I had a fine sit at Kristin and Michael's place caring for Murray and Quincy. The cats were quite sweet and Quincy was a delightful bundle of energy which should be expected of a young kitten. All the details were clearly written down and communication was great. Nothing was lacking. Would certainly repeat the experience if the opportunity arose again.
Darcie and Missy were great companions for our week in July. Darcie is an affectionate Beagle who loves snuffling around the neighbourhood and was a very easy-going girl to look after - she’s very good at taking medication and was always perfectly behaved around other dogs. Missy pretty much took care of herself but gave us plenty of cat cuddles - though we suspect as bribery to let her out of the house. Nicola & David’s home was very clean, comfortable and low maintenance, a lovely place to cosy up and relax. It is a suburban house so having a car is advantageous but train and bus links to Darlington and beyond were all very close. It was a great place for us to use as a base to explore. We had great communication with our hosts before and during the sit and they’d left us a good, clear, instruction manual for our stay. They welcomed us with warmth and generosity which made for a positive experience, thoroughly recommended!
We had a wonderful short stay looking after Tinks in Jonathon’s cosy cottage! We were left with very clear instructions, Tinks was very easy to look after and a joy to cuddle and take on lovely long walks through the woodlands! The surrounding areas are absolutely beautiful and we saw some great views of Surrey, and enjoyed the local pubs on Jonathon’s recommendation. Thanks for having us!
It was an absolute joy & pleasure to look after Harvey & Kip as well their beautiful home! Murray & Kathryn was super helpful in showing me around the house, and they were a delight to chat to! Their home is in a superb & safe location with a beautiful park (on-leash) and huge school grounds (off-leash) nearby where Harvey & Kip could play around and enjoy some walkies! They are extremely easy-to-look-after doggies and playful - ecspecially Kip! .... also their swimming pool was a life saver during this summer time! Thank you Murray & Kathryn 🐕🐕
I enjoyed looking after Cato he is a very loving dog who was no trouble at all. Serena left necessary details so that it was a from start to finish very relaxing. The area is quiet and rural just perfect for chilling. My time passed too quickly really I hope to return. A stunning home with an amazing garden.
Claire was very easy to communicate with and because we couldn't get to the house before she left we managed to arrange everything by phone and video, this worked really well. When we arrived everything was as we expected and there was comprehensive information on both the house and local things to do etc. The guest bedroom was well equipped, had a very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The animals were easy to look after, Delilah the rabbit was especially friendly. The house was easy to find and well located with buses to Chester more or less outside the door. Overall we had a lovely visit.
