Mikayla was a superb house/dog sitter for us for one full week. She was an excellent communicator, very quiet and tidy (respectful of the space) and best of all she quickly bonded with our big dog Mouse. She cheerfully took her for long walks and shared photo updates regularly. I highly recommend Mikayla.
A wonderful sit at Holly and family's home in Yorkshire. I met Holly on the day of the sit, she showed me around the lovely cottage, introduced me to Shnicks and gave me some great ideas for things to do in the area. The cottage is in an idyllic location, ideal for exploring the Yorkshire Dales with lots of lovely walks and just a few minutes from the beautiful village of Hawes with some great coffee shops, pubs and shops. Shnicks was a pleasure to sit for, very low maintenance and a very cute and cuddly character. He spent most evenings curled up on my lap. I had a great time at Holly's place and would highly recommend to future sitters. It would be my pleasure to return and hang out with Shnicks again! Thank you for having me.
Myree was great to talk to and really hospitable, even leaving me some things for my stay! The house is in a cute neighborhood near fields and parks with walking trails nearby. Maggie and Ralph are such easy cats and great cuddlers! Would definitely recommend a sit for Myree.
We are grateful for the opportunity to look after Ruby and Magog. Dee and Scott have a cozy, comfortable and welcoming home, we enjoyed outdoor patio and surrounding woods for early morning walk with Ruby. She is friendly, playful, obedient dog loves to play in the water. Had lots of fun and laughs playing a “fetch ball” game with her. Magog doesn’t require any special attention, make sure his food bowl is full, he is in and out through the cat door. We already miss them and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Thank you Dee and Scott.
We had a wonderful time looking after Harriet and Sean’s dogs. They were absolutely gorgeous! Well mannered and with great characters. The house is beautiful and we were welcomed with very clear instructions and a beautiful room! We so enjoyed exploring the South Downs with the dogs. We’d sit again for them in a heartbeat! Highly recommended sit.
We arrived at Joy and Spencer’s cottage and had a quick run through of what Xanthe and Gracie needed and their routine. Spencer took us out and showed us the start of the dogs two favourite walks which was really helpful, we enjoyed the walk behind the church the most. It was lovely to be able to go on walks straight from the house. We did also take them for a walk in the car and they were excellent. They both enjoy being off the lead and are great at coming back, they are also very well behaved on their leads too. Joy and Spencer’s home is super cosy and comfortable with beautiful views. Joy kept in touch via WhatsApp during our sit. Xanthe and Gracie are very loving and content dogs, we would be glad to take care of them again in the future.
If you get the chance to do this sit do not hesitate. Seamus and Finn are gorgeous dogs. Seamus is such a divo and likes to be the centre of attention, which was fine for us! Finn is a rescue dog and needs someone who can be gentle with him. We found him to be so friendly and enjoyed him 'talking' with us. Jim gave us such a fantastic welcome and even introduced us to some of his friends over dinner. His home is in a stunning location. We woke up each morning to the sunrise of mountains and our room had a gorgeous balcony with a view of the white washed village. The house has central heating and a log fire so it was lovely and cosy for the cooler nights. Thank you so much for choosing us to look after your dogs Jim.
