear fur ones, while I visited family and worked in Europe. Sara sent me daily updates, which was comforting. Their dog came for the last week, which Dylan loed. He did get some stomach issues the last week, but Sara kept me in the loop and handled everything perfectly. They fell in love with the calico (everyone does!) and both of the cats coats looked gorgeous when I got home - they were so well brushed and purr-happy. The house looked like my maids had just left, it was neat and tidy. This trip was the reason I decided to try Trusted HS and I am so grateful to have found this community of animal lovers. Sarah took great care of our pets! We had a particularly full house with chicks, and a new kitten, along with our cat Mira. Sarah communicated in a punctual way, left the house clean and tidy and took wonderful care of everyone. A lovely person too.

Susan and Joe have continued to sit at various times for our 2 old dogs - one is very frail indeed - and our cat. We remain ever-grateful for their patience, kindness, and common sense care. They also leave the house spotless, the laundry done, and bed remade, along with fresh cut flowers to greet us on our return. We look forward to having them back again in the near future.

Excellent sitters and lovely people! Veronique and Michel arrived 2 days before we left as we requested, because we have rescue dogs and one of them is very very wary of people she doesn't know, so this way it's not a shock for the dogs or the sitters! They spent time understanding our dogs and 2 or the 3 loved them from day 1! Pudding finally came round after lots of patience and work and she also loved them! We arrived back to a clean and tidy house, happy dogs, a clean pool and a clean garden! Couldn't ask for more! Highly recommend! Thank you Veronique and Michel!

If you get the chance to book Ella and Jonah, I highly recommend you do! They were very kind, reliable, and very flexible when our situation got a little crazy due to wildfires nearby. They took wonderful care of our Vizslas Gunny and Vinny (our boys were exhausted when we got home!) And our home was clean and the plants were well cared for. We only wished they lived closer so we could book them again!
