Great experience having Dede come and sit for us! She is experienced with cats and typical cat behavior (as she has 3 of her own) so her and Kobe got along super well. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived home! Overall Dede is very respectful, friendly, and accommodating. Wouldn't hesitate for a moment to have her sit for us again!
Suzanne kindly asked me what basics I needed for the fridge and left some for us which was helpful. The house is really comfy with everything we needed and easy to find. We were lucky with the weather and able to use the garden which has a fantastic lawn overlooking a field with goats , geese and sheep. We could watch both planes and those wonderful birds - red kites swooping over the area. There was a local walk across the field with a pub but we tended to use the car and explored Cantley Park, Ditton Meadows , Sonning and a bit further to Henley on Thames. The very beautiful Nutmeg is a joy to take in the car anywhere . We were asked to keep her on the lead and she loves swimming so she enjoyed a lot of that in the Thames. Luckily Neil has a brilliant ramp and bath set up outside so washing her off is never a problem. Nutmeg took a few days to totally warm to us and when she did she was so affectionate . She has the obsession with light and shadow so we took care to distract her from reflections of phones on the wall etc and also told her when games were finished. She loves to sit behind the unlit fire and takes herself off on occasion. Nutmeg has a tracker on her collar which goes off several times a day. We enjoyed this sit and miss Nutmeg and her lovely house and area and would recommend this sit to experienced dog sitters.
We had a wonderful time looking after Sozzle and Tottie. They are darling dogs, so easy to care for and we also loved the house which is tastefully decorated, spacious, comfortable, warm and boasts stunning views all the way over to Wales. I grew up in Herefordshire so it was a joyful return to my roots. My husband and I enjoyed exploring the countryside with our little band of Jack Russells. Most of the walks were directly from the house but a short car journey away the recreation field in the village of Fownhope is also a great place to exercise dogs. The excellent Green Man pub offers a dog-friendly welcome after a walk alongside the river. We took our own mini JR, Tuppence, on the house-sit with us and all three of the dogs quickly formed a new happy family. The icing on the cake was when they all slept together in the bed in the utility room! So good for our girl to share a home with other friendly four-footers. Mary is a gracious host who really thinks about the needs of her sitters and made sure we had all our instructions and necessary details written down. What more can I say. Just a heavenly house-sit with adorable pets. We were sad to leave and hope we may return one day!
Rod communicates clearly. Instructions are written plainly and easy to follow. He is hospitable and relaxed - a pleasure to be around. Mikey and Mandy and quite the same, actually. The house is spotless, comfortable, and warm. The location makes getting around a breeze. All in all, a great sit.
We really enjoyed our recent sit of Juno for Polly, despite limitations necessitated by Covid-19 during these current times. While we were unable to have an in-person hand-off on either end up the sit, we found communication with Polly throughout to be great which enabled us to feel extremely comfortable in their home and in providing care for their sweet Shiba Inu, Juno. Polly left a great home guide which not only included detailed description of care for Juno, but also had suggestions for enjoying the area which was super helpful. Polly’s family lives in a wonderful Chicago neighborhood, close to the lakeshore, which was lovely to explore from their doorstep. Their home was very comfortable and Polly left plenty of supplies handy making it easy to keep things sanitized ensuring a safe hand-off for everyone. Best of all was getting to spend time with their sweet pup. Juno is a very chill dog, but has her own personality which we very much enjoyed :). We highly recommend sitting for Polly and hope our paths cross again in the future!
Awesome host with warm and loving resort style home. The host were thoughtful and accommodating to their sitters needs. Maddy was the sweetest girl. She is very well trained, loving, and she earns every treat. 🐾💞

I've been using we love pets for a number of years now and they've been fantastic. I've 3 cats and I always feel they're in safe hands and will get little updates when I'm away and always come home to 3 happy cats. The team are amazing.
I don't think I've ever left a negative review before but.. It was good the first time for our spaniel. But the second time was awful. Had done skinny legs, ears length was different, they had cut all her eyebrow lashes and whiskers off which are now growing awkwardly now curling in her eye (they don't effect her health though right?) Definitely wasn't a show cocker cut like I had asked. I shouldn't have paid even though I said at the time that was a lot shorter than I had agreed but I just couldn't get over it. So I then contacted them to say I wasn't happy. Basically was told it was my fault? For over £50 I'd expect them to groom her, not just basically shave everything off which is NOT what you do with a show type. Didn't receive a refund as I was fed up with arguing. Was so expensive for what was done. No offence but I could have done that. Do not recommend.
Bonnie was nervous going to a new groomer but she shouldn’t have. The Girls are so amazing and welcoming. Bonnie felt so much happier going the 2nd visit. She looks and smells amazing. Thank you so much. The photos say it all- a big smile and a contented sleep after x

I highly recommend this dog groomers. My dogs come home looking and smelling amazing. The ladies are very pleasant and interested in the dogs background. The pricing of treatments is very reasonable especially with the cost of living going up. Highly recommend supporting this lovely business.
Milo is a big dog, no doubt about it. Anna at we love pets hasn't been fazed by this and has been absolutely fantastic with him for his walks. Occasionally we have been home to see how excited he gets when she arrives to take him out. We're even more happy to see how tired out he is when he gets home. Not to mention the price for a one to one walk is really good. Very good value for money! So far our experience with We Love Pets has been fantastic. I'm sure they will continue to impress.
