It is a true blessing to cat sit for Brenda. We have met in advance and Brenda made time to explain everything. She is very kind and warm-hearted, I felt very welcomed. My stay with Ollie was amazing! We have became friends straight away and I was so lucky to get all the cuddles from him. He even make time, while being busy roaming outside, to come and say bye to me when I was leaving! Brenda's house is very cozy and homely, surrounded by the most beautiful garden. I would be delighted to stay with Ollie anytime again.
I highly recommend a pet-sit with Kate and Joel, and doggoes, Siggy and Cotie. This was an extended sit and it was a delight to hang out with these two sparkly personalities, and to be in this lovely house and neighborhood. Kate and I started off a few days before our start date with an in-person visit between me and the pups and that was instrumental in the success of the sit. Kate had every possible contingency mapped out ahead of time and the House Guide was really helpful as well. And, oh my, these two dogs are super happy, bubbly, and a joy to be around. Cotie is quite old, but her friendship with and care for Siggi still shines through. She spent a lot of time sleeping while I was there, but was up for a short walk any time I was willing. Super easy going personality. Siggi is younger, loads of energy, but he’s up for just hanging around, or taking long walks; as long as he’s with a person he’s a happy camper. It’s been weeks since the sit ended and I’m still remembering Siggi’s winning smile and enthusiastic ways. Siggi got a stomach bug while I was there, which required the vet, and the vet’s office is literally a three minute walk from the house! Vet coordination and payment arrangements were seamless with Kate, even though we had a 9 hour time difference. Communication was incredible, with texts back and forth every day if I had any questions, etc Ok, so the house! It’s really quite beautiful, in a sublime little gated enclave in a quiet neighborhood about a ten minute walk from La Jolla cove. Dedicated underground parking, groceries within 4 blocks, and lots of eating options in La Jolla helped make it an easy walkable stay. And the house has literally everything you need to cook, clean and relax. Altogether a wonderful sit and I’d definitely sit for these folks again ❤️❤️ .
We had a lovely time taking care of Boo, Bug, and Jeffery. The cats are cuddly and playful and Jeffery is sweet and calm. The building is very comfortable and a great location. Vicki was very helpful with any questions we had. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
Rajah, Poncho and Loki are such a fun crew. They each have such great but different personalities. The house was great! We were able to walk to Balboa Park, but keep in mind we walk A LOT. I would definitely return if needed.
Geoff is a very accommodating and flexible host. We were able to arrange our arrival and departure according to our best travel options, which was amazing! Cahlua and Maple are the most adoring dogs, who love cuddles and playing. Maple is one year old and full of joy and life and needs someone who has had some experience with dogs before. Cahlua is a ray of sunshine and very easy going. We both love and miss them very much 💛 the flat is amazingly located in the heart of brighton and equipped with everything you need. Thank you for the great time! 😊
