Tilly was a lovely easy and cozy cat to look after. Did her outside walk/sleep in the morning and was really good company during the evenings. Sandra and Paul were really lovely hosts, inviting us to sit Tilly and their home and treat us with the utmost hospitality, thank you for that. The house is very comfortable in a quiet neighbourhood of Christchurch but just 15 minutes from downtown or other activities and has all required amenities. Sandra and Paul even let you use the fresh veggies and herbs from their garden. Thank you once again and we would definitely come back to sit again when the opportunity is there.
Hilary and Özgenc were super friendly and welcoming. The communication was great from the start and during the sit. They gave me an comprehensive handover and helped me with every question I had. The dogs liked me instantly, from the cats also Dusty and the Splodgy mother, shortly after also Jack. Only the Splodgy son and Gingy White were a bit shy. My biggest problem was not having enough hands to pet all of them sitting on the couch in the evening. I had no issues with walking the dogs. And the cats and chicken were not much work at all. Definitely a recommended housesitting opportunity.
Absolutely wonderful sit. Eden is such a delightful companion, so loving and friendly. She is a joy to walk too and very obedient. The chickens and rabbits were very easy to care for and the chickens provided delicious eggs. Lovely house and very interesting, beautiful area. We had some excellent meals out too. Angela was always available to answer any questions and we would love to come back if needed
I had a great time sitting Zoie and Bleu. Zoie was a bit timid and distrustful in the beginning because of her traumatic past but if you are patient enough to make her feel comfortable then you’ll see that she is the cutest and sweetest little thing ever. Bleu is super cuddly, he’ll end up all over you in the morning, he’s very playful. Him and Zoie have their playtime from time to time and it’s pretty funny the way they interact. I also appreciated that Christine was available to answer any questions I had at any moment. It was a pleasure sitting her home and her pets they are adorable.
Mina's place is a great house in a nice neighborhood of LA with a lovely backyard and pool. I loved hanging out with Michi & Frou who were great couch snugglers! Michi is a master guard dog but putting her bark collar on without having to use it calmed her down. Mina's place has all the basics and a very comfortable guest room, with ample free street parking. I was left thorough detailed instructions. Definitely recommend this sit! Thanks Mina for being a great host!
We had such a great experience with Bastille and Lima, they're adorable! Everything was as expected and described in the listing and welcome guide - Bastille would be with us cuddling all day from the first moment, and Lima needed some time to get closer but in the end they both slept in bed with us. They like to play with the toys. We had the amazing opportunity to take Bastille for a walk to the beach with incredible views on the Golden Gate Bridge, we all had so much fun there playing and running. Bastille is a good walker he runs pretty fast too, so pretty good for your excercise! The communication with Alexandra was perfect, we got a short video tour of the flat, where the pets' stuff is, before we arrived. During the sit, they would also reply promptly to our messages. The flat was very clean when we arrived. Gracias!
