Julia did an amazing job looking after Sammy for the week. He was very happy and relaxed when I arrived home. Julia was great at communicating any issues and concerns with her stay before hand and as they arose which made things very easy. She also gave regular update on Sammy which was nice. She left the house in a better condition to when she arrived. Sammy and I would be happy to have Julia sit for us again in the future.

Vanessa was great looking after our dog. She was very responsive to messages, kept us up to date whilst we were away and we came back to a clean home which was great. We could tell Vanessa looked after our dog as we would and showed a lot of love and attention. We would 100% recommend Vanessa to anyone and would love for her to stay again.

Lina and Caitlin took great care of our fur babies and kept the house tidy while also making themselves at home and feeling comfortable to relax and enjoy the city. They were very reliable and sweet.

Pre-arrival - good communication via WhatsApp. Continuous communication throughout their stay. Both Chiara and Dennis are honest and trustworthy They did some maintenance work on our gazebo for us whilst we were away and also topped up the pool and chlorine levels. There was a problem with the internet provider whilst they were here and they contacted the helpline and initiated some work on the problem and kept us updated with the progress. We came home to a tidy house with most things replaced and cleaned after use. Our cats were well looked after during their stay. Sultan had an open sore on his neck which they reported and asked if there was anything they could do. Sultan and Mitzi were brushed and, well fed and their food bowls had been cleaned and topped up. Over the 2 weeks we received 5 reassuring updates and pictures. Chiara and Dennis are kind, caring people who took their pet responsibilities very seriously. .

I am so grateful that Dounia came to take care of our house and fur babies. We had an emergency medical situation right before we left, and Dounia came to the vet with us, and faithfully followed up with the injured paw so our kitty was back to health when we returned home. She loved our cats like they were her own, sent us updates, and let us know if anything was happening at the house. I look forward to hosting her again!!

Olga was with us for the weekend and established remarkably high expectations for our future pet sitters 😊 I had to delay our departure because of a work emergency. When the situation was resolved and I was finally prepared to leave, I discovered Olga reading in the living room with Spice sleeping next to her, which was a truly heartwarming sight. Olga took Spice on long walks, in fact, I don't believe she ever left the house without him. One day, she walked Spice for 7 kilometers, and the day after , she took him to a dog-friendly café and treated him to a dog-friendly ice cream. Olga even purchased treats for Spice to enjoy later. She even took pictures of Spice and left them as a surprise on the fridge! I cannot praise Olga highly enough. She is a delightful person, easy going, great talking to and we are honestly can't wait having her sit for us again.

Isabel and Till were excellent with all my pets and spent much time walking them and entertaining them at home. They took extra care of Tiga our little dog by taking him to the vet, when he was injured, they had a few challenges and handled them so well. They are both so kind and caring and I feel so grateful they were looking after my pets and home while I was away. They communicated well and sent pictures while I was away. They were superb house sitters taking good care of my many pets. I hope they will come house sit and stay in Plettenberg Bay again.

We loved Marjana, she was by far the most wonderful, responsible, caring sitter we have ever had. She took great care of our two dogs and cat, with great attention to all instructions (there were many, spanning from special diets to medications to the care of an elderly and crotchety blind dog), and gave them unlimited attention and love. Marjana was also an amazing house sitter and took care of all our plants during a severe heat wave, kept the house clean and in perfect order. What was most amazing was the level of dedication to making sure that the pets were happy and cared for at all times. We also received regular updates and pictures and our time away was completely worry-free. I sincerely hope we get to have Marjana over again as we could not do better. We were so lucky to have found her.

Hugo and Mila looked after our dogs and house wonderfully. They were prompt on arrival and the dogs had been well looked after. They were polite and kept us updated with photos of the dogs. I would definitely recommend them. Laura

We have only a lot of positive praise for Maria. Maria stayed with Jazzy for three weeks and looked after her brilliantly. She and Jazzy bonded straight away. Went for a first walk straight away, with no hesitation on either side. Maria's friendly personality and subtle confidence put Jazzy at ease. Photos and videos sent to us showed Jazzy being really happy and wonderfully content. Her skin, which is her main issue with eczema, was well managed by Maria with medicated ointments and creams plus regular supplements to add to food for joints and skin. Jazzy even got a lovely bath. Our house was clean and tidy on our arrival. It's been delightful and comforting to know that Jazzy was left in such capable hands, and we would gladly welcome Maria again.

Laura and Paul stayed with Choco🐶 for 10 days, and I truly can’t recommend them enough! They took exceptional care of Choco, giving him long daily walks, playing with him, and making sure he had everything he needed. In addition to that, I have several large plants that they looked after beautifully and they even helped me with shipping for my small e-commerce business during their stay 💖 It was clear they genuinely enjoyed their time with Choco and formed a great bond with him—everything felt natural and easy. When I returned, the apartment was spotless, and they had even left fresh flowers for the house, which was such a lovely touch. I’ve had several sitters before, but I don’t think I’ve ever had a better homecoming than with Laura and Paul! I would welcome them back without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of amazing house and pet sitters!🫶
