Carol
Carol and Alan’s home is beautiful, clean, comfortable and in a quiet community. As hosts, these two make you feel part of the family right away! As sitter you will enjoy your own suite with everything you need (Carol even asked what she could supply for my breakfast!) and an extremely comfortable bed! Zoe the kitty, is a real character - she actually talks! And not all the time either, just when you talk with her or she is walking you to her food bowl. She is an easy going and delightful companion who loves to play. Banksy the stunning parakeet seems happy to sing on and off all day! Even though I hope to return to this home at every opportunity, if you are invited, do not hesitate! Highly recommended!

We had a terrific experience, housesitting for Liz & Gage. They were very welcoming and gave us detailed instructions regarding the house and caring for their dog, Trebah. Trebah was a delightful dog, well behaved and a joy to walk. There are lots of lovely places to explore nearby and the house and garden were a pleasure to look after. We hope very much that we will be able to house-sit for them another time.

It was an absolute pleasure to house sit for Lynda and Jim. They are wonderful hosts and greeted us with warmth kindness and dinner. Sandy was lots of fun, and we loved taking him for walks in the surrounding areas. They have lots of lovely trails with beautiful scenery and Sandy absolutely loves digging in the snow! He also loved sitting on my lap listening to Zan play the piano every night. He's a very attentive dog and we thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to take care of him. Even when we got snowed in, we had lots of fun as their house is a true home offering a great atmosphere and fun entertainment. We're so grateful for the opportunity to have experienced life in your beautiful part of the world!🙏

I truly loved my stay with Finley at Rob and Julie's place. Their house is beautiful and Finley himself is a joy to spend time with. We explored nearby Totnes, which is a wonderfully quirky town and he was the toast of almost everyone we passed that day! We also took some long walks through the beautiful countryside surrounding the house. It was a perfect short sit! Can't recommend highly enough.
