Bridget is a very grounded mature & smart woman with excellent communication who thoroughly listened and responded to not only my guidance but I returned to the most contented & happiest dogs who seemed to not have missed me one bit…. This is quite a feat as they are both young, demanding & one in particular is very hard to win over. Bridget asked all the right questions prior to the stay, she did a little trial walk with me before me leaving and it was very clear that she grasped the importance of outdoor safety & managed me two little terriers firmly & respectfully avoiding any outdoor triggers for them. She played with them with their toys , walked them plenty, comforted & cuddled them as a priority and ensured they had big beach runs everyday before a romantic evening stroll with them. I cannot believe my luck in finding Bridget. She was INCREDIBLY self-sufficient and knows how to find her way around an unfamiliar territory as well as dealing with my low pressure boiler fault whilst I was away. We have just returned to a beautifully tidy house, clean sheets and a happy dog! Annie and Natalie's quiet approach to our nervous rescue dog Minnie was well placed and we felt confident leaving her with this capable duo. They are excellent communicators and very easy to deal with - we were particularly impressed with their willingness to stay a bit longer when our return flight time changed.
