I had a great pleasure hanging out with lovely Miss Savannah in Alfonsa and Sebastien's beautiful place. Miss Savannah is a total sweetheart, the first thing she did when she saw me was to lick my hand. :) Very friendly, affectionate and curious kitty. She mostly lounges around near you all day, but does like to play with her toys and makes an occasional lap around the living room :). Taking care of her was a breeze. She is a gorgeous cat too, so fluffy and soft and oh those big blue eyes! Alfonsa and Sebastien are great easy-going and flexible hosts. They left detailed and well-organized instructions and a welcome gift! The apartment is fabulous, super clean and well organized and beautifully decorated. It has an amazing sunroom balcony with great views. The location is perfect for easy access to Washington DC and other parts of Arlington.
Location location location, fantastic historic Shad Thames, The bridge,the tower,the river etc,etc. Suzanne and Paul were generous to a fault, with their time in showing us the locale before their flight, with the preparation of maps for our convenience and with the provisions left for us. And then there’s Tricksy it is akin to walking out with a rock star (don’t worry he takes it all in his distinctive stride) he is more popular than the iconic views a real character. We had 2 weeks and felt we hadn’t scratched the surface, Giles Coren reviews a local restaurant the day we leave! If you’re lucky enough to be asked go.
Caring for Willow was my first experience with a German Shepherd. Just loved her! She has such a gentle and sweet nature. We played fetch continuously each day with her beloved blue ball. Great exercise for her. With a little practice, I was even able to help modify her behavior with her barking at her ball. Overall, a fun and rewarding experience. I would love to return and spend more time with Willow! William and Margot have a charming, comfortable home in a lovely town and neighborhood. The towns of Concord and Acton nearby made for easy shopping and errands. A wonderful five star sit. Thank you William and Margot! I really enjoyed my stay and miss Willow!
I had a wonderful time staying at Sally and Greg's and taking care of Leo and Landy! The house was lovely and cozy and had all the necessities. Sally and Greg were great communicators and prompt responders to any questions, and they generously told me to use anything around the kitchen that I needed. The cats were great company, tho they aren't kidding when they say Landy is a bit of a yowler due to his deafness, making this a good sit for early risers. But the cats were affectionate when it suited them, and stayed completely out of trouble.
I really enjoyed looking after Frankie and Beanie. They are wonderful dogs and made me laugh all the time! Marina's house is very comfortable and she provided all the information needed regarding caring for the dogs. I would definitely pet sit for Marina again!
We had a great experience during our stay. The apartment was very cozy and had everything we needed. Additionally, there's a supermarket and a metro station nearby that gets you to the city center in about 10 minutes or less. The kittens are very cute and enjoy your company! As for Manu, she was very kind to let us stay one more day in her apartment just to accommodate us since we had to catch an early morning train. We definitely recommend it!

My experience with Katya has always been super positive. Whether i’m giving plenty of notice or in a pinch, she is always willing to help. I have two guinea pigs, so finding care for them is harder than I had originally anticipated. After meeting for a consolation (which was so kind of her to offer), I have had a phenomenal experience with her care. My guinea pigs always return happy and healthy (sometimes sad that they’re leaving her). I just appreciate how attentive Katya is to their needs!! Highly recommend!!
Katya and her team are fantastic! She’s accommodated me on EXTREMELY short notice more than once, a total godsend. Her rates are extremely reasonable for the amount of care she does. I love getting the pictures of my sweet girl when she’s on a walk or snuggling on the couch. I’ve used her for drop-ins, dog walking and overnight boarding. All have been fantastic experiences.
I hired this company and I was told the fee was $150 total but the babysitter who came and showed up to collect the remaining money said oh no ma’am it’s only $120 and I had 150 in the envelope, I rearranged my vacation to go away on August 27 to the 30th so that I could use the same babysitter Until I found out that the owner would not let up on collecting that extra $30 she was bent on communicating with me every day to get a $30 fee when I gave them 120 because of the babysitter saying oh no, you don’t need to give 150 I gave $120 She says I’ll just use the extra 30 for my Tip. I had arrangements to meet the babysitter to pay her on Saturday and this owner Katika was relentless on trying to collect that additional $30 from me. I already had it set up between the babysitter and I we were doing just fine until Katika got involved so if you wanna Cooperative Company who has their act together who communicates with their employees so they don’t try to charge their client more money than I would say go elsewhere because the owner of this company is not someone you wanna deal with. They are more interested in getting your money than they are and taking care of your dog
Katya took wonderful care of our black lab while we were gone for a long weekend at the beach! She sent updates with photos or videos with every visit which was very reassuring to know he was doing well. Would definitely recommend Katya to care for your pets and will have her come back again!

My dog Buckley is 12 years old and has never stayed with anyone except my brother. I was concerned he would be unhappy and worried staying anywhere else. He was very content and happy with Kat at Barks & Parks and seemed to bond with them right away. She sent pictures every day and updated me as to what she was doing with him. I felt very good knowing he was being taken care of and enjoying his stay. I would recommend Kat to give your fur baby a home atmosphere while you are away.
Kat was amazing with Noah during his 3-day boarding. I was immediately comforted when talking to her the first time, hearing about her experience and ambition in transitioning to animal care full-time. Her place was clean, spacious, with a quaint outdoor patio. Noah has separation anxiety so I was very nervous and picky about where he would stay. He was wagging his tail and happy when we picked him up. A 5-star experience! Thanks Kat!
This was our first time boarding our furbaby, Nala, so we were naturally a bit nervous. From the first moment we met Kat, she put us at ease and left us with the impression that she would love on our dog..and we were right! Every day, she followed our instructions and suggestions to a “T”; taking our dog on two walks a day, spoiling her rotten. I think Nala still misses her! 😂 if we are in need of boarding again, Kat will be our first choice and would highly recommend Barks&Parks Pet Services!
Kat took care of my dog as part of her doggie daycare service. She kindly both picked him up and brought him back to my home. While under her care they took several walks, and she shared pictures via a dog sitting app, which was awesome. When my pup returned, he was was happy and clearly had a great time. 5 STARS!!! VERY Happy with this service! My dog Deanna is 10.5 yrs old and recently started having seizures (in March of 2022). We went on vacation in May and booked her with a local kennel (NOT this one). I couldn't confirm that they were or were not giving her her seizure meds, as when we returned & picked her up she had a seizure that night and several more a day afterward. Needless to say when it came time to go to Lancaster PA for a vacation in July which is 2.5 hrs from home, I was VERY worried on where I would leave her and what I would do if something should happen. THEN I found Barks & Parks Pet Services!! We drove out, dropped her off with Kat, and then went to our hotel which was 10 minutes away! Talk about convenience! Deanna had a WONDERFUL TIME there!!! She got along with the other dogs (which is not the norm!). When I first dropper her off the 1st day she seemed apprehensive which I expected. I did NOT expect to hear how well she was getting along with her new friends and how after a few days was fitting right in to her old routine! I wish I could leave her there ANY time we go away! This is a WONDERFUL alternative to a regular kennel. It is a regular house, where the dogs are in a more home-like environment as opposed to in a kennel. I highly recommend barks & parks!!
Kat’s service through Barks & Parks was exceptional!! Our little dog was walked and cared for so well, we were afraid she wouldn’t want to come home. We received twice daily updates on how she was doing along with the cutest pictures. We were incredibly pleased with Barks and Parks and would definitely use this home-like dog boarding service again!!!.

I have two “shorkies” with high maintenance that required extra time and energy for them to be satisfied fully. Due to my busy work schedule; I struggled with finding the time to burn their energy and of course potty training them Was a huge problem. I Requested a try-out service from jogs with dogs & Luckily; I was assigned to the most sweetest, patient, reliable and well trained Personel. Her name is “Imane” and I will not see myself changing to another company. My dogs are now happier, potty trained and way relaxed when I come home from work. I highly recommend this company and it’s staff!!! They are trustworthy, dedicated and full of love. Their dedication is for training, caring and giving all their love to our pets.

Great location in the rolling hills of southern Lancaster County. Went for a private dog training session. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Facilities are nice but could use some “updating”. Would recommend going here.
My 1.5 year old crazy labradoodle LOVES daycare at dog sense. All you have to say is "cooper, wanna go to daycare?!" And he's at the front door ready. Pulling into the driveway he goes NUTS with excitement (whining, wagging, paws on window). And best of all, he is exhausted afterwards. I love knowing he's happy and comfortable all day while I'm at work. Sometimes I'll even catch a photo of him playing on their Facebook page or story, which I really appreciate.
We tried in October/November of 2023 and again in April/May and couldn’t even get a phone call back. We called and emailed for weeks each time. The owner continuously made excuses as how she only checks emails once per day and returns phone calls at 11:00. We scheduled so many phone calls with her and then she just then didn’t take the time to actually call. She doesn’t apologize for wasting your time, and has no accountability that she is the one causing the communication issues by her unwillingness to actually adhere to the dates and times that she says she’ll call. The stress of her lack of follow up and lack of professionalism was not worth it.

Took our 1 year old dog to Dog Sense for two, 6 week long training classes (beginner manners and advanced manners). Our trainer (Kate) was great! She worked well with our individual needs and always had something new for our pup to learn. Definitely would recommend for training!
Everyone was really nice and my dog seemed happy. They didn’t tell me how she did so I don’t know. I don’t leave reviews but figured I would issue a fair warning to everyone, their boarding costs are per DAY and not per night! It says this on their website but I assumed it was per night, given that I wasn’t able to pick my dog up in the morning. If you drop your dog off on Saturday during their limited hours, and pick your dog up Sunday again within the small time frame, they charge you for two boarding days! Good service over all. Probably won’t go back for short stays though.
Love Dog Sense! The staff is always friendly and super sweet to our pupper. They offer two tiers of packages and you can further customize each one. We feel confident our dog will be taken care of here.
My dog, Arrow, just finished his last night of training with Kate! We are so sad that training is over!! Kate did an amazing job working with us and I’ve seen great improvement with my dog’s behavior over the last 12 weeks. I highly recommend their training classes!!
Absolutely wonderful facility!! Wendy is amazing to work with. She really knows her stuff- and ALL aspects of training whether it be obedience, rally, handling for shows, competition stuff; not just the basics. She also has personal experience working dogs in various venues and competitions, so I'm very confident in her ability to get us where we need to be to compete and prepare us!! She's not scared of big dogs like the petsmart "trainers"- I've worked with her with my doberman, and now currently my German shepherd, after the petsmart trainer was terrified of my 16 week old doberman puppy. We'll never go anywhere else for training again! Although I don't have much experience with the rest of her staff, Wendy has been responsive, flexible and overall a pleasure to work with, as well as extremely knowledgable in everything I've ever asked her about. I'm confident her entire staff is exceptional as well!
Laura came to petsit our 4 dogs while we were away for a week in August 2024. We were SOOO pleased with her services! She sent us several pictures and updates every day which really put our minds at ease while we were away. 5 stars for MFPS hands down!!! We will definitely be using them again in the future!
We’ve now used Mortizen Family Pet Sitting twice and have had amazing experiences both times. After having a really terrible experience with a different pet sitter, we were extremely hesitant to trust someone with our three pups again. However, every single person that we’ve worked with or spoken to at MFPS has been exceptional to work with. They have clear communication and we really appreciated the follow up ensuring we were pleased with the service. We had a different sitter both times, but they both communicated thoroughly, sent pictures, and you could tell they loved up on our pups. We are thankful that we found them and now don’t have to stress that our boys won’t get amazing care while we are away. We will definitely continue to use them and highly recommend using their services!

Moritzen Family Pet sitting took care of my 5 month old puppy like she was a member of their family. I was initially nervous because my pup was so young, but Laura abated all my fears with her daily pictures and in depth notes daily after her visit. I knew Rori was in great hands and was an to enjoy my time away without worrying. They are flexible to last minute changes, very reasonable and true pet lovers.

Wonderful experience with MFPS. My girls were well taken care of (along with flower and strawberry watering, mail and newspapers brought in). Eye drops given to one of my girls. Loved the twice a day updates. Communication prompt. When we got home and opened the door the girls facial expressions told us they were disappointed we were home. They were looking for their new best friend Tyler. I will definitely utilize their services again. Highly recommend. 💜

First experience with boarding our 6yr old dog. The staff was very compassionate and sent me pictures and updates. I feel like she was under great care and they paid attention to her and her needs. She seemed very happy and relaxed when we picked her up. I would highly recommend Oscars and will be using them again in future!
We take our yellow lab here for boarding. She has separation anxiety and I’m confident she is well loved and cared for while we are away. We had one poor experience but they followed up with me on it. It’s a beautiful location and the dogs all seem happy while there. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for.
My husband and I take our 4 month old bully XL here to Oscers for the training classes and we thought we would give there nail salon a try and I was very impressed on how the staff took care of our puppy the staff are so caring sweet and I would definitely recommend this place
Wonderful private training with Michelle! Have been taking my German shepherd for a couple sessions now and have had nothing but great experiences here. Love their method of training and how much they care about treating animals the right way and teaching them correctly! Already seeing a huge improvement in Bailey and I am excited to keep bringing her here!

We had an excellent experience at Oscar's. It was our first experience here. Our groomer had hand surgery. Our friends bring their "fur ball" here and recommended Oscars.They were very friendly and groomed Molly just like she is normally groomed. Would highly recommend them.
Boarded the dog there for a week and he came out happy and tired from playing happily with the other dogs. Last time I boarded at the country club in manheim he came out to us scared and ge was sick. I'll never go there again. This time he was happy and seemed to enjoy his vacation here at oscars. Wish I would have taken him here sooner. Staff is friendly and efficient getting us in and out quickly without forgetting about fussing the dog- the most important part!
I tried to bring my dogs here to be groomed on a Saturday. My appointment was supposed to be at 11 am. They called me at 8 the day of to tell me they had cancellations and of I could bring the dogs in that would be great, this would not have been a problem but during the course of the conversation they told me I would need to drop the dogs off at 11 or before and would not be able to pick them up until 4-6. They said this is because "on Saturdays they only can check people out from 4-6pm." I asked them how long grooming takes and they said 2-3 hours. So then I asked what do my dogs do the rest of the time they are stuck there for no reason and they said they put them in crates. So if you're a first time customer here and have a morning appointment on a Saturday they will take your dog, from them and then force them to be in a crate for more hours than they are being groomed. I waited3 weeks for this appointment and had to cancel because my dogs get anxiety being locked in a crate. Never heard of another groomer wanting to hold your dogs because they can only check you out from 4-6. Definitely would not recommend trying to do business with this place.
We took our dog here for puppy classes and it was great. Michelle was a wonderful class instructor and would recommend her to anyone. They do group and private classes. Not unreasonable pricing either
This has been the best experience for dog boarding. The staff all care about the pets and the owners. Our puppo Lucy is excited to go there and spend time with the staff and other doggos. My heart feels full knowing she's in great hands with people who care about her.

I'm so thankful I found Caring Angels Pet services. Denny is extremely accommodating to my "on a whim" get aways, long vacations or emergency needs. She not only comes in and cares for my cats basic needs, she helps with medication twice daily for my older kitty and spends a good bit of time with them at each visit. Denny is the most caring and flexible pet sitter I’ve ever used for my dogs. She truly loves animals and they love her too. Denny is literally the only person outside of my family that I will leave my girls with - especially, overnight. I am THAT mama. Denny takes wonderful care of my cats and dog. She loves them and snuggles with them like they are her own. She follows instructions I leave. I know my animals are safe and happy with Denny. PS. She always shares pictures with me so I don’t feel so far away:)❤️
Sophie, Cara, Whitney & the entire OUDT team make my heart smile. My clowder is spoiled thanks to this crew. I can be in a different state on a subway or a boat and receive pictures and commentary that make me laugh and enjoy the present moment. Trustworthy, ethical, think outside the box, and don't back down from any challenging situation (i.e. convincing a Dane who hates rain that he should head out to enjoy his walk). I've been disappointed by neighbors/friends - not this crew! The app is so easy to utilize as well - check it out!

Once Upon a Dog Tail has cared for our pets for a few years. They always do a great job and provide us with peace of mind so we can enjoy our time away. We receive daily updates and photos and are able to communicate with the pet sitters via their app. Our pets get to remain in their own environment which is less stressful for them.

This business is the best of the best; well run and staffed, excellent caregivers and definitely worth paying a bit more than other services. Our petsitter Naomi sent us daily pictures and briefings on our dog and two cats while we were in Italy; it made it so much easier to have a good time knowing our pets were in good hands. I felt she went above and beyond what she had to do, and was very caring and responsible to our animals. Planning to use them again and would highly recommend.
Once Upon a Dog Tail was the BEST pet sitting service that I have ever used. The owner is wonderful and went beyond all my expectations to make sure that our three cats were cared for and loved while we were gone. Since we had 2 and a half feet of snow while we gone, the owner made sure the cats were set with food and water before the storm and the owner's husband personally made the snowy trek to our house the day after the storm to get our cats fresh water and food. The owner also made attempts to get our driveway plowed for us before we returned and even picked up glass from a light that broke from winds while we were gone. Above and beyond all my expectations!!! I highly recommend Once Upon a Dog Tail. You will not be disappointed with their services!!!
The team at OUADT is reliable, kind, compassionate, and awesome with my dogs. I have a high maintenance pack - crate and rotate requirements, medications, escape artists - and yet I never worry when OUADT is taking care of them. I love the messages and pictures I her after each visit. I know my doggos are loved and well cared for in my absence.
I moved to Lancaster from Philly at the beginning of September of this year. Besides moving, one of my top priorities was finding a great pet sitting company for my 11-year-old calico cat, Candy, since I'm out of town for quite a few weekends and holidays. Naomi was able to meet with us that Sunday so that I could get care scheduled for the following weekend! Everyone at OUADT provides wonderful care to Candy while I'm away--it shows that they are animal lovers! I love how they use the Time to Pet app and write a message with photos after each visit. Even when Candy has days that she likes to hide and not be social, it's evident that they still love seeing her! On other occasions, Candy greets them at the door and is social, allowing pets! After our meet and greet I felt completely confident that Candy would receive great care, and she has, each and every visit. I'd highly recommend that anyone looking for pet care in the Lancaster area contact OUADT!
We looked for boarding at the last minute as we had adopted a dog writhing the past 3 months and decided on a weekday get-away spur-of-the-moment. Fieldcrest had good reviews, is located a few blocks away and had availability. Very clean kennel and friendly owners! We came back a little early and decided to pick the pup up early too…absolutely no issue & even surprised, all was perfect!
We needed a place to watch our 2 year old German Shepherd. Fieldcrest was available and happily took great care of our boy. They knew all about shepherds anxious behavior when away from home and we felt comfortable going out of town knowing he was in good hands. I picked up our boy this afternoon and he’s been napping on and off ever since which just means he had the best time and played his heart out. Thank you for taking care of our handsome guy! We will definitely be back!
Fieldcrest was very welcoming and kind to us as this was our first time boarding our new rescue. He is a 75 pound, Pit / Rhodesian Ridgeback/ cattle dog mix. So he he can be a handful! He was well treated and we were very happy with his stay. Thank you!
I have been taking my two puggles, Max and Miles to Fieldcrest for daycare since January. Katie and her daughters have been so kind and caring which has made it easy to leave them knowing they are well cared for. Max and Miles get excited when they know where they are going on Monday's and Thursday's. When I pick them up, they are tired from their long day of playing with the other dogs. I know if they could talk, they would tell me how much fun they had. Thank you to Katie and her daughters for taking good care of my boy's.

Do not take your dog here! Their German Shepherd attacked my dog and another dog the same week. At first they lied and said my dog scraped himself on a nail in the wood but when I took him to PETS (because he had a large open wound that was dripping blood) they said he had multiple puncture wounds from a dog. After I told them about it they said oh I bet it was our shepherd because he bit another dog the other day, Shame on them!!!!
I wanted to share that we boarded two of our three dogs at the new Fieldcrest Dog Boarding on Fieldcrest Road in Willow Street. It is run by one of our Amish neighbors. When we checked out the operation we were pleasantly surprised. The kennel building is brand new and the kennels are spotless. There is air conditioning/heat along with ceiling fans. Each kennel has both inside and outside spaces for exploring. In addition, each kennel opens into an open and fenced field area. Both our dogs were exercised every day-with a ball, and for no additional fee. We asked that they be kenneled together overnight to keep each other company and they accommodated our request. We received a phone call during the week with an update on our dogs. And for a small additional fee, the dogs were bathed/dried (they have a great inside dog bath area) and ready to go for us to pick up. I highly recommend Fieldcrest Dog Boarding. They knew we were a little nervous to leave our dogs and the owner promised they would take very good care of them and do their "very best" while we were away. Our dogs came home tired and happy. They are licensed by the state and I promised the owners I would share our experience here and in social media. Business has been slow--they opened in fall 2018 and count on word of mouth. They also have a small sign along Fieldcrest Road that leads to their farm. Please consider Fieldcrest Dog Boarding.
Absolutely love Fieldcrest! Katie and the girls take wonderful care of our dogs Molly and Thor and have been there for us in a pinch! The pups are always so happy to see them and so is Fieldcrest! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
I have a 3 month old Welsh Corgi puppy that I had to find last minute arrangements for, for a few days, due to having to go to the hospital (and not be able to leave because of covid) to have our baby. Upset and incredibly worried about leaving him in the hands of strangers, I was immediately relieved and could not have more happier or more at ease once arriving here and meeting the family. They are the most amazing, genuine and caring people that without a doubt love animals as much as I did. The price per day is almost unbelievably cheap and they offer to bathe your dog for only $10 if you wish. I left my puppy, Gunner, there with full confidence that he would be treated just as well as if he was home and better and more reasonably priced than any other place I could have taken him. I would reccomend Fieldcrest to any dog owner that needs to be 100% assured that their pup will be loved and cared for by loving, caring, and knowledagble people who charge an extremely reasonable rate. The only 3 star review is from someone who has reviewed multiple places with 3 stars, and writes one positive word like "friendly" as the whole review. This place deserves an 11/10. I will forever support a family owned business such as this one who is passionate about what they do and will give their all into their customer service.

We recently moved to PA, and Eleanor (4 yrs old) has had the same groomer since she was a puppy. Finding a new, trustworthy groomer wasn’t an easy task. We are so happy to have found Gochenauer. Eleanor had a good experience, and she looks great. We particularly appreciate the excellent communication we have with them.

Forewarning, I am actually a former employee and not a customer. But I feel as if my review should be even moreso impactful since I have seen all the "behind the scenes" and nitty gritty. I worked for Gochenaeur Pet Resort part time during my pregnancy in addition to my full time job. They treat the dogs excellently and their system is practically flawless. If they tell you they will give your dog a special treat you packed for them, your dog gets that treat. If you request they get their favorite toy, I promise they got it. It is incredibly clean and biohazard free. They are an incredible staff who are truly all animal lovers. As an employee, even part time and only there for a short time, they treated me like family and I was exposed to some of the best working conditions I've ever experienced. They throw little parties for important life occasions, even barely knowing me I was given a "mother to be" celebration with the other pregnant women in the facility. I have since left Gochenaeur's to pursue a home job where I now work comfortably and am with my baby all day, and yet months later, I still think about how wonderful of a place it is!
First grooming here for our bernedoodle puppy. A little shorter than expected, but overall good job! Reasonable pricing for that doodle crazy fur.
I don't know how I feel about this place. The fact that there is an extra charge/fee to play with the cats being boarded, makes me feel like they may not be cared for as well as the dogs there. The cats are cooped up in a room for the majority of the day without much interaction. Yes, dogs don't use a litter box, and need to be walked, but the fact that I would have to pay you to acknowledge and interact with my pet doesn't sit quite right with me. And as expensive as it is to board a cat, you shouldn't have to pay for the staff to play with a self-sufficient animal that doesn't need to be walked or picked up after as much as a dog. I've been reading some of the reviews and the majority are from dog owners, so it is obvious this place is geared much more towards dogs; which is fine, but cats still need some attention & love too!
I would never trust any other facility with the health and safety of my babies! The girls at the front desk are always kind and absolutely ADORE my boys. They always make a big deal out of seeing them :) they always come home clean and happy! My smallest aussie is a puppy mill rescue and is VERY wary of people. Even with his quirks the staff is patient and caring. They were just there in the beginning of August while I was on vacation. They were informative and up front about the strain of kennel cough circulating nationally that isn't covered by the current vaccine and explained their sanitization process thoroughly. Very grateful for the staff and their love of all of our babies!
This was our first time boarding Maddie at Gochenauer Kennels and I couldn’t have been more impressed. We were worried because Maddie is dog reactive but Gochenauer’s took every precaution to make sure Maddie was comfortable and safe. She had a great time playing with the friendly staff and making new human friends! Staff member, Sam C., is extremely knowledgeable and simply incredible with dogs. We wouldn’t want Maddie to stay anywhere else while we are away on vacation! We always know that she will be well taken care of and having a great time at Gochenauer’s!
This place is awesome. The couple that runs the place really cares about your pets. Our dog always looks great when we pick him up. They have great communication about your pet during their stay so you will have a worry free time. This is our favorite boarding spot. A MUST use if you have pet(s) you need to board.
I have had bad experiences in the past with o bels but Besa Pets has been above and beyond! My dog Clove has some separation anxiety and can be high strung, every time I drop her off at Besa Pets, she is beyond excited to see the owners! She always tries to stretch over the counter to see them! She never seems super stressed when I pick her up either which is a huge relief! I would recommend Besa Pets to anyone who asks. The owners are fantastic and you can tell how deeply they care for your pets!

The owners are incredibly responsive and professional. Each dog gets ample play time, water, and attention! Their pricing is reasonable. I am so happy to have found them. It is also a smaller facility, which is a better fit for our dog.

I used Besa Pets for the first time to board my two huskies for 9 days and my dogs came back home happy and healthy. They had excellent communication, answered all my questions, made sure my dogs were safe in the yard and provided me with an update while I was away. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to others. Reasonably priced as well compared to other nearby kennels and it was close to home, so it was a win all around!
We’ve boarded our dog a few times now and have zero complaints. The owners are super friendly and helpful and our dog comes home happy and healthy. We can tell our dog feels comfortable there and doesn’t get stressed, as she has at other larger boarding facilities. I can’t recommend this place enough.
The staff at Besa makes it easy to feel comfortable leaving your pet in their care. Owners/staff are friendly, responsive and have an obvious love for dogs. Our pup came home from a week long stay exhausted but HAPPY and completely himself… something we haven’t been able to say with every place we’ve boarded him. We will definitely be back.
I was nervous leaving my 2 dogs as I never tried a kennel before. The staff was super friendly and answered any questions I had. Pricing is fair and other kennels charge almost $75/day. I was happy to get compliments about my 2 dogs when I picked them up. I will recommend Besa to others and will use them again. Thank you Besa Pets!
