Jinnie is a very experienced and capable house and pet sitter. She took great care of our Griff and left the house as neat and tidy as she found it. She communicated well in advance and during the sit. She was also kind and flexible in dealing with a slight change in sitting dates that cropped up just prior to the sit. We can highly recommend Jinnie for your sits.
I had the loveliest time looking after Abi, Winston and the birds! The home is so beautiful, and the pets are sweet and easy. Would definitely look after them again and would recommend it to anyone :)
We had a lovely time sitting this property for the weekend, we particularly loved cuddles with the goats and cats James and his wife were very lovely and kind to us.
Wendy and Paul are great hosts. We arrived the day before their departure and enjoyed a wonderful dinner and interesting conversation. Their home is spacious with a fantastic countryside vista. The patio has full day winter sun, where we spent most of our time together with N2. N2 is extremely affectionate, yet very independent and easy to care for. He spent the majority of the day outside under the sunshine watching the world go by. In the evening, he slept through the night in his little comfy bed. We hope to see them again next time!
Yoko and Carlos provide a detailed feeding and care guide on the fridge. There were both so nice and welcoming and let me stay a few days before and after their trip. They made sure I had everything I needed and even let me use their car. Carlos gave me some tips where to go and offered me beach equipments in case I wanted to check out the beach he recommended. They invited me to join family meals and provided food and drinks. Yoko prepared Japanese curry, which was delicious. Yuki is just adorable. He loves cuddles and being scratched at his chin. He would actually call for me or even walked around if the diaper needed a change or he wanted some company and more cuddles. It takes some time and patience to feed him, but he is so sweet and I loved to give him the best care possible. Lucky is quite skeptical and needs some time to warm up. He’s patrolling the house and his looks are kind of checking what you are up to such as if you plan to set the house on fire or something similar. He stayed mainly on the right side of the house and I barely saw him except during feeding time. After he accepted me, he liked to be petted and even carried around on my shoulder. Kurotan and Mitsuki are the most lovable cat ladies. Kurotan greeted me from the first minute and followed me almost everywhere. She also talked a lot night and day. She loves cuddles and will make sure you are aware of this. Mitsuki was quite shy until I moved into the master bedroom. She had some minor altercations with Lucky and stayed mainly in the rooms on the left. There, she was all over me and wanted to stay on my lap and being cuddled all the time. They both enjoyed sleeping on or next to me. Outdoor Cat is easy to take care of. He will wait outside for dinner as he knows his feeding time. He is pretty shy and just wanted to eat but did not interact with me. The house is very clean, well organized, and provides everything needed for a comfortable and relaxed stay. I particularly loved the pool and the backyard with lots of lizards, birds, butterflies, and even a raccoon passing by once in a while. The house is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood where it’s easy to walk to nearby canals or ponds. Big peacock families are roaming the streets in the afternoon. A decent shopping mall is just around the corner. I highly recommend this sitting opportunity in a gorgeous house with a very nice and relaxed family. Don’t forget to give some extra cuddles to Yuki.
We had such a wonderful time watching Billie and Binky in Vita's home! Previously having a pet rabbit myself, it was extra enjoyable to be around some buns again. :) Billie and Binky are a couple of middle aged bunnies who have very relaxed and easy going personalities. Most of the time you will find the two snuggling or sun bathing by a window. Like typical buns, they are most energetic in the mornings and evenings. It's so cute to see them get the zoomies after breakfast! The location in SF is great - very safe neighborhood and everything you may need is walkable or either a bus ride away. There are quite a few bakeries, cafes, & restaurants within a quick ~10 min walk. San Francisco in general is quite hill-y and Vita's apartment has a few flights of steps, so just keep that in mind in case you are less mobile. Vita herself is a wonderful person who is easy to communicate with and lovely all around! She was just a text away if there were any questions that popped up. Could not recommend this sit more!
