Pet Sitters in Mirfield

Liz and her son looked after my cat, Sushi, for two nights in April 2024 while I was on a ship and mostly unavailable. I got regular updates on how Sushi was going, the house was left spotless, and Sushi was happy and clearly well looked-after when I got back. Liz even left us some lovely gifts from the UK and we all had dinner together on my return. Liz and her son are both very open, friendly and communicative, and I'd have no second thoughts about having them come and sit again.

Another 5 star sit from Carolyn & Andrew. Excellent communication before and during the sit. Wilf & Boo were, as always, very well cared for and happy and relaxed on our return. Carolyn very kindly cooked us a delicious supper when we got home. It was really lovely to see them again and we hope they can return to sit next year. Thanks so much Carolyn & Andrew.

Sam & Caitlin are wonderful , perfect house guests and dog carers .and are 100% reliable Lulu had a great time with a variety of city walks which kept her happy and even a few adventures to the countryside . I would love to have them visit again and I am absolutely sure that Lulu would give them a warm welcome too . Thank you

It was easy to organise with Tim, we came back to a clean house and a happy kitty and received regular updates during our trip.

Valentina and Gabriel and their two lovely children were fantastic house sitters. They were very helpful in agreeing a day's delay for my return. My dogs obviously loved them as my pointer cried for two days when they left! They also left my house spotless so I can not recommend them enough.

So Syd had the honour of being my very first sitter for my new home and pet, and I felt totally at ease leaving everything in his hands. I was able to meet up with him the evening before so I could show him the ropes, and he seemed to get into the routine pretty easily, as my cat Jamon is a very lovable and easy cat to care for. Syd was also very aware of the fact he needed a car for the duration of the sit, so I was glad he had no issues renting a car. He kept me up to date with any antics my cat was up to, and I am eternally grateful for all the care he provided. He even helped keep an eye on the germinating cat grass I had planted the day before. I would recommend Syd to anyone thinking about letting him into their home. Gracias Syd!!

Maïka was our saviour when we had to travel abroad at short notice to spend time with family - initially we were unsure about the length of our trip, but Maïka’s understanding, kindness, and flexibility allowed us to work out a plan so we could be away without worries. Maïka sent regular photo updates - we LOVED these, and they added to reassurance that our 2 cats were not only in safe hands, but were having lots of cuddles and interaction. We returned to 2 happy chappies and a clean home. We couldn’t recommend Maïka more, and will be forever thankful that she helped us out in challenging circumstances.

Chris and Gillian were fab house guests and pet parents whilst i was away. I came home to beautifully clean and tidy home, and a happy little cat. They were both responsive, communicative and respectful. Would have them sit again in a heartbeat!

Howard and Beverley are new to zeewoi but I'm sure they will be in great demand in the future. We had lunch together before we went away and it was a real pleasure to meet them and we felt reassured that our three cats and our home would be in the best possible hands. We came home to an immaculate home, three chilled cats and a sweet note of thanks with a box of chocolates. We do hope they will come again.

Evelyn is a lovely warm and caring person. She took the trouble to visit us twice before we went away and got to know the dogs and their routine. She looked after our house and our dogs for a week and we felt completely confident and at ease and more importantly the dogs were looked after with regular long walks and cuddles and games. Evelyn send us regular text and photo updates to ease our unnecessary worrying and the house was left in a lovely, clean and tidy condition when we returned. We would love to invite Evelyn back to look after our dogs again, it was a real pleasure to meet her. Thankyou Evelyn.

This is the third stay by Mike & Cassie and we couldn’t be happier. This time we weren’t able to do a handover but were confident in their ability to settle right in to Niska’s routine when they arrived. I received regular pictures and updates on how she was doing and she looked so happy all the time. The house was spotless too which is always a bonus on a return from holiday. Mike and Cassie will always be welcome, Niska clearly loves them which is good enough for me.

I honestly can't praise Paige and Andy enough, they have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We initially contacted Paige to see if they were available to look after our labrador Meg, after seeing their other amazing reviews. We set up a video call with them and then, as they were living in Leeds at the time, arranged a time for them to come and visit Meg and come for a walk with us prior to the sit. They were super organised, Paige took down loads of notes from our video call and then brought her notebook with her when they came to visit and it was clear from the minute they walked in how much they loved dogs and Meg was super comfortable with them straight away. The week before the sit my husband was in a bike accident overseas (I was to fly out later to meet him), during the week I was trying to get over to be with him earlier but was having trouble with the airlines and sorting flights, every day that week I was contacting Paige saying I was probably going, possibly going, can't go, probably will be going, she was so flexible and understanding with the to-ing and fro-ing and made such a difficult time easier, as I knew that if I did have to go at short notice then her and Andy would be able to look after Meg. During the sit they sent us loads of photos of what they were up to, they took Meg on some lovely dog walks, gave her loads of cuddles and lots of love and attention - pretty sure she was actually sad to see us come home. They also left the house much cleaner than they found it, everything was spotless and they had even stripped the bed which was so appreciated and left us with some delicious homemade banana bread. They also took care of our plants for us and everything looked very healthy on our return. I can't recommend them enough, they are honestly the most lovely couple and we would love to have them look after Meg any time we are away.
