Chantsay did an excellent job for us. She took great care of our pets and kept our house immaculate. She sent us updates every day and learned all the details of our pets' routines. We felt completely relaxed on our trip knowing that our pets and house were in good hands.
We really enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Gold Coast at Tani and Gareth‘s home with their cute dog Archie. He is well behaved easy to handle. We took Archie for amazing beach walks to explore the Gold Coast and he walked perfectly on leash and had no issues with other dogs. He warms up very fast and we adore Archie and his lovely personality. Tani was very easy to communicate with and we quickly arranged everything for the sit. To sum it up we wouldn’t hesitate to go back and sit this white little fluffy boy again.
Staying at Nancy's was comfortable in their BEAUTIFUL Seattle neighborhood by the water. Nancy was very friendly, communicative, and clear with what was needed (leaving thorough explanations ahead of time). Also, Kona was the calmest dog I have ever seen! Very sweet. Good housesit!
We couldn't have asked more of Richard & Jane. They welcomed us into their wonderful home with open arms and were even kind enough to cook for us! Tabby is an absolute delight and we would have no hesitation in returning.
We had such a great time with Ava at Kevin and Anita's home. She is the sweetest girl, affectionate, loves cuddles and walks and is very easy to take care of. Kevin and Anita's house is beautiful and very comfortable, located next to a canal. We miss our dinners at their place admiring the canal while the sun sets! Bribie Island is easily reached by public transportation from Brisbane and it is a paradise with gorgeous beaches and parks. Kevin and Anita were very welcoming and made us feel at home since we met them. They left us great tips for beaches, parks, groceries and restaurants nearby. We already miss sweet Ava and our time in Bribie Island. Thank you Kevin and Anita and we hope to go back to Bribie Island again in the future.
Jaymee and Cody were very welcoming and accommodating hosts. They both had great communication and they were very relaxed. I loved their home, it was a very well equipped place to cook! Their bed was insanely comfortable and their porch was my favourite place to relax. The garden was straight forward for watering and it was lovely to pick cherries. Huxley was such a sweet boy and very well behaved. I will miss him dearly. Their location was perfect as well, they were two blocks away from town and very close to all the walking trails. I would highly recommend this Housesit!
From my first chat with Philippa, I knew this was going to be a very special sit, and so it proved. She and Jim are very experienced in making sure their sitters have the best possible time in their gorgeous home. The information pack was comprehensive and Philippa gave me a tour to make sure I was comfortable with the workings of the house - which, frankly, is stunning. It's so comfortable and has incredible views over a huge expanse of trees and greenery. Philippa was kind enough to leave a loaf of her delicious home-made bread as a welcome gift and was so thoughtful when I was leaving. As for my companion during my stay, I'm now a fully paid-up member of the Newtie fan club. As others have said, she is the most adorable wee dog. We went on many adventures together, exploring the neighbourhood and the characterful little town of Louth (she'll take you to her favourite coffee shops and breakfast places), plus several visits to the vast beach at Mablethorpe, which she loves. Newt wants to be where you are and loves nothing better than morning snuggles (best way to start the day) and sofa cuddles. As others mention, being a rescue she does have a few little anxiety quirks and is sensitive to noise, but she's soon back to her sweet self. If you're happy to have a characterful little dog by your side, this is the perfect sit. Days after leaving, my lap feels empty and I'm pining for our morning cuddles. Thank you, Philippa and Jim for trusting me with your home and your precious wee girl.
