This was our first experience with zeewoi and Michelle was amazing! From the initial video call to us wishing her well on her travels, I couldn't fault her. Both dogs fell in love with her the minute she walked through the door and her care for them was fantastic - from noticing that one was running out of medication, to cooking chicken and rice for the other who was a bit under the weather, she couldn't have done more. She communicated perfectly with us before the sit, sharing her travel plans and throughout the sit giving daily updates. We returned to a beautifully clean house - she even bought us a fresh loaf of bread from the bakery we'd recommended to her!! If you're lucky enough to get Michelle looking after your pets, you won't regret it. Thank you so much Michelle!
Abbie and Kyle were flexible in their schedule and arrived early, which made for smooth onboarding and transition. They were very pleasant, polite, considerate and a pleasure to spend time with. Due to unforeseen circumstances Kyle had to leave early in the sit. Abbie was able to handle things single handed, although we felt it was a 2-person job. She maintained a positive attitude and kept us apprised of the pets, which made us more comfortable with the unexpected solo situation. Although Abbie suggested her parents come out and help in the absence of Kyle, we were uncomfortable with that arrangement. As homeowners, we preferred meeting anyone staying at the house ahead of time, so we did not accept. We would welcome Abbie sitting in our house again.
Tatjana and Mark were amazing sitters while we were away for a week. They took our energetic small dog Bunny on several adventures around town and gave her the snuggles she loves, and they left the apartment even cleaner and more organized than we'd managed to before they got here. They were always responsive to texts and flexible with some minor changes of plan regarding the arrival time and where to drop the keys off after the sit. They're very friendly people and wonderful sitters!
