I was Madison's first sit. My dog and home were fine. Be sure to clearly communicate expectations prior to sit.
Great house sit with Nga and her family. She is responsive, communicates quickly and thoughtful! Their home is beautiful and comfortable. Eva and Dusky were sweet companies to us during the holiday time.
Katherine and Simon have a lovely apartment in a wonderful area of SF. Their 2 girls - Bailey and Lucy and adorable and loving doodle pups and were so fun and sweet to watch. Definitely recommend this housesit!
Jeremy & I feel honored & grateful to have watched sweet Poe! He exudes the perfect balance of being playful and affectionate, yet he's also very independent. It was a joy to care for him, & we loved throwing his toy mice around and watching him jump and dart around for them! We also felt completely comfortable & enjoyed our experience in Hingham. It was fun to ride bikes & take nature walks in the beautiful nearby state parks. I would definitely recommend watching Poe & the charming house, if given the opportunity! Thank you!
Amanda and I happily managed our way through the complexities of this bizarre year we're living in. Even though we had grand plans, I didn't actually end up looking after Monty and the house, because holiday plans were foiled by lockdown. But I met the adorable Monty, saw their beautiful house, and can already confirm it's a great place look after. Amanda even invited me to supper once lockdown was over, and kindly offered to help out when a different house-sit fell through. Amazing lady. Five enthusiastic honorary thumbs up!
Saying goodbye to the girls wasn’t easy after spending just shy of 2 weeks with them! Stephen and Sue are absolute legends! Stephen showed us around the house and the girls route. Sue kindly invited us to have dinner with them and made unbelievable bolognaise!!! We formed a routine around the girls routine as we are both remote workers which the girls adapted to without a hitch. We took them walking in the mornings before their breakfast, worked in the afternoon (girls relaxed) and then in the evenings we took the girls on a longer walk and feed them afterwards around 5:30-6pm. Sometimes they even got a third walk just before we sat down to enjoy some down time in front of the tv. We played with them through out the day when we took our own breaks in between work. Toffee is her own dog! She is queen bee and when she wants love she will ask for it haha otherwise she’s happy to go off exploring and enjoys sitting outside admiring her garden for some peace and quiet. Fudge is a young ball of entertainment haha. She loves playing sockie and running after Toffee. She enjoys a good cuddle on the couch too! Great gym Buddy! Together they are a dream! We can’t wait to come back and sit for the Reads family again! 🖤
From the minute we arrived, hosts Lisa and Rob were so welcoming and friendly. What a lovely, generous couple! We immediately bonded with their choccy Labradors Bob and Bella; two wonderful personalities, so loving and fun. There are also stunning views of the countryside from the house, which is extremely tasteful and comfortable. Walking the dogs, and meeting a couple of their chums, in the local area is fantastic; such a beautiful part of the world. There are good pubs and village shop close by. All in all this was our dream house sit 🧡
