Myself and my dog absolutely adore K9 Crush! She’s been to other daycares but this one is by far the best. The dogs get to spend time outside on an acre of land with room to play, shade, beds, pools and great staff! They have a climate controlled building as well for hot or cold days. I have a high energy standard poodle and she is so excited to go to daycare in the morning and see all her friends! When I pick her up in the evening she eats dinner and is asleep for the night 10 minutes afterwards! She is a very satisfied customer and so am I!!

Simply put, this is the BEST doggie daycare/boarding around. My dog has been going to K9 Crush since she was 2-3 months old (4 years now). K9 Crush allowed my dog to socialize with other animals and people, resulting in her being very well behaved around others. She wants to meet and sniff every dog we come across on our walks. They trained the bad habit of wanting to guard the door out of her. They teach the dogs good behavior and discipline. Whenever she gets home after a day at K9 Crush, she is absolutely exhausted, so I know she had a nice full day of exercise, chasing squirrels and playing around with her pack. You can tell they really pay attention to each dog, because any change or issue I notice, they notice immediately as well, and are very good about communicating it to me. For boarding, instead of locking the dogs up in kennels at night, they allow them to sleep on dog beds in the same room, and there is staff always present for supervision, which I think is a far superior approach to what a lot of other places do. After day care and boarding, my dog does not want to leave, so I know she loves her time at K9 Crush. When I am out of town, it gives me great comfort to know she is in great hands with people who love dogs just as much as I do, if not more. K9 Crush has become a second home and a second family for my dog, and there is no one else I would trust my dog with. Tim is a life long dog owner, and dog lover. He is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable, and its obvious that he is passing that knowledge onto his staff as well. K9 Crush is a blessing. Tim, Lexi and everyone else, you guys are wonderful. I have been taking my dog here for almost a year and we both would give K9 Crush 6 stars if we could. Tim, Ashley, and Lexi all show excellent care for my pup. It’s clear they do a great job because my dog always excitedly runs to them with her tail wagging when I drop her off. They have been very accommodating to us, are very knowledgeable about dogs generally, and provide the perfect environment for dogs to be dogs. My dog Lila and I LOVE K9 Crush! I love that they have a huge outdoor area unlike other options in town- the dogs have plenty of space and freedom to explore, play, and relax. I love that they have both daycare and boarding available, so Lila can be in the same comfortable environment with the same trusted people no matter our care needs. And Lila truly loves going here more than anything in the world! Tim and Lexi are the best and I’m so glad we found this gem!

Highly recommend! Tim is super knowledgeable about dogs and very helpful. Also very responsive to emails. We were looking for a kennel free daycare and boarding. Our dog has a great time playing and socializing. There’s plenty of space indoors and outdoors. Just wish we live closer so we can come more often!

Where to even begin with how AMAZING K9 Crush is? We've been going there now for almost 2 years and my two labs (ages 2 and 12) both love it there. Tim, Lexi & team know every dog's personality & needs, and take such good individual care of them. The facilities are awesome, with two huge outdoor play spaces (one with turf so no muddy dogs!) and the best indoor areas, with a new porch, plenty of cozy spots for the dogs to hang out with each other. It is like Montessori-play based daycare but for your dog! It truly makes all of our hearts smile!

I cannot recommend K9 crush enough!! I took several tours of other dog daycare and boarding facilities in the area and K9 crush blew me away. The entire staff has been so patient with my little rescue pup and love on him all day exactly as I would if I were home with him. He comes home tired and happy every single time. They treat all dogs as individuals and accept each one for their unique quirks and personalities. I do not have to worry anymore at work if he is ok now that I have found Tim and his staff who are all wonderful. The dogs have the option to play in a huge outdoor area or take a little snooze whenever they please - kennel free!! Now that he is getting proper exercise at daycare, many of his little puppy behavior problems have disappeared at home. Thank you to the entire staff for welcoming my Wallie into your K9 crush family and taking such good care of him.

You will love this place as much as your dogs do! The dogs play all day long outside in a huge play area with a large privacy fence (one of my dogs is a fence jumper). Tim has a large, well-heated outdoor shelter area if the pups want to warm up, relax or just sleep. Tim personally interacts with the dogs all day long, and gets to learn each and every dog's personality. My dogs go absolutely nuts in the car as we get close to Tim's place so much so, that I have had to open the door and let them jump out over me! They are greeted by all the other dogs and Tim once inside the gates! As for boarding...it doesn't get any better. It is the next best thing to having a friend dog sit your pups at your home. They get to sleep in Tim's home on any of the dog beds laid out. They aren't locked inside of a small kennel inside of a building with no human interaction. It doesn't get any better than this. Since I discovered Dog Gone Walkers, I have absolutely no need to take them anywhere else.

My puppy has been going to Tim's day care for a few months now. It is no exaggeration when I say during Thanksgiving, I was feeling most thankful for having heard about Dog Gone Walkers through a coworker. Not only do I know that every time my dog goes to this day care, she is going to burn out all her energy and socialize with plenty of other dogs, I know that she will be safe and cared after the entire time. Tim and his crew do an exceptional job looking after the dogs and making sure they all play well together. More than that, Tim does seem to give them some behavioral rules to follow around the day care. My dog now has brought home good habits that I am pretty sure she has picked up at the day care. Overall she has just been a more respectful puppy at the house, like she now knows she is not the queen of the world. The price of the day care is very reasonable. By far probably the best investment I have made for my dog! I highly recommend. If for nothing else, at least for the unmatched socialization. My dog wants to go greet every dog she sees at the park now thinking each one is going to be a play buddy. If I have a single complaint, its that I am no longer my dog's favorite. She loooooooooves Tim, and is so excited to go to the day care whenever we get into the car. Truly unmatched value and service in the area.

Tim is the absolute best!! He goes way beyond anything I could have expected for a dog day care. I have never felt concerned about leaving my dog there. You can tell he has a genuine affection for dogs and knows how to handle a pack. I have a almost three year old German Shepard who in my experience with is impossible to wear out. But every time I have brought my dog home she is always tired from a full day of fun. Tim has a great set up for dogs that enjoy being social and require lots of play time and exercise. He is also very flexible on drop off and pickup times. I highly recommend this place. Your hound will love you for it too.

Dog Gone Walkers is the best place to care for your pet! Tim is great with connecting with every dog that he boards. All dogs are treated like family and have access to everything that will make them feel at home (and more). Boarding was so great, I will now be taking my dog here for day care sometimes just because I know she loves it. Dog Gone Walkers will even come to your home to care for your pet! Tim and his team are the best! They are reliable, kind, patient, and flexible. Our rescue pup isn't always sure about people, but she LOVES her walks and is always so excited to get to daycare. We are so happy that they can offer boarding because it's hard to imagine feeling good about leaving her with anyone else. We really cannot recommend Tim and his crew strongly enough.

I have been bringing my pup to Dog Gone Walkers since she was about 3/4 months old and it was the best decision I ever made. She lacked in her “puppy manners” but after one day of daycare she was a completely new pup, and learned how to act around other dogs. I couldn’t have been happier. Tim is great at keeping me updated, especially during my pup’s first week of daycare, as a first time dog owner, I was a worried mess. Tim is friendly, professional, and always gives updates on how my pup’s day was at daycare and who she played with, which I enjoy. Overall, I am very happy with Dog Gone Walkers and will continue to send my pup here as every time she sees where she is, she cannot wait to get out of the car and run to say hello to Tim and play with her pup friends.

My deaf rescue has been going to Tim’s daycare twice weekly for 9 months now. Tim has taken the extra time to help my Great Dane fit in and learn the ropes — especially important for a deaf dog. Tim is very good about knowing the personalities of the dogs in his care and making sure their best comes out. Tim’s daycare is like Disneyland for dogs and the outdoor space is expansive — much larger than other daycares in Madison. There is plenty of space for pups to romp and play, and then take a snooze in the sun. My big guy comes home happy and tired every time. I am thrilled and grateful that Dog Gone Walkers exists and that Tim and his staff work so hard to make it a stimulating, safe and fun place for dogs. I highly recommend Dog Gone Walkers.

Joey absolutely loves going to daycare here. She has some serious separation anxiety but warmed up to Tim very quickly after just a couple times of going to daycare. Tim and the staff have a clear passion for the dogs and are very attentive to them all. They have a great facility for the dogs to roam and play all day. Joey is always wiped after a day of daycare, you will not be disappointed!

We took our golden terrier mix Riley here all the time and he always had a great time! He would always start pulling us relentlessly once he realized he was at Tim's. Tim and his team do a great job of watching all of the dogs at all times, they really do care for all of them. There is a huge outdoor space for Riley to run around and play with other dogs, he would always come home needing a very long nap (and occasionally a bath too). Unfortunately we had to move and we haven't found another daycare that we love as much as Tim's. We really do miss Tim's, and I know Riley does too!

Paw Pals has been heaven sent. I have a super high energy dog. I joke that she has more energy than a power plant. The team has been amazing at helping me get her wiggles out. The long walks they take her on, helps her relax at night, which helps me relax at night. I wish I would have contacted them sooner. I am very happy with the service! I highly recommend it.

Paw Pals is fantastic!! Natalie look care of my dog over a weekend while I was out of town, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her service. She gave me timely updates and pictures, and I felt good knowing that my pup was getting such great care. I recommend them to everyone and will be using them again in the future!!

Hands down the best pet sitting experience!! We had Paw Pals take care of our 2 cats while out of town for two weeks. Each day we received a long, detailed (and humorous) message from Brittany on how our cats were doing, along with pictures/videos. By reading her messages, I could tell right away that she really spent the time getting to know our cats, which put me at ease. Brittany was super patient with our one cat who was very shy, and by the end of the two weeks had become best buds! I will be recommending Paw Pals to anyone and everyone for pet sitting needs!

Ryan and his crew did an awesome job taking care of our dog Rusty while we were away for a few days. They kept us updated throughout, the communication was great. Our dog was fed and taken cared of. The house was clean and secured when we returned. Highly recommend!

I love having Paw Pals look after the cats! Ryan and Brittany are both fantastic caretakers for them and provide super thorough and fun daily updates with pictures and stories. The cats love them, even though they can be shy around strangers. They’re also great about grabbing the mail, scooping the litter, and generally making sure everything’s in order.

I used Paw Pals for the first time over this past Christmas/New Year's holiday for my cat. In the past I have relied on a combination of asking my friends/co-workers or have relied on pet sitting app (Rover). I always feel like a burden asking my friends to watch my cat because he is young and playful and loves attention from people much like a dog does. After a not-so-great experience with using the Rover app, I was looking for a local company with experience and came across Paw Pals. I'm so glad I did! Ryan was easy to work with in setting up my account and scheduling a meet and greet. Luna and Sara gave my cat excellent care and provided me with detailed updates and pictures daily. I always feel incredibly guilty leaving my cat even for a little while and Paw Pals reassured me that he was in good hands for the week that I was away. I look forward to working with Paw Pals for my next vacation and highly recommend them for anyone needing pet sitting services!

If I could leave them 10 stars, I would! They were reasonably priced, friendly, quick to respond, and did such a good job of taking care of our two cats (who require two different kinds of food and meds). Brittany gave us awesome updates while we were away after each visit that included pics of the kitties and a good sized update each day on how they were doing, how much they ate, etc. She also brought in packages for us while we were away. I am so happy with the service and we’ll definitely be using them again the next time we’re out of town!

Ryan did an amazing job taking care of my cat. I had a few special instructions and he followed them perfectly. My cat also really liked him right away and cats are the best judge of character. Definitely will be booking more visits with him!

We've used PawPals for dog-walking services for nearly a year now. Ryan took extra time and was super patient in giving our somewhat anxious puppy time to get to know him. After a few trial visits, Bear completely accepted him as part of the family and now loves it when we have Ryan come over for mid-day dog walks when we're away for long working days. Ryan is great about communication and documenting his visits, including pictures and occasional movies. Highly recommended!

We have trusted our dogs care to Luna Pet Resort for several years now. We always feel they are extremely well taken care of while we are away. And we love the photo updates we receive throughout their stay! The owners are always very communicative about our dogs and let us know if there were any concerns or bright spots to their stay. And our dogs come home tired so we know they had a great time! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to board their dogs.

Love Luna Pet Resort! We've tried a few places in the area but I feel like they provide the best play time for our dog and the staff is way more personable than other boarding places. I never worry about our dog when she stays with them, and she's super tuckered out when I pick her up so I know she had a fun time ☺️

We boarded our dog, Sophie, for a weekend while we went out of town. The staff were all incredibly great and treated Sophie with the care she needed. Our pupper can be an anxious one when put in new situations. The staff communicated with us about giving her her own space and sent us pictures. Sophie looked so happy and we will definitely be using Luna Pet Resort in the future! They also have lots of add ons to make your pet's stay even more comfy, such as snacks and care packages. We added a bath for our dog's stay and she was both happy and clean when we picked her up!

I brought my puppy to Luna Pet Resort for her first sleepover last night and she loved it. I was nervous about letting anyone else care for her (since she’s my baby!), but they made me feel confident that she was in good hands. She got hours of play time with new friends, a big room with a comfy sofa to herself, and lots of love from the staff. When I came to pick her up, she looked so happy and at home at Luna.

Winnie goes absolutely CRAZY for Luna! As soon as we pull into the parking lot, she couldn’t care less about us, she just wants to get inside and see her friends! Clearly she is well taken care of during her overnight visits to have so much excitement to return each time. We love that we can have photo updates sent to us during her stay and we love that we always get a tired pup for a day or two after she’s there. We would highly recommend Luna to anyone needing dog care in the Madison area.

I have been very happy with Luna Pet Resort. Cali is an anxious dog so it is great that she can have a nice room away from the commotion. She also doesn't always do the best with other dogs and they take the time to figure out which dogs she would interact well with. They even offered to have someone sit with her while she eats to make sure she actually eats. I appreciate getting a couple of photos of her stay.

We love Luna Pet Resort. I’ve had several dogs stay here. My senior dog was well-cared for and spoiled but has since passed away. Our new puppy is almost a year old now and has been with Luna since 4-months old. She and we LOVE the resort. She is well cared for and loves her “vacations”. The staff is loving and the owners are the biggest dog fans I’ve ever met. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our little girl.

Words cannot describe how much I truly love Luna Pet Resort!! 👌 A friend of mine who lived in Waunakee told me about Luna so we setup a time to come take a tour of the facility. Immediately I was impressed with how much it didn't look like a typical kennel. The rooms looked like rooms in a home. The dogs instantly felt comfortable walking around and absolute loved everyone - and so did I! As we departed for our trip I felt completely at ease about leaving our little furry loved ones. I also received daily updates on how they were doing - which I loved! Also during their stay they received complimentary baths and their belongings were cleaned. When we picked them up we were greeted by everyone who came to see them off. Everyone at Luna really treated us like family and I would recommend them to anyone. 💙🐶🎉

LPR has taken great care of our fur baby for us. They send us daily updates while we’re gone so we know how she’s doing. They even checked in on Bella when they heard she was sick. The staff members are friendly and the resort is always nice and clean.

Paws and Claws are amazing. My beloved kitties love visits from them, and since we travel a fair bit it makes me feel so much more happy knowing they are well taken care of. I trust them and can’t recommend them highly enough!

We've used Paws and Claws since 2019 and LOVE their services. Their scheduling software is quick and easy to use, making trip planning easy. And when we're away we love getting the daily email messages and "proof of life" photos. It's clear their staff really care about animals and we love that we have "regulars" who have built a rapport with our cats - even our shy girl comes out for pets and play when they visit.

Paws and Claws has been our go-to petsitter for over 8 years, through multiple cats and moves. They've always provided excellent care (even to our medically needy cats) and communicated promptly with any concerns. I appreciate that they take time to send cute photos and do other small tasks like bringing in packages that we forgot were being delivered. I will never use another service if I can help it!

They work hard to get to know you and your pets. They're very good about keeping up to date on changing circumstances and needs and respond quickly to portal messages. Scheduling and payments are very easy online. I trust paws and Claws with my fur baby and my home. Highly recommend!

I have used Paws and Claws for many years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fur babies. They treat my pup Petey like he’s their own. I LOVE the photo updates I get from Liz when she stays with him. They also make sure my ancient kitty Lily gets all her meds and is well taken care of. Really appreciate all they do.

Dublin, our doodle, has been going to Central Bark for over 3 years. The staff always answers my questions. Dublin looks beautiful when she comes out and smells like lavender or vanilla. They know her and treat her like their own dog. Sometimes we get the special package which includes a theme bandana, scent, and a treat. We highly recommend Central Bark 🐾

We love taking our pup Hattie to Central Bark. We’ve had previous experiences with other doggy daycare where she refused to get out of the car when she arrived - but not Central Bark. She’s excited to see her favorite dogs and people. It’s also so nice to be able to board her somewhere she’s familiar with since she comes weekly for daycare. Thank you to the staff for taking such great care of our girl.

We’ve tried a few other daycares over the years. Central Bark in Madison is by far the best! The staff are always friendly, responsive and accommodating. Our two dogs really look forward to their weekly visits. Groomer does a wonderful job bathing, brushing teeth and nail trims. And we’ve had a good experience with boarding. The one stop shop combined with the fantastic staff make this an overall great pick! I highly recommend.

Overall, I am very pleased with the grooming at Central Bark on the east side. My dog, Arthur, has been going to Central Bark for grooming for two years. The quality of the groomer can vary, but they are all pretty good for the most part. The groomer who cut Arthur’s hair today did a great job. The staff at Central Bark are really nice and helpful. It’s clear that they love dogs and enjoy working with them. I do not worry about Arthur while he is in their care. And most importantly, Central Bark carries Arthur’s chewy of choice!

Our little guy, Tornado, has gone here for daycare for years and has stayed overnight for a few weeks when we traveled. I don't think there are better hands we can leave him in. They are all so great with him, that even when we are gone for a long time he doesn't seem to be phased because he's having so much fun. The team is incredibly great with the pups and they post pictures and report cards often so you know how much fun your pet is having and aren't worried about them. It is also beyond convenient that they offer grooming services and have my pups favorite food in stock in their store so it is a one stop shop. I really appreciate all the great, friendly, and considerate staff here and I know Tornado does too since every time we say "daycare" his tail wags uncontrollably and he runs to the door. Thanks for all you do!

We absolutely love Central Bark! Handlers are amazing with our dog - we can tell he gets as much love as when he’s at home. We’ve been very happy over the past year with daycare, boarding, grooming, and the trainers (Dog’s Best Friend) that offer classes at this location. Love that they notice what we’re working on with him (sitting before going through a door, not jumping) and practice it with him on the way in and out of daycare. Truly don’t think Bogey could be in better hands - thank you all! ❤️

I had an amazing first experience with Central Bark as a Stay n Play! My usual boarding location was all booked up and Central Bark was able to reserve a spot for Missy (despite her being a new pup) with their Stay n Play program. We had lots of updates and pictures and even got a report card for her!! They did not hesitate to reach out when they had a concern and were extremely friendly at drop off and pick up. We will definitely visit them again!!

Staff is really great! I have used other local doggy daycares, and Central Bark is way above the rest. My pup LOVES it there, and they have so many caring staff. They also offer all of the services I want, including grooming. It’s great to be able to go for a one stop shop.

I LOVE Central Bark! So does my puppers Sumo! He gets so excited when I ask if he wants to go to daycare. He runs towards the door and barks at me if I'm not moving fast enough! They take great care of all of the dogs, and they are so kind and fun! Sumo just loves all the staff and all his friends he has made! <3 I mean... just look at that smile!

My dogs love coming here! I like to bring them here if I have after work plans, then they aren’t alone all day and after work. I also bring them here if the management company needs to enter my apartment when I’m at work. Very nice staff!

I have been bringing my senior rescue dog here weekly for almost a year and have been so pleased and impressed. As a rescue, he had little prior experience with socialization and was often intimidated by strange dogs and people. The staff was very patient and understanding, and as he attended I saw him become more confident and happy out on walks and in the world. He gets so excited every time I drop him off and runs to meet the employees, who are all super kind. I am always happy and confident to leave my dog here. Thank you so much!

The staffs are always nice and sweet people. We feel safe to bring our dog. I'm using their service for 6yrs now. Every time we get close to the dog haus univ, our dog cries and he can't wait to get in there!!

Our puppy loves Dog Haus and is so excited when we drop him off. He is also very tired and happy when we pick him up. The staff are wonderful and loving towards the dogs.

Very friendly staff, my dog loves it there (always pulling ahead once he realizes where we're going), and the prices are decent too (if you get the month package, they're the lowest prices in town). We have a rescue pup who missed out on a lot of key socialization before we adopted him and had some security issues with other dogs. I talked to a lot of different day cares in town and most of them said, "Sorry, day care probably just won't work for your dog." Since he's still a puppy, I was not willing to give up so easily on getting him socialization and play with other dogs. Dog Haus University said they had worked with tons of dogs just like ours, and that they pride themselves on not just giving dogs a place to play, but teaching them how to play and interact with other dogs. We are SO glad we brought our dog here and SO thankful for the effort they put into helping dogs that other day cares won't work with. Our dog loves going to day care and is getting more and more confident around other dogs outside of day care. He used to have an issue with growling at any dog who tried to approach him, and between some training and his time at day care, that has stopped and he is beginning to even act interested in being friends with other dogs! On top of that, they're super friendly and went above and beyond to get our pup into more days on their schedule. Couldn't recommend them more!

Our mini poodle, Bunny, has been going to North Paw weekly for several months now. I can't overstate how wonderful this facility is. Laura, the owner, is very hands on day to day and is also very careful and thorough with her interview process to make sure each dog is a great fit for the environment (for their own safety as well as that of all the other dogs and humans). Our pup is more excited than I have ever seen her when pulling into the parking lot at North Paw and quite literally drags me through the door. She can't get there fast enough! We love seeing pictures of her happily running around and playing with her friends. The amount of transparency Laura and her team have is very reassuring to a pet parent who has had some less safe-feeling experiences with pet carers in the past. I truly believe that every employee treats each dog with the same level of love and care as they would their own pet. I'm thrilled we have a place like this in Madison and hope our dog gets to come here the rest of her hopefully very long life! My name is Cosmo and I am a little at North Paw. Laura and her staff are like a second family to me. I have been going to daycare there for 3 years now and it is my home away from home. I have so many fur friends that I get to play with in the big outside yard. Laura has fun ramps and structures for us to climb up and run on. The other staff members play with us too! If it is rainy or cold we get to play inside with lots of toys and sometimes even a ball pit! Laura sends pictures of me playing to my human when I am there during the day. My mom really likes that! I get my nails trimmed there because Laura does a great job making them smooth and not scratchy like other places. In the afternoon we all go to take naps. My mom is amazed that we all sleep at the same time and by each other. When my mom goes away I get to spend a few nights there and I am cozy and relaxed in my space sleeping at night. I am so happy my mom found North Paw and Laura!

I recently adopted a 5 month (now 7 month - time flies!) old puppy from Underdog Pet Rescue. I'm a new puppy owner and I've been doing my due diligence to make sure Copper has the proper training, care and socialization. One of my good friends who is a trainer at Dog's Best Friend recommended North Paw to me, because, as is their slogan, they specialize in littles! She also added that Laura (the owner) is very intentional about the dogs they allow in the daycare and there are much smaller playgroups than most other daycares. They also provide thoughtful enrichment like puzzles during the day. I believe they're the only daycare with a flexible drop-off (6-9am) and pick-up (3-6pm) as well, which is so nice, especially for those of us with variable schedules (and who aren't the biggest morning people). Copper loves North Paw and going here regularly has undoubtedly contributed immensely to his positive socialization - along with training that Copper and I do together, he has really come out of his shell and become so much more at ease around other dogs and people. My dogs, Holly and Pepper have been going to North Paw for about two years. They LOVE it and get excited when I drive in the parking lot. Can't wait to get into the center. Holly has always been interactive with other dogs, but Pepper was very shy and easily intimidated. Pepper has come out of her shell and is becoming social with even big dogs at the dog parks. I've also been confident boarding Holly and Pepper there when I've been out of town.

My dog LOVES doing to North Paw. Seriously. We pull up and she loses her mind and gets all crazy excited. They have great, well researched activities for the dogs and their customer service is flawless. Also, they send you photos and videos of your pup during the day. They make my day and make me wish I could go play fun games with doggies!

Wonderful experience! Our little Grogu loves going there. Our family looks forward to "Day Care Day" every week and getting to see pictures of Grogu's day on FB afterwards. From the start Laura has helped us make sure Grogu stays cool in the summer heat and that he gets an opportunity to socialize with other dogs. I love North Paw (and Laura), but my little Frankie loves them the most. After a truly disturbing situation at another local daycare, I contacted Laura to get the intake process started for Frankie. From day 1 she has been kind, communicative, and very VERY thorough. I appreciate the extent of the vetting done for dogs to attend North Paw, they really make sure to check all the boxes to ensure everyone is safe and having fun. I also appreciate the direct and transparent communication. I know exactly what to expect from them and also what is expected of me. Payment, pickup/dropoff, and general communication procedures are straightforward, there are no surprises. Most importantly, my little has the time of her life here. Not only can I focus fully on my work with the assurance that she is happy and safe, but she gets so much energy out that my evenings are no longer spent trying to keep her entertained. Out-U-Go is actually the best. I have a lot of pets with varying ages, needs, and personalities, and never once have I felt unsure that they would be safe with the Out-U-Go team. They’re patient, transparent, and flexible! I hope to be using them for a very long time.

These people are the best. After every visit we get a photograph and a write up about how our cats are doing. We're able to relax and enjoy ourselves knowing that they're good hands. Once when we were unavoidably delayed by a medical emergency and the food ran out, our caregiver went out and got more out of his own pocket and took care of Clarence and Belle until we could return. If you love your animals like we do, these are the people to trust. We really appreciate the fact that when we come home, the cats are glad to see us, but not flipped out, because they had such good care while we were gone.

I feel comfortable leaving my special needs pets in the hands of out u go staff and some of their walkers have become personal friends. Due to some unexpected and untimely circumstances, we found ourselves in a predicament when nobody in our household was able to take our 2 year old chow chow (Artie) out for his daily morning and evening walks. In desperately needing someone the next day, we were so fortunate to have been referred to Out-U-Go! by a competitor. OUT-U-GO! owner, Lisa, was able to squeeze us into her busy schedule the same afternoon we called her to meet with us and to get to know all about Artie - personality, likes, dislikes, etc. Artie immediately liked Lisa as did we. Based on this visit, we were sure that Artie would be in great hands! So, for the next couple days Artie had the pleasure of taking two morning walks with Matt, one evening walk with Todd and one evening with Michelle. All 3 of these individuals were super personable, outgoing and dedicated to their job and to their care with Artie. We could not have been happier with this whole experience! We will definitely use Out-U-Go! again in the future when the need arises!

Truly lifesavers. I first contacted Out-U-Go when I was starting a new in-person job and the rover sitter I'd booked with for my puppy cancelled last minute. Out-U-Go was able to set up a meet and greet the very next day at my home. From day one I had a great experience. Mei was incredibly kind and thorough when we discussed details and procedures. Most importantly, she was amazing with my Frankie girl. To be honest, I could sit here and write paragraphs detailing how thoughtful and flexible the process has been with Out-U-Go, but I'll leave it at this: Mei, Ryan, and Rachael have taken such good care of my baby. They are kind, communicative, and always have Frankie's best interest at heart. I admit to being peak overprotective mama drama, and they have managed to earn my trust and appreciation quickly and without doubt. I truly would not have made it through the anxiety spiral that has been my first month at my first in-person job since 2019 without them.
