Lakeside Lounge is the best! We bring our dog there a couple times a week to play. She is always met with love and excitement to see her. She always comes home happy and exhausted from playing. We board her at Lakeside Lounge anytime we leave town. They have fantastic groomers that are able to do a beautiful job on her, despite her intense fear of water and having her nails clipped. Our dog is like a child to us. I totally trust that she is in the best hands at Lakeside Lounge. Lia and Fran go out of their way to be there for her and for us. Our dogs home away from home. She’s always excited to be there. Thank you, Lakeside Lounge! We’re so grateful for you.

Lia and her staff are PHENOMENAL. Coco stayed at Lakeside for close to three weeks and he couldn't be happier. Right from the start, the intake process was seamless. We were able to do a tour and meet the staff at BOTH faciliyies. We saw where the dogs were kept and taken care of. Lia and her staff are so accessible via Whatsapp- they gave me daily updates with pictures and videos. Here is my review written on Facebook when I returned from my trip: I recommend this facility 💯 %- the one in Monroe and New Hampton are PHENOMENAL. Our pocket bully was cared for daily, they took the time to acclimate him and shared videos of his daily activity. They are caring, understanding, patient, and detail oriented. They DO NOT skip a beat and you can truly tell that the staff that work in both facilities truly care about animals. My dog was happy even when he was away from his family. The owner Lia, is timely and she responds to your questions and concerns. No question is too small or annoying. We have found our Coco his DayCare/Spa family. He’s vacationing from us and living his best time life when he’s in their care! I highly recommend them- this was his first time away from us and I didn’t worry one bit because the staff and owner are so knowledgeable. Thank you a million times for caring for my baby!!!

Lea is absolutely amazing, I can not say enough great things about her customer service and the way she cared for my cat. My Himalayan was neglected while I was away and needed a lot of TLC and that’s exactly what Lea and her team provided. Not only did she take wonderful care of her she kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Look no further then Lakeside Pet Lounge for your dog or cats needs and I promise you that you will not be disappointed. Thank you again for taking such good care of my fur baby (Truffles)! I will never go anywhere else for my pets needs!

I HIGHLY recommend Lakeside Pet Lounge!!! Lia was so amazing with our cat Leo and treated him like her own. He had an extended stay with her while we moved into our new home and it went much longer than expected. This was stressful for us but Lia was flexible and made it sooo easy for us knowing our boy was safe with her. You can tell she truly cares and kept us posted on his stay the whole time. Highly recommend Lia to anyone and her amazing business!

Our Boston Terrier absolutely loves doggie daycare at Lakeside Pet Lounge in Monroe! He’s always super excited to go play with his dog friends and comes home a happy tired pup. Everyone I’ve interacted with there is super friendly and welcoming and you can tell how much they really love dogs.

Have had absolutely no issues, they are extremely accommodating, fair priced, and friendly. My pup always has a good time and you can tell they care about the animals. Bring him multiple times a week for day care and have had him boarded before and have nothing but good things to say!

We had a great experience with Lia and the staff at Lakeside Pet Lounge. We boarded our dog for the first time and were super nervous, but everything went great. Lia really worked to get to know our dog's specific needs and integrate her with the other dogs. The indoor/outdoor kennel space they have is awesome too. Our dog came home happy and healthy!

Noah (2 years) and Capone Dillinger (9 months) come home from Lakeside as happy as they did when they left. Both dogs are high energy but come home exhausted from all the playtime they get at Lakeside. Their grooming services are great and the boys always come home smelling good, nails trimmed and ears clean. Lakeside accommodates needs specific to each dog as well. They have gone out of their way to accommodate us and our schedule. I would recommend Lakeside to anyone who needs a safe environment for their dog(s) where they get lots of playtime and attention.

Lakeside Pet Lounge is the best thing I could have done for my puppy! We were leaving my Yorkie for vacation for the first time and we were nervous cause he was only 5 months old and barely 3 pounds. He also hadn’t been around other dogs yet. But after looking at the website, visiting and talking with the owner we felt confident that he was gonna be just fine there and get lots of love and care. While we were gone she sent us lots of videos and updates on him and he was having the time of his little life making friends and playing with all the other puppies.They were all way bigger than him but that didn’t matter to him, he made friends with them and the owner made sure he was safe and with dogs he felt comfortable with. We’re definitely bringing him back for daycare every now and then so he can catch up with his friends and keep socializing. If you’re looking for a place to trust with your puppy while you’re gone, this is it.

HEADS UP TO OTHER FORGOTTEN PETS OF LAKESIDE: If your pet was present at the New Hampton facility on or around October 9 2024 ... please be on the look out for kennel cough symptoms! Symptoms can take awhile to present themselves but when they do ... seek medical attention Lakeside Pet Lounge you continue to disappoint and deflect! Bottom line, I expected a simple apology for the lack of communication to this oversight. However, you have made numerous excuses as to why you did not communicate the potential exspoure. You make a point to reference our Vet, why? When Hazel presented her symptoms and a discussion of her recent whereabouts is had isnt it appropriate to say YES she has visited a doggie day care recently? YES sadly my Vet is aware of your facilities due to other cases related to health issues that have come out of your facilities, whether in August or October myself and others were NOT made aware. Why wouldnt my trusted Vet make us aware of what they know?! You also make a point to reference our nervousness with bringing her there or how she became overstimulated, why? What does that have to do with the FACT that you admit to not documenting her attendance? In case you forgot, Her 2nd to last visit was September 24, as per your recommendations regarding being over stimulated we were encouraged to NOT bring her as frequently. Also, encouraged to come back unannounced on a walk in basis. We followed that exact recommendation, returned on October 9 2024 and when I made you aware of her illness via text October 18 2024 you so arrogantly replied and admitted she was not documented as being present during the potential outbreak time frame! You went on and on reminding me of your vast experiences etc etc but really I only wanted to receive an apology and some comapsion for what we have endured. I am sure you have the MONEY I paid for the services that day!? I wonder how many others are not documented and did not get the heads up! Your facilities name has a bad reputation based off previous and now current health related issues and your continued lack of proper communication. You clearly have not learned from your previous mistakes ... You say going fwd you will do better, I sincerely hope so for all who will continue to attend your facility. We most definitely will not return, I doubt you will even notice her absence as you did not notice her presence. Your obvious tactic of trying to bury my bad review on FB and on Google further confirms my opinion of you. Again, a simple apology or a GENUINE acknowledgment of fault without excuses is what I expected. I made the owner aware and sadly received an unkind response. Clearly she is upset about the bad reputation with regards to health related issues within the facilities, blaming local Vet offices for HER bad behavior and lack of communication is simply deflecting from the actual issue. Parents should take a moment to think .... how has this bad reputation come to be?! Bad reputations don't just fall from the sky! Medical professionals do not just "go after" anyone unless there is reason!

Joan is absolutely the best! I have peace of mind knowing my cats are in reliable, loving hands when I’m away. Joan has been caring for my two cats since I adopted them over 10 years ago. She’s always been responsible, kind, and caring. When my mom passed away I needed to be away unexpectedly for several weeks, and Joan stepped in to take care of my kitties on very short notice - I’m beyond grateful. She responds to inquiries quickly, and posts pictures of both cats each time she visits! Joan is a true blessing.

Joan is a reliable professional. She took care of my cats many many times while I was living in New York. She developed a relationship with a couple of shy cats and I could always count on her. She gave me peace of mind when I couldn’t be there with my precious babies.

Joan is wonderful! She is very conscientious, caring and reliable. I left my elderly dog and 2 cats in her care for 10 days and didn't worry about them. She sent me pictures and video regularly and got my shyest cat to come out and play with her. She really loves animals. Anytime I have to go out of town, I'll be calling her to take care of my fur kids! Highly recommend!

Joan is absolutely wonderful! She is super responsive and sends photos every day. It’s clear she loves animals and is always available when we need her! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a cat sitter.

We travel a lot and also have a second residence out of New York. The cats do not travel well so we rely on Joan to take care of the girls. I sleep well knowing that they are in the professional hands of Joan. She is amazing, never missing a day with them and sending me updates frequently. I don’t know what we would do without her. I have only had fantastic experiences with Joan. She treats our cats lovingly, sends photos, and she even helped during a crazy snowstorm once. She goes above and beyond, and I’d recommend her to any pet owner who wants to endure their pets are in great hands.

I love Joan and more importantly my cat loved her too. She was always very fast to respond to emails or texts, made sure to tell me how my cat was doing, and always spent enough time with him to make sure he wasn't lonely. I found Joan to be reliable, even on very short notice - I think she loved my cat as much as I did. Hire Joan if you want to come home to a happy cat!

Joan has been our cat sitter for more than ten years now, and we cannot speak highly enough about her. We return from trips and weekends away with our cats happy, well fed, and calm. When our senior cats died, she was one of the first people we texted, as we knew she had forged special relationships with both of them. When we got our kittens (who are now four year olds), we knew that they would be in capable hands always. She is reliable, thoughtful, and caring. She goes above and beyond to play with and show affection during her visits, as you can tell by the condition the kitties are in when we return (mad at us, but overall content!). The best is when she posts "proof of life" photos on Instagram and Facebook so you can see their sweet faces when you are not at home. I would recommend her to anyone in the area who needs top of the line pet care, and her rates are very reasonable.

My two cats and I have been very lucky to have Joan in our lives for the past five years. I could not be happier with my experience as a customer and my cats could not be happier to have Joan as a friend. Joan is always easy to schedule with – she always responds promptly and confirms that she’ll be there, whether I’m organized and giving her a week’s notice or if I’m making a last minute trip and need her help the next day. I have two older cats, one of which is diabetic and requires shots twice a day, and one of which has allergies and must be given a daily pill, and is also quite shy. Joan has been able to handle these extra care needs without any problem. And she has even taught me a few tricks to get the shy one to take her pills! Joan goes the extra mile to do things like empty the recycling bin, wash the dishes in the sink, bring in the mail, etc. Most importantly to me, my cats love and trust Joan, and so do I. She has taken the time to really build a relationship with each of them. She was especially patient in getting my shy cat to come out of her shell, and I really noticed a difference that she became even more affectionate with me! When I come home from being away, my cats are always happy and at ease and my house is in order. It is worth every penny to me. Years ago, before I had Joan in my life, I would ask a friend or neighbor to check in on the cats, and there were often signs of stress – most frequently they would pee on something, like my bed – oh, so fun to come home to that! When my older cat become diabetic about five years ago, I knew I needed to engage a professional I could trust to come twice a day at scheduled times, and who had experience with giving insulin shots. And I am so glad that this led me to find Joan. It was truly life-changing. Instead of spending my vacations worrying about my babies, I knew they were in good and loving hands. I could not recommend Joan more highly or enthusiastically!

Joan has been our pet sitter for over ten years, and she has been extremely helpful and reliable. She always takes excellent care of our cats -- even the difficult one! -- and even helped us figure out how to get our stubborn, elderly cat to take her medication. She is dedicated and caring, and there's no one else we would trust our little ones with. She is part of our cats' extended family.

We’ve been using Whiskers & Leo for 3 years now when we go on vacation, about 3-4 times a year. Our two cats are well cared for. As requested, they get visits twice a day and she even brings in our mail. We get text or email updates with pictures & videos, which is much appreciated. It is great having peace of mind knowing they are okay while we get to relax while we are away. I highly recommend using them to care for your pets. Of course we are using them again. We already have our next 2 trips scheduled this year for visits!

I have used Whiskers and Leo for over 5 years. They always treated my German Shepherd with kindness and consideration even in her later years when she required medicine. With out the service of Jane we would never been able to go anywhere as I would never leave my girl in a kennel.Jane took care of her as if she was her own. Our Elkie passed in July . We recently adopted a 3 year old rescue shepherd and it is comforting to know this service exists. We will most definitely use Whiskers again. I recommend Whiskers and Leo highly. We have used Whiskers And Leo since about six months after we got our rescue pup, going on 4 years now. They have always been extremely reliable and all the walkers we have worked with are very kind, respectful, and super caring. Trisha in particular treats our pup like her own. And the way he greets her tells you how much he loves her too. When I had delivered my baby earlier than expected, they were as helpful as they could be as we scrambled to get care for our pup. Scott is a great border and treats our pup well. Our pup is sometimes fearful, loud, and 70 pounds of pure muscle. But with the staff from Whiskers And Leo, he is a gentle giant. I highly recommend their services and I am very grateful for it! Thank you to Nicole, Annie, and Trisha for making our lives easier!

I've been using Whiskers & Leo for several years to care for my cats when I travel or spend time at my second house. I now have one inside cat and 10 outside cats that I care for. Whiskers & Leo gives me peace of mind. They are always able to accommodate me even on short notice. I had a family emergency and I had to fly the following day with no clear return date. They were kind and caring and made arrangements for me so I could leave without worries about the cats. They were able to accommodate me when I had a snow delay for 3 days returning home. Jenny, my feeder and caregiver, is wonderful. I trust her completely and she goes out of her way to care for my cats. She'll text or call if any concerns come up. My cat loves her and so do we. My back up care giver (Kathy) is also great. It is wonderful to be able to be away from home and know that my cats are well taken care of.

We love Whiskers and Leo! Nicole and Annie are so caring as owner and manager. But I can’t say enough about Nina who provides the best best best care for my dog Calvin. He loves her and she loves him. I highly recommend using this service for ALL your pets needs from walks to boarding to just visits.

Whiskers and Leo of Staten Island is amazing! They take great care of any pet you have. My furry girl Misty loved Kathy taking her for walks and even when Misty got sick , they ere always willing to go the extra mile. She was a 65 lb dog who could no longer walk down steps and when I wasn't able t o be home due to work, Whiskers and Leo made sure they carried her down those steps to get her outside for a walk or into the backyard to have some outside time in the grass. They were also always willing to give her any medication she needed and feed her on schedule. I would recommend them to anyone with any kind of pet!

I highly recommend Whiskers and Leo. I have used their services for 4 years. I have a wonderful sitter who comes to my house twice a day and takes care of my Yorkie and cats. She is reliable, trustworthy and most if all, loves my pets as if they were her own.

Eileen is absolutely fabulous and took care of our furbaby as if she were her own. Eileen sent multiple videos and pictures throughout the day, and our it was clear that our pup was having the time of her life. Our pup is also a very picky eater, and Eileen had her eating like a champion; we were truly amazed. It was so reassuring and comforting knowing that our pup was in Eileen’s care. I give Eileen and 24/7 Petcare the highest possible rating!! I don’t trust anyone with my dog. Eileen however earned my trust the day I first spoke with her. She truly understands canines and their behavior like a true professional! Now I feel comfortable leaving my Cooper with her when I can’t take him with me. I am writing this review with such joy. My dog had such a good first time experience with Eileen. I was worried about this being her first time away from us and with a pet sitter. I wanted to make sure she was going to be happy and comfortable. I had a lot of questions for Eileen, and her answers made me feel comfortable with leaving my girl in her hands. We took a quick two night trip out of town, and wanted to see how our dog would do. We were hopeful it would go well because we have a week long cruise coming up in several weeks. Thankfully we were so pleased with the experience. Eileen sent us a ton of pics and videos throughout the stay. Seeing for ourselves that our dog was doing well really put our worries to rest. When we picked up our dog, she was not stressed or unhappy in any way. It was like she was at a family member’s house that she knew well. This really confirmed that we put her in good hands. This being my first experience with a pet sitter I know the stress that you feel and the worry you have. All you want is to find someone whom you and your pet can be comfortable and happy with. Eileen definitely provided that. I have already recommended her to a friend of mine, and I’m happy that we now have someone who is a great option for our dog. I feel like I can now be at ease knowing our dog will be in good hands while we are away on a longer trip. I would recommend Eileen and her services.

We had a fantastic experience with Eileen! We recently moved back to NYC and were looking for a dog sitter/boarding outside of the city. We specifically were looking for someone who would be hands on and attentive with our dog, and who had space for her to run and play — but we did not want a “camp” environment with too many dogs, kennels, etc. Eileen was very communicative through our booking process and throughout our pup’s stay with her. Beyond providing our dog with a great stay, she went above and beyond and provided helpful nutrition recommendations and guidance that we’ve since put into place. We could rest easy during our trip knowing that our pup was in good hands, and will definitely be booking with Eileen again!

Eileen is very responsive and thorough with the way she conducts her business. She was clear about the pricing and directions to the drop off location. Although the pricing is way higher than what I am used to - the money was well spent as my girl, Trixie, got the care and attention she needed while I was getting married. I would absolutely recommend this dog boarding service to anyone and would definitely be a return customer myself.

Eileen welcomes your dog into her family as one of theirs. Outstanding experience for dog and owner! My dog had new friends to play with, and I got so many pictures and videos from Eileen. Her home is exactly how you want your dog to be cared for. Eileen is also very knowledgeable about proper nutrition and dog foods that are actually good for your dog, which was so helpful for my finicky eater.

Eileen is amazing! She watched my mini Bernedoodle while my husband and I got married in a town nearby. Eileen sent pictures and videos so we knew he was in good hands. We also arranged for her husband to bring Snoopy to the ceremony so he could be there for pictures and walk down the aisle. They also helped recommend a new harness. Eileen is a dog lover for sure! I love that Snoopy doesn’t sleep in a crate, is well fed, has grass to run around, and is watched over by a true animal and dog lover. Would leave Snoopy there again for sure!

Eileen took amazing care of my poodle-pup Ollie while we were on a week+ long vacation last month. She was super responsive and the daily photo and video updates set my mind at ease knowing that Ollie was safe, happy, and having just as much fun as we were on vacation. I would absolutely recommend day or overnight care with Eileen and her family of pups, and know Ollie will be excited to return to hang out again with all of his new friends.

Eileen provided excellent pet care for our 5-year-old Border Collie Katie. We were sent many photos & videos & enjoyed watching Katie playing with her new friends. Robin is the best dog trainer in Orange county, New York. She specializes in training reactive dogs. She doesn't just train the dog. She trains the owner on how to handle the dog in certain situations. She has trained all three of my Springer spaniels. I highly recommend her. She is patient, understanding and kind. Robbin had a reactive dog herself and understands a dog's body language and can steer you in the right direction with your pet. Robin has shown me that training a dog isn't a one-time thing. It's everyday and you have to keep up with it. If you're looking for a dog trainer, don't hesitate to call her she truly is amazing at what she does, and you will see a difference in your dog with the first lesson you take with Robin.

I’ve had the best experience so far and have only just begun. I’ve done about 10 private lessons, and have attended about 7 of the group classes she offers for existing clients. I will continue to do so as each lesson and exposure only strengthens my own knowledge and ensures I will be able to communicate needs/wants/boundaries/and rules to my dog in a way she understands and appreciates. Robin is consistent, motivating, fun, and flexible. I truly am having the best experience with my new dog. Just about everywhere we go, someone comments about how well behaved my pup is! The credit definitely goes to my lessons with Robin.

Robin is a very experienced and a knowledgeable dog trainer. Robin understands a dog’s nature and how they think. Equally important, she knows the human errors that lead to negative dog behaviors and teaches you corrections. Robin has helped to train my feisty dachshund to become more obedient and more willing to look to me for direction. Training sessions are fun and informative. They are well structured with each a specific goal in mind. Robin is tops in dog training and dog care.

I got my two dogs in my divorce and sought out Robin to help me as the younger of the two was getting pushy with me and my older guy. I wasn't sure what could be done since he was already 4, but I was open to learning because what I'd done all my life wasn't working. Robin has a well-balanced empathetic, yet no nonsense approach and was able observe us and make recommendations for ways I could work with my dog; not just get him to behave. Similar to cognitive behavioral therapy, she was there to help me recognize patterns and cycles in my own behavior as well as his. 6 months later, Max is a completely different dog; he has confidence, understands rules and boundaries, and I can take him out in public. I cannot recommend Robin enough.

Before working with Robin, our dog Autumn was very reactive around other dogs, barking, growling, and lunging. Since starting with Robin, the transformation has been incredible. Autumn has become much more neutral and no longer pulls when walking. It's been a real game changer. Previously, we had to be very selective about where and when we could take her, but now we can take her everywhere. Robin is extremely knowledgeable and truly understands dog behavior. I’m a new puppy owner and let me tell you, with only 1 phone call and 1 training session, my husband and I can ALREADY see an improvement—whether it be from our puppy, our direction, and even in our confidence as owners! Look, Robin’s insight and advice WORKS. You just have to be willing to implement changes—all in which are truthfully best for you and your pup. Prior to Robin, we struggled and felt lost. Now, we are hooked and can’t wait to experience more successes with Robin as we raise our boy!

When we got our dog, Tuco, last year he was an 8-week old Whoodle puppy coming into our family as we grieved the sudden loss of our beloved, 6-year old Wheaten. We did not start training with Robin until Tuco was between 10-11 months old but she came into our family just in time. The transformation in our (we are a family of 4) relationship with Tuco was immediate…as soon as Robin came to the door and began instructing US not necessarily training Tuco. We knew in that moment we had to adjust our own behavior for his sake…especially unfairly comparing him to our other dog. Tuco was well on his way to being an anxious, out of control (or maybe in full control of us!), highly reactive dog making for an unenjoyable, tense home environment but that ALL changed with Robin’s expert knowledge and patient guidance. We worked one-on-one with Robin as a family in the home, in the yard, and in the community. Robin always makes time to answer a “quick” question or problem-solve on the phone, providing much-needed suggestions and solutions when feeling unsure. We are now in our second round of group classes and having so much fun! We cannot thank Robin enough…because of her we all got on the same page in our house, which is what Tuco needed most from us…and now we are all enjoying the awesome dog that he was meant to be. Do I wish we called Robin sooner? Yes. But it is never too late!

Mende is reliable, loving, and understanding. She has been walking my dog Max for about a year now and I can always trust her to be communicative, show up consistently, make sure that Max is safe, and show him love as if he is her own. I love receiving pictures and updates from her on their walks, and she’s flexible if timing needs to be changed or if there’s a special request (like to feed him after his walk). I love that I have someone I can trust to care for Max when I’m at work during the day so I don’t have to worry. Mende has also watched Max overnight once as well, which was great experience.

We used J&J PetCare during the summer of 2023 to take care of our two dogs (a yorkie and a chihuahua) over the course of 10 days when we were away, and we couldn't be more impressed with the service! They made apartment visits twice a day for our paper-trained pups, ensuring they were fed, had plenty of fresh water, and were treated to delicious treats. What really stood out was their attention to detail and the love they showed our dogs. They sent us regular videos and pictures, which made us feel so connected to our pups while we were away. It was clear they spent a lot of time playing and engaging with them during each visit, keeping them happy and entertained. Additionally, they always cleaned up the wee wee pads and replaced them with fresh ones, which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend J&J Petcare in a heartbeat. Their level of care, communication, and professionalism gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We will definitely be using their services again!

I can’t say enough about J&J Pet Care. They are incredibly reliable, professional and trustworthy. We frequently take unplanned weekend get aways, and J&J is able to take our puppy without advance notice. My dog really looks forward to seeing Jorge every morning! I get update pictures from every walk and my little guy comes back very exhausted from the amount of exercise he gets which is great! He’s also learned to use the bathroom outside which is a great success. Now a days it’s very hard to know who to trust with your fur babies. Overall we are happy with the service. J&J walks our dog Coco daily and on most days we get a photo of Coco showing her having a wonderful time on her walk. They are reliable and flexible and have really helped us out in emergencies. It is apparent that they LOVE animals - so gentle and loving with our pets. We highly recommend them. They sent us this photo of Coco on her walk one day (see attached).

Jen was very helpful through out the entire process with taking car of my dog Milo. She provided me with video and pictures of Milo to assure me that he is okay and in good hands!! That was a big plus for me since Milo is a big part of our family. I would highly recommend her to friends and family. I will be using her in the future again

Jen groomed both of my 2 year-old Cane Corsos today… they are fairly high energy and she was alone… I was a bit anxious over it but knowing she takes care of my best friend’s dog, I chilled out… and it was ALL worth it because my babies were good and came out of her place calm and clean and nails clipped and that is something that is NOT easy to do! I’d go back a million times over! My two are camera shy but I have pics of them not from today… Caspia is on the left and Roman is on the right ♥️♥️

I reached out to Jen’s Pet Care to have someone check in on our cat. Jen stopped by twice a day to change litter, fill the water bowl, and give insulin shots twice per day. She sent me pics of our cat each time she visited which was really nice. I highly recommend her and plan to use her again around Christmas time.

Jen is great! She’ll update you with pictures, she’s very responsive and patient when it comes to any questions you have, my 135 pound Rottweiler Phoenix did great with her and he’s not normally good with strangers. I left him with her overnight as a last minute plan and she thankfully accommodated for me when it came to drop off/pick up times. I’m so glad I gave her services a chance, & I’ll definitely be reaching out to her again :)

Colleen has been amazing! We adopted a sweet but rowdy young stray dog about a year ago and were a little overwhelmed with helping her learn how to live in a house. Colleen helped us with leash training, socialization, and overall behavior and really helped us understand what we needed to do to train and connect with our dog. Colleen also does walks throughout the week and her visits are the highlight of our pup’s day! 10 out of 5 stars!

Colleen is the best dog walker! I always feel comfortable knowing she is taking care of my dog. She’s been walking and watching him for 10 years and I wouldn’t want anyone else taking care of him. We have used Pet Concierge since 2014. Colleen Martin has taken exceptional care of our dog and two cats. She has walked our dog on a weekly basis and is helpful in discussing behavior and health issues as he ages. Colleen has also taken out pets to the vet for routine and crisis healthcare. And she has dropped off and picked up for grooming appointments.

Colleen is absolutely wonderful! She came to us as a referral from neighbors and we couldn’t be more grateful.
