Unfortunately it turned out this sitter has allergies to dogs and thus was not able to complete the sit. She needed me to drive back the day before Thanksgiving after being in my home for 24 hours. When I got home my dogs' water bowl was empty.
Miss Lily, the cat — she's truly one of our favorite animals we've ever pet-sat. A genuine sweetheart, always ready for cuddles, and she enjoyed lounging on our laps. The place itself was fantastic — private, tranquil, right by the lake. We had a blast soaking in the peaceful vibes, and the spa was the cherry on top, offering pure luxury. Teri and Curt were fantastic, laid-back people; we hit it off right away when we met a few days before our stay. Their welcoming nature made us feel right at home. Counting down the days, we're eagerly looking forward to our return, ready to care for Lily again in March/April.
Sitting for Caro was an absolute dream! Oka and Muffin are lovely company, very cuddly and we absolutely fell in love with them both. Caro is incredibly accommodating, she also sent us lots of recommendations in the area - we couldn’t have felt more welcome. The house is very central and there are a lot of great spots in the area. We look forward to sitting for them again!
