Kimberly & Ted

Kimberly and Ted were wonderful! Kimberly is super organized, had studied the Welcome Guide before coming over to learn the pets’ routine, and they were timely and very neat. Ted is an animal magnet and Luna and the kitties had a wonderful weekend - Luna hiking and playing ball and tug of war and the kitties hanging out in his lap. They were perfect sitters.

Michal was absolutely wonderful! I cannot recommend her enough. She is an excellent communicator and kept me updated on how our little zoo was doing. I really appreciated how much of an interest she took in each of our little creatures noticing little changes in their routines and letting me know. We came home to happy, well-cared for pets and a SPOTLESS home. I would be thrilled if Michal came to sit for us again!

It was a pleasure having Sam and Joe. We felt completely at ease from the start and came home to find our house spotless. They communicated well, we received regular updates and we saw our pup was in good hands. They arrived the night before our departure and went above and beyond by giving us a ride to the airport. My dogs and cat were very happy to have Bert in our home, and I'm very grateful to him for making them so happy! Bert spent a lot of time with me in a video call prior to the sit; I appreciated the chance to learn more about him and his past pet sitting experiences, and I also appreciated his taking the time to fully understand the situation at my house before committing to the sit. His questions during our conversation showed me that he was thinking ahead and that he was serious about wanting to give the best possible care to my animals. A good friend of mine who lives in my town helped me greet Bert when he arrived; this friend told me that Bert asked a lot of good questions and was very friendly and polite. Throughout the sit, Bert kept in touch with me, sending me photos of my babies and asking me any questions that came up. He even cared enough to ask about the locations of my dogs' and cat's toys. Due to the unusual circumstances of my trip, I never got to meet Bert in person, but in the photos he sent, I always saw very happy dogs and a very pleased cat. Two of my dogs are quite shy, and the photos of them crowding in close for Bert's attention and cuddles really warmed my heart. Because my local friend was not available on Bert's last day at my house, Bert was kind enough to stick around and make the time to be at my house to welcome my next sitter. I really appreciated his help in introducing her to my pets and showing her what she needed to know before he left. It was clear to me that with Bert, my animals and home were in very good hands, I am thankful for his good care, and I would happily welcome him back into my home with my pets whenever he next comes back to Taiwan.

Elizabeth was a fantastic houseitter from the first point of contact to the end of the sit. Elizabeth sent us wonderfully detailed daily updates and videos even over a busy Christmas period. We felt totally at ease on our holiday and could see our cat was very happy and in safe hands. Towards the end of the sit communication was extremely clear regarding her departure. It would be absolutely our pleasure for Elizabeth to return and look after Lumi again if she were available.

Sara and Krzysztof were one of the best pet sitters I ever had over! They were very communicative from the start and it was easy to set all the details.

I left for 1,5 months which was my longest time apart from my cat, but Sara and Krzysztof made it seamless and easy. They were sending updates every few days and I could see that my cat is having a great time. They followed all of my instructions with food etc, they played with my cat and gave him a lot of attention every day, so my cat felt like nothing changed at all!

The house was taken care of and everything was super clean. I would definetly recommend leaving your pet to this lovely couple!

PS. They even left me a gift of a mug with my cats photos on it! That was amazing!
