We absolutely adored looking after Ted and Ralph at Paul and Hilary’s lovely Brighton home. Ted and Ralph are adorable cats with wonderful personalities and temperaments. They are sweet, gentle and playful, always looking for a belly rub or a scratch on the head. Both are quite independent, making use of their catflap, but stay in and around the house most all of the day. We really fell in love with them; they are brilliant cats. Paul and Hilary’s home is incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. I had the pleasure of visiting them the day before they left and had a wonderful conversation getting to know them, as well as getting a tour of the house and a review of Ted and Ralph’s routine. We kept in touch daily throughout the sit and they were very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We loved our time with Ted and Ralph, two incredible cats, and so appreciate Paul and Hilary welcoming us into their home.
Jake and Mona Lisa were wonderful hosts, quick and easily to communicate to and they provided copious recommendations for things to do in the area. We had a great time exploring Vashon island and watching their cat Oro. Would definitely recommend and we’d love to go back :)

I am the owner of three dogs, two cats and a parrot, my animal friends have practically been hosted in all the facilities in Milan, obviously we are talking about authorized and properly licensed ones, I have always been against leaving them with the unemployed person on duty or the petsitter , ultimately I can recommend by assigning 5 stars that the safest, clean and perhaps only structure with veterinary assistance even at night is that of pet hotel Milan. The animals live free and not in cages or enclosures and there is a team of young and professional people who look after them 24 hours a day. I use this hotel to leave them on weekends and long periods based on my work needs.

I am visiting Milan for 5 weeks and I took my small 6 month old puppy to Happy Bau because my puppy was nervous around other dogs and would bark at every dog in the street, so I wanted her to socialise and become confident. I was upset when I took her for the first time because she was also upset to be left with dogs but Davide was very understanding and kind. He sent me messages, photos and videos through the day to say she was okay and gave me lots of advice about her. After two days at Happy Bau I noticed that she stopped barking at most dogs in the street and instead approached them to sniff them :) Unfortunately my puppy has just got her first heat so to protect her and the other dogs at Happy Bau, she is not allowed to return until her heat finishes. I can’t wait for her to return again to watch her confidence grow. Davide really cares about his dogs being happy and his customers. He also requests details of dog passports, vaccinations, age etc and all dogs have a 1 hour trial to check that they will be suitable to visit Happy Bau which is very reassuring that he does not accept every dog just to make money, he only accepts suitable and healthy dogs. I really recommend this place :)
I would leave my Corgi here whenever I had to work in Milan. He LOVED it. Highly recommend.
Not welcoming to anyone foreign. Not flexible on schedules so don’t try to schedule anything unless you are 10 minutes early it they will turn you away and say they will not see you. I suggest going somewhere else as the man running the place is not welcoming at all. I tried three different times to schedule an appointment and each time an excuse as to why the would not accept me or my pet. I realized after the third attempt that it’s probably for the best if this is how I’m treated I wouldn’t want to leave my dog there either. The third time I was 20 minutes late after driving for an hour from my work, which I took my lunch break and he turned me away with another excuse. I recommend PetTaxi.

They deserve more than 5 stars… Professional, reliable and very helpful people I've been taking Luna to happy bau since she was 3 months old... initially I feared she wouldn't pass the test which lasts an hour because she barely weighed 1kg and I feared she wouldn't feel good due to her small size and because she was very cowardly. However, I was surprised at how much fear was actually just my problem, because this experience was a positive imprint for my puppy, who was able to socialize in a welcoming and safe place... Luna became courageous very quickly and from being cowardly to everyone she became very sociable and docile. I would recommend it to everyone, even the most fearful and distrustful Unfortunately when she had her first heat I had to resort to someone else... And from my personal experience, I believe that although there are several people who offer services for our furry friends, there is nothing better than them. Elsewhere I always had a bit of doubt about how Luna could feel, in addition to the fact that she couldn't socialize like at the happy bau. Dogs don't speak but they make themselves understood with their looks and their attitude and every time I take her to the happy bau she is really happy and I even happened to go and pick her up and see her so happy that she didn't want to leave... An experience you can give your dog without having to worry about how he is doing Furthermore, they always take photos and videos during the dogs' activities, so it's always nice to be able to see and keep the memory of when your dog had fun while we were gone ☺️ they are the best

My Rocco, a little Chihuahua, starts partying from the car when we arrive. He has been attending Happy Bau since he was three months old and it has always been a point of reference for him for socialization and fun, this has also influenced his good behavior at home! Davide manages this business with extreme passion, patiently dedicating himself to even the most particular cases: for a period of time Rocco didn't want to eat and Davide, trying to make him play, always managed to keep him from fasting! It is one of the historic dog nurseries in Milan, in the southern Naviglio area. They are very competent and prepared, I have been attending since 2014 with the two dogs. They do a free one-hour trial before you start getting the dog. It's good for both parties, both for the dog with his owner and the nursery to get to know each other, in my opinion. They only take if the dog is good. This selection is a great guarantee for us, the patron of dogs. Not only do they let them play during the day, they are very careful about socializing the dogs, both puppies and adults, both the large size and the small size. In fact, my little dog really likes to play with large dogs, but I'm always calm. I'm happy to leave my little dog having fun with his pack of friends and I'm very happy. Their services are the half day that I usually ask for or the whole day, from Monday to Friday, WE is on request. There are carnets which are convenient. They do the same as the special service: pick up from/bring home, dog walking, on request. They don't do night board (as far as I know.). They are very professional, reliable, friendly and love animals. Highly recommended!
Nice place, clean and safe. Davide and co. they take care of their furry guests with attention and kindness. In the summer they also put out water splash games. My Queen always wags her tail before entering, she is happy and I am calm.

Kind and professional, clean and welcoming environment, they took care of the needs of my two furry little ones as best as possible. The possibility of seeing them 24 hours a day with a webcam is optimal, thanks to Zeudi and the whole team.
I contacted them because I had an emergency and for the first time I found myself having to leave my little one alone, I was worried but instead it turned out to be a wonderful discovery. The staff is very knowledgeable and pay close attention to the needs of individual dogs. Brutus came home tired and happy from playing all day. I think I will start bringing him regularly so he will also get used to being with other dogs, which he normally tolerates poorly. Highly recommended.
I took my little one for an evaluation test (complete with a very in-depth questionnaire) and then left him in retirement for a week. The service was excellent, they are very professional, experienced and thorough. It was also great to have been able to see all the play activities that are carried out during the day via the webcams, the perfect place if you want peace of mind and knowing that your dog is in good hands.

The only place where I leave my dog with my eyes closed. For someone like me who has to leave your dog away from home even for a day is a hardship (more for me than for my dog), La Maison Sissy is the best pet hotel in all of Milan. It offers spotlessly clean and comfortable spaces, the service is unsurpassed, they treat our 4-legged friends with love and respect because they truly understand how important they are to us. I especially thank Marcelo for his courtesy, for satisfying every request and for updating me throughout the day on the progress of my Golden Retriever puppy's stay with videos. I’m visiting Italy for 2 months with my Chihuahua, Poppy, and our trip started in Milan. We’ve only been here for 2 days but I had a museum visit booked and felt anxious leaving Poppy alone so soon. I found Alice via Google Maps and I’m so lucky I did! Alice was able to accommodate us on short notice and watch Poppy for me for a few hours. She is so so sweet and so is her sweet dog Valentino! I am seven months pregnant and, due to the scorching temperatures expected in Milan next week, we have decided to bring forward our departure for the mountains by a week. Here, Giocapluto proved to be extremely kind, empathetic, punctual, reliable and helpful. My two cats (one of which is a huge Norwegian who suffers terribly from the car) arrived in the mountains safe and sound. The price was also honest, to which a discount was applied. Flavio was fantastic! Our dog is a bit challenging because he is deaf and of a certain age. Plus we leave it very little and this makes things even more complicated and it's a pain every time. Flavio listened with patience and curiosity to all our directives as anxious mothers and was very attentive to all our dog's needs. He sent us photos and videos daily and explained how Ollie was doing via text with updates on what they were doing together. For the first time after many negative experiences we found a calm and comfortable dog and this filled us with joy and gratitude! Thanks so much Flavio!

I am a dog educator and I have always had excellent feedback on Mario. If you are looking for someone who will make your dogs happy with a careful eye to understanding and reporting problematic aspects and/or aspects that need improvement, he is the person for you. He is not the classic Milanese dog walker who is in the dog area with his cell phone in his hand or busy with a thousand dogs, but he is attentive to all interactions and the individuality of each dog. Excellent home boarding service, reliable and safe at a reasonable price for the amount of services and attention it dedicates. Highly recommended.

They guided me in choosing the perfect puppy and travelled with him from Milan to Istanbul, as I couldn't travel at the time. We came across this shop while we were in Milan. The staff was super friendly and polite. They helped us to find some pills for our frenchy and, what is more important, we found a gorgeous animal id!! They even engraved our dog’s name and numbers on a spot. Additionally, we had a nice chat with the staff, who knew Russian language a little bit😄 (that is where we from). I definitely recommend to visit this shop, if you want to gain some positivity 👍

Absolutely LOVED stopping by here during my trip to Italy! The staff was super friendly and spoke English. They had a HUGE selection of products from foods, to toys, to beds, and so much more! I bought the cutest sweater for my cat and he loves it! I also saw in the back they have kittens for sale! Super cool store definitely a must go!
Great store. They have two and the the other one is just a 2 minute walk away. They have lots of variety. I needed a dog carrying purse/bag for my small dog, a poodle and they had it in many colors. They also has kittens but I am not sure if they're up for adoption. Also it is better to have Google translate with you because the store employees largely speak only Italian. They have everything you need for cats, dogs, fishes or even hamsters!

this is literally the BEST shop in Milan. the staff is SUPER FRIENDLY and they are more than helpful every single time. i bought some things for my cat and throw out the bill, a week later my fontana (the waterfall for the pet) started not working and normally they can not help without the bill. but they did literally EVERYTHING to help me. so they solve my problem and it was really really important for me. i love the shop and i love the people working there. i am beyond happy that i walked into this shop when i first came here, noone could help me in a situation like this. i am beyond grateful. i would suggest everyone to go there to buy stuff for their pets. this is by far my best shopping experience in Milan.
