Laraine and Ged took excellent care of our apartment and our pets. I have one dog with anxiety from trauma and a naughty younger one and they treated them as if they were there own. The house was cleaner than I left it (they should be professional organizers) and Gerard repaired some damage to the wall without asking. They were very thorough in taking care of the dogs and had a very nice energy about them. We would gladly have them house and pet sit again.
Julie could not have been a better housesitter and buddy for Pete while I was away for two weeks. I had reached out to her with ~24 hours notice to apply to my ad because I was rushing home for a family emergency and was reaching desperation. Julie was not only responsive, she was also incredibly empathetic and understanding about my situation from the beginning. She really didn't have to help me, but she chose to do me this rather huge favor out of the kindness of her heart. I could tell from FaceTiming with her that she was trustworthy, warm, and a true animal lover, which put me at ease as a first-time user of this platform. While I was away, Julie sent me regular updates on Pete and paid close attention to his eating and litter box behaviors to make sure he was acting normally. She was so sweet with him and I could tell he immediately felt comfortable around her from the photos and descriptions she shared. I returned home to an absolutely spotless apartment with clean sheets and towels and a fresh baked loaf of chocolate chip walnut banana bread (which was truly spectacular - ask for her recipe). Julie went above and beyond for me and I am so grateful to have met her, especially at a time when I was particularly in need of compassion and friendship. Thank you again, Julie! I truly can't thank you enough.

I've been using we love pets for a number of years now and they've been fantastic. I've 3 cats and I always feel they're in safe hands and will get little updates when I'm away and always come home to 3 happy cats. The team are amazing.
I don't think I've ever left a negative review before but.. It was good the first time for our spaniel. But the second time was awful. Had done skinny legs, ears length was different, they had cut all her eyebrow lashes and whiskers off which are now growing awkwardly now curling in her eye (they don't effect her health though right?) Definitely wasn't a show cocker cut like I had asked. I shouldn't have paid even though I said at the time that was a lot shorter than I had agreed but I just couldn't get over it. So I then contacted them to say I wasn't happy. Basically was told it was my fault? For over £50 I'd expect them to groom her, not just basically shave everything off which is NOT what you do with a show type. Didn't receive a refund as I was fed up with arguing. Was so expensive for what was done. No offence but I could have done that. Do not recommend.
Bonnie was nervous going to a new groomer but she shouldn’t have. The Girls are so amazing and welcoming. Bonnie felt so much happier going the 2nd visit. She looks and smells amazing. Thank you so much. The photos say it all- a big smile and a contented sleep after x

I highly recommend this dog groomers. My dogs come home looking and smelling amazing. The ladies are very pleasant and interested in the dogs background. The pricing of treatments is very reasonable especially with the cost of living going up. Highly recommend supporting this lovely business.
Milo is a big dog, no doubt about it. Anna at we love pets hasn't been fazed by this and has been absolutely fantastic with him for his walks. Occasionally we have been home to see how excited he gets when she arrives to take him out. We're even more happy to see how tired out he is when he gets home. Not to mention the price for a one to one walk is really good. Very good value for money! So far our experience with We Love Pets has been fantastic. I'm sure they will continue to impress.
