We enjoyed our stay at David and Sharon's lovely house and looking after their two little doggies, Dougal and Morag. It was close to the beach and there were lots of lovely walks around. Dougal and Morag are delightful and obedient dogs. They loved being around us and enjoyed their walks, though Dougal would just sit down if he had had enough or wanted to walk in a different direction. David and Sharon welcomed us into their home and showed us what we needed to know before they left. We had a wonderful and relaxing time. Thank you 🙂
I feel extremely lucky to have had the opportunity to sit for Isis and Chris. Their home is lovely and spacious while also feeling cozy at the same time. There's a nice fenced in yard and plenty within walking distance. Luna and Kubo are an absolute blast to be with. Luna is a little more reserved; she is equally excited to sit with you on the couch as she is to go out for a walk. Kubo is very curious, athletic and affectionate. He loves to hunt his ribbon toy and laser pointer and is constantly observing (when not napping) lol. His full-body head-bunts might be the cutest thing I've ever seen. A wonderful experience all-around and I would jump at the opportunity to see Luna and Kubo again. Thanks Isis and Chris!
Dogs are great. Really well trained and sweet. They have a back yard and a dog Walker which was really nice. Easy communication with owners which was great as I had to contact them about a leak in their basement. They have a lot of friends and connections of people who were around to help if needed which was really nice. Great family location. Only downside was it wasn’t close to great public transit to downtown which is something I like having access to. Overall great sit.
Ana Luisa and Zara provide a solid 5-star sit! Ana Luisa was communicative, personable, and all good vibes. Her apartment is super comfortable with great design, and the location is unbeatable (I know, since I live close, ha!). Zara is one big ball of love, with those irresistible eyes, that smile, and fluffy ginger coat. She was very well behaved and rarely barked inside. She followed me around the house and stayed curled up by my side while I worked. She let her energy out during our walks instead (good Zara!). As long as you anticipate which dogs may rile her up and stay on top of the situation, as Ana Luisa prepped me on beforehand, it's no problem at all! I loved having Zara's energy and company for the weekend, and would gladly watch Zara again. Fue un placer, mis vecinas!
We’ve just come back from an absolutely wonderful weekend at Patricia and Francis’s place. We loved spending time with Tiggy and Islay, two dogs with very different characters but equally sweet and loving! We had everything we needed at the house (including some complementary food basics and some bottles of wine/beer!!) and the welcome guide was extremely helpful and very detailed. The house and garden are idyllic and so peaceful to spend a weekend in, and Patricia was so easy to get in contact with and just a message away if we ever needed anything. We would 100% recommend this sit to anyone. Thank you Patricia and Francis!
We had the pleasure of pet sitting for Laura and Jim in their beautiful John's Creek home and it was a treat. Their home is spacious, comfortable and very welcoming. They were friendly and easy to communicate with right from the start. The home is organized and the instructions for feeding the pets were easy to execute. While it may seem like a lot of pets to care for, I assure you they are a breeze. Astro is a sweet and loving dog. He has puppy energy thus he enjoys his walks and playing in the backyard. The kitties (Kevin and Lolly) keep to the upstairs during the day. Kevin truly just likes to hang out and bird watch. Lolly being a kitten loves a little play time and human interaction. She is a cuddle bug when you hang out with her. Rodney, the hamster, stays in his habitat, but enjoys coming out in the morning to fetch seeds when you put them in and he took fruit and veggies out of my hands each evening. He too has his own little personality. Finally, the fish..they do fish stuff...but they love feeding time!! :-) The area is full of restaurants to try and their neighborhood has good sidewalks for walking. You could also walk to the grocery store as it is less than a mile away. This time of year was a bit cool and rainy but if it were warmer there would be lots of things nearby to see and do. Overall this was just a wonderful sit for a very kind and generous family. We would highly recommend a sit for Jim and Laura, you would not be disappointed.
