Lisa and Dan are the BEST! They arrived at the house with lots of time to turn over the reins with all the "too many" instructions I give our sitters. We got to go on a walk together with the dogs to get them acquainted with the area and the dogs' behaviors. They listened intently to instructions and asked important questions about logistics. They took the best care of our two dogs and cat. Lisa sent photos each day of their adventures. We were totally put at ease while we were gone with them caring for the pets and house. Communication between us was excellent. Lisa left a note and gift that made us feel wonderful when we arrived home. The house was immaculate (cleaner than we left it) the plants were watered the sheets were on the bed waiting for us. It could not have been a better experience for us and the pets are still missing them. We highly recommend Lisa and Dan and hope to see them again soon at our house for another sit.
Gabby was such a great Housesitter that we would absolutely welcome to have stay with our pets again! We were able to chat with her well ahead of our sit to discuss the stay and then we kept in touch over the coming weeks up to her arrival. She came over early before we left for our trip and we were able to give her a run down of our place and give her a chance to meet the pets. During the stay, we had plenty of updates, photos, and sweet words about our pets which made us feel so comfortable that she was around to take care of them. She took our dog on walks and also put up with the crazy antics of our new kitten. We appreciated the communication all throughout the time and she made the overall sit very easy. We came home to a clean and tidy place which also made things easy after a long day of traveling. She is highly recommended!
