Claire was warm and friendly and a great communicator with me. She was great with the dogs and often sent pictures. She got the dogs out for walks on and off leash and was great company for them! Claire was flexible when my flight ended up delayed due to a storm at home. She reassured me that all was well at home and with the dogs. Claire left my place clean and tidy! We would love to have Claire back to stay!
We had an absolutely delightful time looking after little Wicket. He is a beautifully natured, intelligent & energetic little dog who is well trained & very obedient, & now one of our very favourite THS pets! Michael & Julia’s home was also beautiful. Very comfortable, clean & well organised. We had a lovely ensuite bedroom with plenty of floor space for our large suitcases, & a beautiful comfortable bed. There is also a fabulous large kitchen with absolutely everything you need for preparing meals. M & J also have a beautiful large garden with plenty of lovely places to sit, & generous car parking within the property grounds. Highly recommended!
Aimee is an amazing young professional, a very friendly host and a strong personality. We really enjoyed this house-and petsitting experience of four weeks in Darwin. She is one of the first Aussies we met in this city, and so glad I (Lina) even had the opportunity to meet her before the house/petsitting period started, so everything was clear to me/us. The communication was great and Aimee answered all our questions anytime very quickly. She is lovely and always welcoming and supportive. Dusty and Boots were both very sweet and cuddly cats. It was lovely looking after both of them and playing with them during the day. We immediately fell in love with these two beautiful babies, and we were really sad to leave them. Dusty who is always following you step by step because he loves being surrounded by you and Boots who loves to sleep next to you or on you or who just wants to get challenged with the dry food in her playing area because it is so much fun. So, we are really looking forward to meeting them again in the future hopefully. The apartment is a beautiful safe place with a balcony. You only need about 5 minutes drive to Darwin City, if you don’t have an own car you still could catch the bus on the Stuart Highway, so amazing location, and just some minutes of walking to the Botanical Garden. We absolutely would recommend this place as well as Aimee as host.
Suki is the most adorable little dog you can imagine. Incredibly easygoing, lovable, and joyful at all times, this little ball of fur full of love will follow you everywhere in the house and sleep on your bed. She has been the best "colleague" for me, reminding me every day to take breaks to play, stroll in parks, and relax in cafes. In her own way, she will encourage you through long nap sessions, snuggled up against you. I was very sad to leave her, as she is so endearing. Vanessa and Griff, her humans, are absolutely lovely. They welcomed me into their home and made me feel at ease as if I were part of the family, and I truly thank them for that. Their home is a cozy nest, very comfortable, where you will feel at home right away. The neighborhood is a beautiful residential area, close to shops, near the center, and also near several large parks. In summary, everything was truly perfect, and I had an excellent stay in the company of Suki. If you have the chance to take care of her, give her a treat on my behalf and tell her she will always have a special place in my heart.
Zeus was a sweetheart! And Gianmarco was very welcoming and easy to communicate throughout the sit. A very comfortable sit in a nice, very walkable neighbourhood of San Francisco, with easy access to transportation options. I'd definitely recommend to other sitters.
Lovely little flat with lovely little bunnies Bentley and Bailey. They are really curious and cute babies, I could not stop looking at them! They enjoy their treats and veggies and at night they visited me in bed. Isabelle's flat is neat and tidy, well located 5min away from public transport and 10min away from shops, restaurants and subway. It has been a pleasure spending time with these sweet rabbits.
I would like to say thank you Jane for meeting me before the sit to go through everything. Also trusting us with your beautiful dogs and stunning home. Fig, Locket and Squabble are so cute, they all followed me, wherever I went. They have such different personalities. Francesca and David, were on hand if we needed anything as they live next door. That was reassuring. There is everything you would need in the house, especially the comfortable bed. I would recommend this house sit to anyone reading this. Lots of love Amanda, James and Max.
