We can’t put into words how happy we are with KiKi! We booked a last minute trip for the holidays and are so grateful she was able to fly in to take care of our Blueberry. She was very communicative and sent constant updates and pictures. We could tell she built such a great bond with him. When we got back home, it was spotless! Everything was clean, tidy, and organized. She also very graciously picked up our many packages from the lobby. She truly went above and beyond and we can’t thank her enough! Thank you KiKi for everything and we hope you come back to NYC soon!

Jenna provided exceptional housesitting services for us when we were away for a week in January. From the moment we met her, we knew we were in good hands. Jenna was not only tidy and organized, but she also displayed a high level of professionalism throughout her stay at VascoVilla. She kept us updated regularly with photos, which gave us peace of mind knowing that everything was taken care of. Prior to our departure, Jenna took the time to chat with us via phone call and even followed up with a video call prior to our departure to ensure that she had a clear understanding of our expectations. When we returned, we were amazed at how immaculate our house looked. Jenna went above and beyond by washing her own bedsheets from the bed she slept in, remaking it, and leaving everything neat and organized. It truly felt like no one had been in our home. Not only did Jenna take great care of our house, but she also went the extra mile to ensure the well-being of our dogs. She made sure they had food, clean water, and even gave them treats and chew toys before she left. Our furry friends were happy and content throughout our absence. One incident that truly stood out was when our neighbor mentioned seeing Jenna shoveling our three-car driveway on a snowy day. Not only did she take the initiative to clear the driveway, but our kind neighbor even came over with a snowblower to assist her. It was heartwarming to see the community spirit in action. Another aspect that impressed us was Jenna's attention to detail when it came to our plants. She asked us about watering them and specifically inquired about which plants needed less water, more water, or no water at all. This showed her dedication and knowledge in caring for different types of plants, ensuring they thrived in our absence. Jenna also left us a lovely detailed note and some yummy mint chocolates when we returned. This was very thoughtful ❤️ Jenna's dedication, commitment, and attention to detail are truly commendable. We highly recommend her to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy housesitter. She goes above and beyond to ensure the well-being of both your home and pets. I had to leave for Greece on extremely short notice to take care of a family situation and was very lucky that I found Saygin who was able to travel all the way from Canada to take care of my cat Sesam. Since I had to leave very suddenly I didn't even have a chance to meet and introduce the flat and Sesam in person, neither was I able to leave things as neat as I had wished. During the sit, Sesam had an episode of throwing up (in the bed) and pooped on the sofa due to his chronic stomach issues that are acting up sometimes, the delivery of new cat food didn't arrive as planned, one of the shelves broke in the kitchen dropping a load of cans, and I didn't have my return trip booked until halfway into the stay. Through all of this, Saygin was super patient, helpful, and positive and it was clear that the wellbeing of Sesam was what was most important to him. I was also really touched watching the videos of Saygin and Sesam cuddling and I believe they both immediately took to each other. I feel very grateful to have found such a caring sitter and there was no time where I was the slightest worried that Sesam wasn't in good hands.

This is our second 'sit' with Diane and it was fantastic. Daily communication (including photos of our spoiled pooch) was very much appreciated. Diane took great care of Rocky - and our home. We wouldn't hesitate to have her 'sit' for us again!

What an awesome petsitter! My dog Jessie fell in love with Debra. It took Jessie a little time to get over Debra's departure. It was so nice to come to a nice, clean home with a happy dog. Any concerns regarding Jessie were texted immediately to me. She was walked up to 3 times a day - well fed and well loved. We were left with a basket of chocolate and an absolutely amazing sketch of my dog on a card and some absolutely delicious muffins left in the freezer. I so highly recommend Debra as a pet/house sitter. You will not be disappointed! She is a gem.

Brianna was really easy to communicate with and reliable. She updated me thoroughout her stay with photos and videos, and kept in contact during her stay. She also left the place spotless! Any sitter would be lucky to have her :)

Lauren was a great sitter! She was always very friendly and responsive, and clear and organised about her plans. She was totally self-sufficient while at my place and sent a couple of photos/updates about Coco which were much appreciated. Coco was his usual happy self when I returned and the flat was left very clean and tidy. Thank you Lauren!

Denise was an A+++ sitter for my Bobby and my apt! I would absolutely have her back and recommend her to anyone.

We are incredibly happy with the sit Lydia and Nick did for us the other week, and we will be inviting them to sit for us again! We wholeheartedly recommend them as sitters for the following reasons: They were incredibly good communicators, just the right amount to make sure no issues are missed out and that we're in the loop with what's going on, but not too overbearing that we felt we were constantly in touch. We had extensive conversations about the needs of the cats and the house quirks when they arrived at ours and they were great at asking questions and clarifying where they felt they needed more information. They are reliable and punctual. We met at the arranged time/date and haven't had a single logistical issue the whole sit, although we always prepare for what cannot be controlled by either side! This made being away so easy logistically. They were very caring with our 3 cats, especially with our wee Chestnut who is a scared boy sometimes and required extra attention and effort to make him feel comfortable around new people. They made sure that Nirnroot, who is allergic to meat, kept to her diet and watched her while eating to monitor her food intake and keep the boys away from her. Lastly they definitely gave all 3 cats love, attention, affection and play time and made sure to send us a few pictures of them while we were away. They kept to the house rules and the cat clean up rules. The litters were clean when we came back, the cats were happy and relaxed and the flat was in pristine condition, everything was tidy and the dishes were all done. All round a wonderful experience and we are so grateful to have met them, we hope to also keep in touch as they are both great company too!

Maggie took care of my two pups, cat and my daughter's guinea pig while we went away for a week. She was punctual when she came beforehand to meet us and the pets, and was a great communicator. She had a few issues pop up during her stay and she immediately reached out to let us know. She followed all the guidance given to her and when we came home the house was tidy and the pets were all great. Thank you Maggie for being such a great pet- and house-sitter!

Angelina was a wonderful house sitter! She took great care of my dog and cat, communicated well with me about her arrival and departure plans and worked with me to make sure the pets were covered as I was managing my own travel plans, and took great care of my home. I highly recommend Angelina as a house and pet sitter.

Emily and Sebastian were ideal sitters. Clear communication, well-organised, adaptable and reliable. They kept us informed about how the cats were getting on, as well as an issue with the apartment itself. We returned to happy, relaxed cats and a startlingly clean apartment - including all the laundry we expected to do afterwards. They'd also kept a log of which cat had done what (fighting, toilet issues etc.) on which day, so we could review it for anything we'd recognise as abnormal. We'll have them back any time. if they're in the area, we'll use that as an excuse to go travel somewhere for a few days.
