It was a pleasure having Sam and Joe. We felt completely at ease from the start and came home to find our house spotless. They communicated well, we received regular updates and we saw our pup was in good hands. They arrived the night before our departure and went above and beyond by giving us a ride to the airport. They are very easygoing and kind. They also took our pup to the beach on their day off, which she totally loved. Pup's happy, we're happy, everyone happy. Would definitely have them back!
I can only enthusiastically second all the compliments other house owners and pet parents have written about Cindy. She stayed in our house for four weeks taking care of our two cats. She kept us informed about things every couple of days (as requested) and sent along photos. There were no glitches of any kind and I felt really at ease knowing that there was a capable adult in charge at home. Cindy followed all my instructions to a T. Upon return the house was impeccable but better yet, the potted plants that required regular watering looked great. She did not lose a single one although I assured her she did not need to stress too much over them. In other words, she goes the extra mile. Only problem Is that she has by now acquired a vast clientele in the DC area and so there is a lot of competition for her presence! I will definitely check with her, and cross our fingers for luck, when our next trip comes around.
