Dog Sitters in Milford, MI

This is the second time that Vicki has housesat for us for a month and it went just as well as the first time. As well as finding the house clean and in good order we also found a very contented cat. It was clear she had been well cared for and had had plenty of attention. It was noticeable that she did not subject us to the constant miaowing that we usually get for a few days after we've been away. Despite quite poor weather for most of her visit Vicki took a lot of effort to try and harvest our soft fruit and veg from the allotment then freeze it for us. She also attempted to keep control of a virus taking over our tomatoes in the greenhouse and made sure the automatic watering system was working ok. We really appreciated all this work outside. Whilst here Vicki got involved in all sorts of activities in the village including volunteering at the community library and joining walks put on by our walking group. She clearly enjoyed engaging with our neighbours and friends and has made at least one lasting friendship. We hope that she will want to come back to sit again before too long.

We highly recommend Sophia for pet & house sitting. She took excellent care of Pyro while we were away, sending regular updates and pictures to keep us informed. Not only was Pyro well-cared-for, but we also returned to a super tidy home. Her commitment to staying in touch provided great peace of mind while we were at work away from home. Thank you, Sophia!

Oana and Cataljn were great sitters, giving me regular updates and doing best to ensure Crawley felt safe and comfortable. They left the house as neat as a pin- any fur friend would be lucky to have them!

This is the third time Brigid has cared for our cats and our house, and as always, she did a fabulous job. Our cats, especially Rosie, remember Brigid and are glad to see her. Rosie's feeding can be difficult, and Brigid takes extra care with her and keeps us informed of how she's doing. Emily is very shy, and Brigid knows how to work with her and respect her space. We greatly appreciate that because we know Emily is not hiding the entire time we're away. Brigid also takes great care of the house while we're away. We always return to a clean house, all the mail collected and in one place, and the indoor and outdoor plants properly watered. We are very grateful that we have connected with Brigid and her family members in the local area. We definitely will ask for her to house/pet sit for us again!

Karla practically became a family member to my boys. They were well cared for and her vet tech experience came in handy. My home was spotless upon return and I'd welcome her back anytime. She's checked back to make sure my guys are doing well once she left. I appreciate her attention to detail.

Annie befriended Katherine within minutes of her arrival and was curled up where Katherine had slept when we returned home. She was a very content kitty. Annie’s only special need is a thorough daily brushing; the lack of mats in her fur when we returned told us that she had been well cared for. We’re pleased that Katherine will be coming back for another sit next spring.

Ronel and Christine were great! They were very communicative, sent lots of pictures and took great care of our two dogs! The house was very clean when we returned. We would definitely recommend them and would host them again!

Christy helped us out with just a one day stay. She communicated great with us, took great care of our girl Stella, and sent us some great pics! Thanks Christy !!!

We had a great sit with Theresa, she traveled here by plane, so the logistics were a little more complex, but Theresa made her arrangements early and made sure to leave a buffer on both ends to make sure a delayed flight wouldn't cause an issue. Theresa did a great job of communicating with us during the time we were away, which is always appreciated. Thanks Theresa!!

Keith was utterly AMAZING! If he applies to sit for you, ACCEPT, you have zero worries! It was our first time opening our home and dogs to the care of a stranger so I was a little nervous, but having text and met Keith a couple of times before, it felt like a friend was moving into our home. He was organized, asked lots of questions that I hadn’t thought of, but most of all he was caring of our boys! We came home to the lawn cut, laundry done, house immaculate and even milk, bread and fruit in the fridge! The PERFECT GUEST in every way!

Laura is absolutely lovely, very friendly, organised and self sufficient. She looked after Bee (our dog) beautifully and the chickens were happy too on our return. I would highly recommend her for future sits, you would be lucky to have her.
