My dog, Rudi, absolutely loves his time with Charlotte and gets so excited when he sees her at the door. The group walks are the highlight of his week—he comes back happy and well-exercised every time! It's clear she genuinely loves dogs, and I feel confident knowing Rudi is in good hands. The value for the service is fantastic too. I highly recommend Woofdale for anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and affordable dog walker!

Charlotte has made such an incredible difference to Rebel, our retired greyhound. When we first adopted him he was distracted by pretty much everything on walks and found other dogs very confusing and a bit scary. It was our goal to eventually build his confidence up to be able to go on group walks. Within just a few months of solo walks with Charlotte Rebs is like a different dog, so confident and friendly with other people and dogs! He now loves his weekly group walks and we're so grateful!

Charlotte does a fantastic job with our lab Lyra. Lyra is a bundle of energy, so it really helps to have Charlotte give her weekly group walks to get that energy out of her system! Charlotte is always kind and friendly, and was so gentle with Lyra even when Lyra was apprehensive the first few times. Lyra absolutely loves Charlotte and the other dogs in the group, and obviously has a wonderful time every walk. Thanks so much for all your care of my gorgeous pup! She and I both appreciate it so much 🥰

Charlotte is absolutely brilliant with our dog. His face lights up whenever he sees her. She has done wonders for his confidence and sociability with other dogs. We love the photo updates after each walk. Would fully recommend

Chester absolutely loves his walks with Charlotte and all of his dog friends and Richard who looks after my cats when I'm away is great, always staying in touch. Charlotte is always great at accommodating my last minute (as i'm slightly disorganised) requests. I would totally recommend!

Charlotte is the best. Our dogs adore her. I know they are safe when they are with her. She also does fun and different things with them. Seeing the photos each day is also great!

Charlotte is absolutely wonderful... I cannot recommend her Woofdale services enough, I never have to worry when Billy (our mad sproodle) is with her as I just know that he is in the safest hands having the MOST FUN EVER!

We were recommended Joanna as being well-versed with sighthounds, when we had to find a home-from-home stay at short notice for our young lurcher at 9 months. I am so glad we've found her! Bonnie has come back from her stay at Linton Springs happy, calm, and polite, and it's clear Joanna and family have given her the love and exercise she gets with us at home. Thank you all so much, and we'll see you again soon.

Our dog loves it here. Always comes back with the biggest grin on his face and runs up to their front door in a morning when I drop him off. We know he's very loved and cared for at Linton Springs. Joanna also looks after our chickens too when we go away and makes it so easy to relax knowing the pets are in safe hands.

Joanna was excellent with our 8 month Labrador who stayed at Linton Springs for 12 nights. Our puppy had previously stayed elsewhere as a trial but was not settled at all. Joanna was not phased by this and was extremely willing to help me at such short notice, promising she would be able to comfort him, and indeed she did. Our puppy has come on leaps and bounds during his stay and from the face book posts it was evident that he was enjoying his varied walks and seemed very settled. I cannot thank Joanna enough for coming to our rescue and giving our puppy the time and patience for what turned into his own holiday.

We sent our 4 dogs to waterwheel for 15 nights, we had never left our dogs before but when we went to view this kennels we knew it was the best place for them, the owners were so lovely, caring and professional, the kennels were so clean …

Thanks a lot to the hosts for the top service for our pug and cat!! We left them at the Waterwheel boarding kennels a few times before and both our pets and we were very happy after their stay. The place is very tidy especially compared to other kennels&catteries we had visited in search of a place for our pets. Highly recommended home for your pets!

We leave our dogs Lulu and Ian here regularly and they are always well looked after, its their little holiday .

Shocking service. Phoned the kennels to book my dog in for a few nights. The man on the phone was just about to confirm the booking and everything was OK - until he learnt that my dog was a British bulldog! He said they don't take any bulldogs. I politely asked why, and he said that he's "been bitten by one in the past" and that they "don't want anything to do with them!". He then hung up the phone. My dog is very gentle and loving and has never bit anyone. Absolutely disgusting service and snobbish judgimental attitude. I would not trust any pet with a person with such cruel opinions about any dog. We will reschedule our holiday for when our usual trusted kennels have availability.

Absolutely brilliant kennels! My dogs love going and get very excited as soon as they arrive! I also board my cats, they are all looked after amazingly and the staff are absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend!

Booked a 4 day stay a month in advance. Turned up on the day with our two collies, literally on our way to our holiday. They had no record of our booking and we were told they were full. When I produced my record, they agreed to take our two dogs. Upon return we were told both dogs had just been fed and toileted, however were absolutely desperate for the loo (both are very well trained so being desperate is stressful for them) and one continued to make a mess in the car on the way home which is unheard of for my dog. Both dogs were smelly, had urine in their coats and very hungry and the youngest (who is very lean and fit) was visibly thinner. Fast forward a few days and both are now showing kennel cough, despite being vaccinated. So some dogs are obviously going in unvaccinated. Have used many kennels over the years and will never use this one again.

Our border collie stayed here for his holidays and was his happy self throughout his stay. We always choose the Waterwheel for its friendly owners, clean kennels and time taken to give him his daily exercise, hugs and strokes. Many thanks for giving us peace of mind when we were away.

We have now had 2 dogs that were looked after whilst we were away at Waterwheel Boarding and we cannot praise them enough. Our current dog is a Lhasa apso and she loves it here she goes there with tail wagging and comes back to us exactly the same. The dogs get regular walks and exercise and the kennels are very clean and warm so the dogs are very comfortable here. We wouldn't take our Millie anywhere else. Very highly recommended.

It was the first time that our two black labs had been in kennels. We were very anxious owners but we should not have worried as they were well looked by Lorraine and Ron. We received photos and messages while we were out of the country. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them without any hesitation.

My girls spent a week (during the day) at The Seniors Retreat as I needed some help during work hours. Alessia was amazing at accommodating my needs of early drop. And my girls absolutely loved spending their days with her. Would 100% recommend and will be using again ❤️
