We thoroughly enjoyed this sit in Holly’s traditional farmhouse in the beautiful Exe River Valley. Holly made us feel at ease from the minute we met her. We enjoyed a lovely dinner with Holly the night before she left. She showed us around her home and showed us how to administer both cats’ daily medication. Holly’s welcome guide was very thorough and her communication throughout the time she was away was great. Both cats are independent of one another. Jack vocalises his needs and within a day or two one knows exactly what he is asking for. Joss loves her daily brush and enjoyed spending the evening on the couch with us We loved being in Devon, particularly the area Holly lives in. The walks through the countryside are beautiful. We had the pleasure of caring for 7 of Jacky and Dave’s 11 English Springer Spaniels. That might sound like a lot of work but honestly it was not. The dogs know their routines - feeding for all twice a day, and very easily administered meds to a couple of them. There is a large fenced in yard for play, so no walking was necessary. Most time was spent just hanging out and lavishing love on these cuddle buddies. Jacky and Dave are great communicators. The house guide was super detailed. The surrounding area is gorgeous, and we were able to explore the places and activities they suggested. Overall a wonderful experience.
When I housesat for Karen, she had a mini-farm: 1 dog, 2 goats, and 2 chickens. At first, I thought it might be a lot of work. I was wrong. It's super easy and fun! The house is spacious and has an expansive view! Rocket, the dog, is extremely well behaved! A spectacular trailhead is two steps away from their driveway!
It was a pleasure to be at Jamie's house for a few days. He is very attentive and helpful. The dogs are very polite, loving and calm. They love to walk, play and like hugs. It was a pleasure to meet Clare, her family and dogs. The dogs are such cute lil characters with super personalities which was quite funny to see each day as they came around to me being their temporary human. They are super easy to look after, the home is super and close to shops. I honestly think we would be lost without Kelly and Rosie! They walk our two miniature Schnauzers regularly and we couldn't be happier with the service. They are incredibly reliable, considerate and genuinely care about Sophie and Hector. I wouldn't think twice about recommending them to anyone looking for puppy visits, dog walks or holiday care. They look after two when we are away for work or holiday and judging by the photos we get our dogs have a brilliant time with them! It's a relief to be able to leave our dogs with people we trust completely.
We could not be happier with the service that Kelly and Rosie have provided for our two Jack Russells. From puppy visits to daily dog walking and occasionally all day doggy daycare, Rosie and Kelly have been completely reliable and always flexible to our needs. It gives such great peace of mind knowing that they're being looked after and out having fun while we're at work all day. Kelly and Rosie have also been a much appreciated source of information and we've taken full advantage of such knowledgeable dog-owner expertise whenever we needed advice. Our girls love their daily walks with Kelly, Rosie and their little doggy group and will definitely miss them when we move!
Kelly, Rosie and Penny have been walking our gorgeous Betty (Jack Russell) for 2 years now, since she was 12 weeks old. They have been absolutely brilliant and reliable and Betty has loved going out with them. Through the early socialisation with other dogs, she's extremely playful and loves running around with her doggy friends. Kelly and co have also offered us lots of valuable advice regarding her training. Sadly Betty no longer walks with them as we have moved out of London but I would wholeheartedly recommend Mucky Paws to anyone wanting reliable, caring and fun walks for their dogs.
I could not recommend Mucky Paws highly enough!! They walk my two cocker spaniels daily & provide a friendly and reliable service. I think it can be very nerve-racking giving someone access to your home and asking them to look after your pets, but Kelly & Rosie have put me completely at ease and I know my boys are being looked after properly. They are even on hand to give me helpful advice should I ever need it. If you are searching for someone to look after your pets I would definitely recommend these ladies to you.
Our French Bulldog Boz could not be happier - he started with Muckypaws at 5 months old and spends half a day with Rosie . he has made so may friends and has become socialised and easy with other dogs very quickly. Rosie and Kelly provide a very caring and personal service and have a wealth of knowledge about behaviour and training. We also love the updates and the pictures of Boz posted on the website. very much recommended
Kelly and Rosie are fantastic at what they do, they take excellent care of my (high maintenance) dog when I'm at work and also when I'm away on holiday, I feel completely reassured leaving him with them. When my dog needs special care or medication, they are always super supportive and helpful. I'm so glad that we found them!
I can't recommend Rosie and Kelly highly enough. They've looked after Rafferty, our two-year-old Labradoodle, for 18 months now, and since the beginning, they have been professional, reliable, trustworthy and fantastic! I cannot recommend Kelly and Rosie highly enough. They have looked after our Cockapoo for almost a year now, since she was 5 months old, and I wish we had found them sooner. The service is invaluable to us, they are reliable, professional and understanding particularly as our work schedules change so no one week is that same for us, being able to book Orna in for a walk or day care knowing when we get home she'll be well excercised and looked after like their own gives us such peace of mind. We've also used their dog boarding service, the first time we left her they sent me little pics so I knew she was ok, I needn't have worried she was having a blast! We have one very happy dog and even happier owners!
Kelly and Rosie have been walking our dogs, Donnie and Arlo, for about two years now. During this time, our boys have blossomed into confident, happy, and very affectionate little guys and I credit MuckyPaws with that. When we leave for work in the morning, they're not anxious as they get lots of exercise and socialization and when we get home they're happy and relaxed. MuckyPaws have been absolutely excellent, and I look forward to our daily updates on how the boys are doing and the occasional picture of them out on their walk.

River absolutely loves her walks, doggy day care and occasional sleepover with Max. She patiently waits at window for Kiri to arrive and is so excited to see her. She obviously has a great day with her doggy friends and comes home to eat and have a good sleep. I cannot thank Kiri, Emile and boys enough as I have been unwell and they ensure River is well cared for. Highly rate Doggy Two Shoes. Milo loves going to daycare and can’t get through the door quick enough each morning! Kiri makes us feel completely at ease leaving Milo in her care, knowing he’s in safe hands and having the best time.

Louise was absolutely amazing looking after my horse while I was away on holiday. Sending me updates, making sure that everything was as it should be and treating Celtic as if he was her own! She checked on him daily in his field, groomed and made sure he had enough hay and had the right rugs on. I found myself not needing to worry about a thing, would highly recommend we love pets epsom

This was our first experience of home sitting for our 6 month old spaniel. It was important for us to have our dog still in her own home environment. Louise was excellent, sending us regular photo and video updates which reassured us our pup was having a great time without us! We would be very happy to use the service again and recommend to others
Our experience with Louise (at the Epsom branch) has been nothing short of exceptional! She provides an outstanding, well-organised service for our beloved doggie, Emily. The weekly walks with Tracy are affectionately termed her "adventure walks" by us, as Emily gets to explore some wonderful local areas and enjoys quality time with her paw pals. I know a lot of effort from Louise has gone into ensuring she has the right “group” for her which we are very grateful for too. We also receive all the videos and photos showcasing Emily's joyous adventures after each walk! Initially, I had reservations about boarding Emily due to her sensitive nature. However, Louise promptly alleviated my concerns by offering a pre-boarding visit and a trial night. It was reassuring to know that Michelle, whom we already knew from some of Emily's walks, oversees the boarding too. Michelle's familiarity with Emily ensures a seamless transition each time, and Emily adores the extended family atmosphere there, especially the children who regale her with their storybooks! Louise and the whole team provide a top-notch service. Emily's happiness and well-being are paramount in their care and I really recommend them.
I have been using We Love Pets Epsom for over 2 years and I posted my first review after 5 months of weekly walks with my dog Max. The review has held true every week since. Max was collected on time, he had the best social time with the other dogs being walked. He was returned with his tail wagging and paws cleaned when necessary. The walkers were always polite and enthusiastic. A fabulous, helpful and professional team. I absolutely loved receiving photos of the walk later that day. I can't speak highly enough.
We had a phenomenal experience with Louise who runs this branch of We Love Pets. Louise helped look after our puppy Belgian Malinois who is active and headstrong. Not only did she take the time to get to know him, she also went above and beyond to help maintain the training we were doing with him when she took him out for walks. The care, patience and love she showed him has helped him become affectionate and cuddly as a young adult dog. Our dog really bonded with Louise over the time she worked with us. The service she provides is exceptional, I highly recommend this company and Louise in particular.

VIP's service was absolutely perfect and so organised... from correspondence to paperwork/ invoicing ..... EVERYTHING ! As for our petsitter, Giovanna ! She was wonderful ..... we met her a couple of months before our trip .... then once more to hand over keys etc. just a day before our holiday. She sent us photos, updates and texts while we were away. In short we were on holiday knowing our two cats were taken care of VERY well and we didn't have to worry about ANYTHING ...... not just the cats .... the house too. We would DEFINITELY be using VIP's again for future holidays and hopefully Giovanna can look after our cats again. VIP's .... AND Giovanna ...... thank you so so much.
They did a great job in finding a pet sitter (Alan) for my Cockatiel (bird) who visited, fed and socialised with him whilst I was away for a short period. Alan did a great job and would certainly trust him again. Recommend to communicate with VIP by email when booking as I couldn't get hold of the office at all via phone. Email correspondence was good and prompt.
I absolutely love Very Important Pets! I have used their in-home cat sitting service many times, and I just couldn’t be happier with the warm, expert care the sitters provide for my two cats. Booking is very easy, and the sitters are extremely trustworthy and professional. One we booked has been with VIPs for a decade! They also go above and beyond to ensure that you know what’s going on with your pets when you’re away. For our pets, VIPs is a major improvement over even the best cat boarding facilities; the cats are much happier to stay in their home and to stick to their routine. I’m a first-time cat owner and often feel that the sitters we’ve had, Catherine and Tracy, know more about cat behavior and care than I do, which is actually great. I always come home to two happy, healthy, well-brushed cats who seem surprised that I’m back to harass them.
This is an excellent service for those living in the London area. We are located in South Kensington with two Dalmatians — large dogs that need specialized care. As a result, traditional boarding in or outside London is either unavailable or inconvenient for us, and we were searching for a reliable and vetted service that could make us feel secure that our dogs were well taken care of while we were away. Isabel (our sitter) with VIP Pets was wonderful, as was the administrative service. They are prompt, thorough, and obliging, and we very much enjoyed our experience with them. Would recommend!
Very Important Pets and Chelsea, the pet sitter/feeder, were both absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process of registering, signing up, booking the visits and then having my two cats looked after whilst I was away. Chelsea visited every morning and evening to feed them (having spent time with me before our holiday to meet them and learn about their routine). When visiting she spent time with them, giving them attention and affection, and she sent me updates and pictures whilst I was away. It was so reassuring knowing that they were being cared for and that they were doing well. It was also reassuring knowing the Very Important Pets had done the work to check Chelsea's background and that they have the requisite insurances, etc. The whole outfit was professional and easy. I can't recommend them highly enough and we will definitely be using them again.
We had been let down by other cat sitters in the past. Very Important Pets was recommended by our vet and we cannot thank her enough. The cat sitter sent updates via WhatsApp during our holiday so we didn’t have to worry about our cats, and she also kept our house tidy. We will be contacting VIP whenever we plan to go away.

Before we confirmed the booking, the cat sitter came over for an introduction. Then, whilst we were away, she sent us frequent updates with photos which was great and reassuring that everything is fine. Our Golden is fairly large, full of energy and can not keep away from water - this only seems to make Andrea’s team love Sunny even more. Brilliant communication and dog walking expertise puts us at ease everyday. Dogs are walked individually, at times dogs may be paired up with one other like minded friend and walker. No pack walks. Many photo and video updates are constantly sent for each walk, which only makes us feel more at ease. Sunny has such a brilliant time, is always excited to see any of the team, and comes home ready for a nap. I was anxious to return to work and leave Sunny however, there was no need to worry thanks to Andrea and the whole team. I can not recommend this team more.
We have used We Love Pets for walking our dog for the last two and a half years. Our dog absolutely loves everyone and his walks. We get photos of every walk so we can see how he’s getting on. Each dog walker only walks one or two dogs, but they meet at the park so that the dogs can socialise and play together. They are all so caring, I can’t recommend them enough.
Andrea and her team are brilliant. The service is professional but also really personal. We have complete trust in all of the lovely walkers that take our dogs out. The booking system is really straight forward and it is flexible and fits in with our schedules. You get loads of photos from each walk showing what a good time they’re having. Andrea has also looked after our dogs (and our house!) when we’ve been on holiday and it gave us so much peace of mind. She really loves the animals and I really can’t recommend her service enough… 5 stars!!!
